 Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang sebagai salah satu lembaga peradilan yang saat ini sedang mengembangkan implementasi keterbukaan informasi publik, meski pada awal implementasinya sempat menghadapi kendala seiring dengan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten, disamping karena banyaknya peraturan yang harus diterapkan dalam keterbukaan informasi publik. Karenanya perlu kiranya masing-masing peraturan tersebut dapat diselaraskan dalam implementasinya di melalui sinkronisasi implementasi peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut.Kata kunci: implementasi, sistem informasi, administrasi perkara The Religious Courts of Malang Regency as one of the judiciary institutions that is currently developing the implementation of openness of public information, although at the beginning of its implementation had faced obstacles in line with the limitations of competent human resources, as well as the number of regulations to be applied in public information disclosure. This study aims to determine the stages of the application of the Law on Public Information Openness and the obstacles faced by the Library and Archives Office of East Luwu Regency. This research uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Department of Library and Archives of East Luwu Regency. Methods of data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed the stages of implementing the Public Information Openness Law at the East Luwu Regency Library and Archives Service, namely through three stages. The three stages are analyzing information based on Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning public information disclosure; information is analyzed again based on the rules of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI); and publish on the official website of the East Luwu Regency Library and Archives Service. As for the obstacles faced, namely the lack of competent human resources, and incomplete infrastructure.Key words: public information disclosure; dissemination of information; public libraryABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tahapan penerapan Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik serta kendala yang dihadapi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahapan penerapan Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur, yaitu melalui tiga tahap. Ketiga tahap tersebut adalah menganalisis informasi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 14 tahun 2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik; informasi dianalisis kembali berdasarkan aturan Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI); dan mempublikasikan pada website resmi Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi, yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten, serta sarana prasarana yang kurang lengkap.

Pendataan yang bersifat manual menjadikan permasalahan pada proses dilakukannya pendataan, hal ini juga terjadi pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan dimana pendataan masih bersifat manual dengan keterbatasan jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ditugaskan untuk melakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pelatihan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan waktu pendataan dan mengurangi kompleksitas dalam proses pendataan pada pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pasuruan. Pelatihan sistem informasi yang dimaksud adalah sistem informasi pendataan berbasis masyarakat, yang berisikan data dasar yang diperlukan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dalam rangka penyusunan rencana pembangunan. Data informasi tidak akan memberikan manfaat jika tidak dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan dalam penyusunan rencana pembangunan sehingga pelatihan dan pendampingan perlu dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Berbasis Masyarakat, PendataanABSTRACT Manual data collection causes problems in the data collection process, this also occurs in the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office where data collection is still manual with a limited number of Human Resources (HR) assigned to collect data, therefore this service activity is carried out information system training to increase data collection time and reduce complexity in the data collection process for employees at the Pasuruan City Education and Culture Office. The information system training referred to is a community-based data collection information system, which contains basic data required by the Regional Government in the framework of formulating development plans. Information data will not provide benefits if it is not used as a reference in the preparation of development plans so that training and assistance are needed to achieve the goals.Keywords : Information System, Community Based, Data Collection

This research was made with purpose to measure the capability of human resource and work management in PT. X using COBIT 5.0. In the assessment process, researcher applied 1 domain (align, plan, and organize) with 2 processed, Manage Human Resource APO 07) and Manage Service Agreement (APO 09). Data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to IT division (there were 127 items of the question and 10 respondents). The result of this research figured out that APO 07 stopped in level 2 with score 82.50 in level 3 and APO 09 ended in level 3 with score 84.10 in level 4. In conclusion, there were still few problems that made human resources in PT X unable to reach level 5. At present the development of technology and information has reached a very rapid level. Technology and information are used as a service media in the government environment which is also known as e-Government, one of which is the service of public information disclosure. The central government through Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information, encourages all Public Agencies including the Sleman Regency Government to make transparency in the administration of the state by utilizing information technology. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the reality that occurs. The object of research in this study is the official website of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Sleman Regency with the domain https://ppid.slemankab.go.id then the Sleman Regency Communication and Informatics Office as the organizer of the public information disclosure program. The data collection technique itself is carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies, and field observations (observations). After collecting and presenting data, then the data will be reduced first then analyzed and concluded. From the results of the study, in general the researchers concluded that the Sleman Regency PPID website had reached the level of qualification to become a quality website, however there were still some improvements and evaluations that had to be done by the relevant agencies in order to be better, namely (i) the website was still being assessed as a one-way service (ii) There are still many OPDs that are not ready to implement PPID (iii) data and information are still not updated (iv) lack of responsiveness of services in requests for information.

The payroll system is an important function that is the responsibility of Human Resources Management. Its main function is to provide compensation to employees in the form of salary in exchange for their contribution to the organization / agency. Payroll is one of the processes in an organization that is vulnerable to problems. Slow data processing can result in slow presentation of slow report making so that it is also possible to delay payment of salaries to employees. Plus if something goes wrong making salary calculations inaccurate. This makes the payroll system needs to be supported by a good information system. The research methodology used by the author in this research is the System Development Life Sycle (SDLC) Waterfall method. The development of research methodology has several sequential stages, namely: planning (modeling), modeling (modeling), construction (construction), and the delivery of the system to the customers / users (deployment). Based on the problems found, The author proposes to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sanggabuana Agung Karawang to use VB.Net, it is expected that with the proposed system can improve Payroll problems that occur at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Sanggabuana Agung. Based on this research, the existence of a computerized employee payroll calculation system is expected to become a system that is useful for the development of the company in the future, and it is hoped that it can fix the problem and can also facilitate the calculation of payroll.  Keywords : Accountimg Information System, Payroll, VB.Net Programming
