Cancer patients experience cancer-related fatigue (CRF) that are subjective and persistent. CRF can have a negative impact on psychosocial, spiritual, and self-perceived burden. To understand more deeply about CRF, we need to answer one fundamental question: how are the causal mechanisms (cause-effect) of the factors related to CRF. The studies related so far are still limited to correlation analysis between factors and have not focused on the mechanism of a causal relationship. The purpose of this study is to model the causal relationship between CRF and psychosocial, spiritual, and self-perceived burden, using a causal method called the Stable Specification Search for Cross-Sectional Data With Latent Variables (S3C-Latent). The results of this study are in the form of causal modeling between factors where self-burden has a causal relationship with CRF, spiritual need factors (religion) also have a causal relationship with CRF. Meanwhile, the social support factor (friends) with spiritual needs (religion) does not represent a causal relationship, but there is a strong association relationship. Meanwhile, the social support factor (friends) with CRF did not have a causal relationship or an association relationship between the two variables.

The results of this study indicated that the characteristics of the respondents were mostly in their early adolescence with 408 people (67.8%), 346 women (57.1%) and 317 people with a high school education background (53.4%). Anxiety factor having moderate anxiety were 436 people (71.9%), the coping mechanism factor of the respondents having an adaptive coping mechanism were 338 people (55.8%) and the respondents social support factor having good social support were 319 people ( 52.6%) and most of the respondents (349 people (57.6%)) had a good preparedness. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that the p value <α (α = 0.05, CI; 95%) which indicates that there is a relationship between anxiety factors, coping mechanisms and social support with adolescent preparedness. The results of multivariate analysis using Logistic Regression (OR value: 5.1) found that the anxiety factor was the most significant factor associated with adolescent preparedness

Abstract[Title: Redesign of Product Layout in Supermarket Based on Purchase Behavior used Market Basket Analysis Method] The length of time that self-service buyers search for the necessary item reduces inconvenience. If the types and quantities of  product are large enough and the locations of the  products are far apart, the shopping time will be longer. This study aims to simulate the arrangement of product sold in supermarkets by considering consumer behavior in purchased product groups based on data from shopping receipts. The method used is market basket analysis, which measures support factors from product groups and arranges  that must be placed close together based on confident value. The calculation results of Market Basket Analysis found eight pairs of product groups that should be placed close together according to the high support factor value. The closeness between product groups is then arranged according to the confident value and validated by measuring the value of the improvement ratio. The simulation of the distance that visitors must travel after the product is arranged according to the product group has a 10% reduction in distance compared to the product arrangement that does not consider product groups. Keywords: product arrangement, supermarket, Market Basket Analysis

Keystroke Dynamics Are Most Frequently UsedIn Situation Where Password Security Is The Major Concern. In The Event That The User’s Secret Word Is Disclosed, AndThe Keystroke Rhythm Of The Genuine Client Is Known, The Application Will Not Accept The Fake User In Spite Of Having Valid Credentials. This Paper Focuses On Strengthening The Keystroke Dynamics By Introducing Non-Conventional Features For Authenticating A User Using Static Keystroke Dynamics. The Paper Also Discusses The Improvement In Far, Frr, Err, And Accuracy After The Application Of The Proposed NonConventional Feature Set Along With The Existing Timing Feature Set.

Hijrah is a positive action to change a person's bad behavior to be better, or in Islamic religion means returning to fitraAllah SWTSWT, the current state of the millennial tends to be based on following trends so that the migration is limited to physical packaging or method dress is not essentially practiced properly, this happens because of the social media support factor that forces millennials to follow the trend directed by social media, considering that social media has become a life for millennials, if it does not follow trends on social media then his existence will not occur.

This study examines the prevalence of religiosity, death anxiety, and hope in a sample of New Zealand community hospice patients in the last 6 months of life. It explores the factors triggering distress or hope and examines whether religiosity is protective against death anxiety for this population. Early studies showed religious faith helps relieve death anxiety, but later work suggests this may only be the case in societies which are generally religious. Very little research has been conducted on this topic in New Zealand, from which recent censuses indicate is an increasingly secular country. If religion is not an important source of hope for dying, it is important to explore what factors do help relieve existential anxiety and to consider their clinical relevance. This study confirmed that organized religion was not a major support factor. Yet several people who declared themselves nonreligious scored highly for intrinsic religiosity and were among the most hopeful participants. This could suggest that spirituality may be more relevant than organized religion in relieving existential distress. The main source of hope for most participants was joyful memories and meaningful relationships. Fear of being a burden and of causing family suffering were the most significant causes of distress. Systematic spiritual assessment for all patients, not just those with a declared religious faith, a biography service, and psychotherapy, may all have a role in managing death anxiety at the end of life. Further work with larger and more diverse populations would be needed to confirm these findings.
