Design and redesign are some of the fields of study in ergonomics. The purpose ofthe design and redesign is to achieve comfort and increase productivity. Ergonomics is a science that integrates workers with the environment around them at work. So it is hoped that integration can be applied to all organizations. CV Abadi Jaya Presisi is a company engaged in the production of plastic, where workers carry out finishing stages without fulfilling ergonomic aspects. Namely, the use of a worker's chair made of plastic is not following the dimensions of the worker. The method used in this study is quantitative with anthropometric data as primary data. First, the anthropometric data of finished workers were used in this study. Then the data is tested for normality, uniformity test, and data adequacy test. After testing the data, the next step is to calculate the percentile value used to determine the size of the ergonomic chair to be designed. According to the findings of this study, the width of the chair is 42.1 cm, the height of the chair is 30.3 cm, the length of the chair is 43.2 cm, the length of the back of the chair is 49.9 cm, and the height of the seat elbow is21.6 cm.

Abstract DRASTIC is a model that is commonly used to assess vulnerability to groundwater contamination at the landscape scale. When sparse data are available to populate the layers of the model, it can be difficult to ascertain the true usefulness of the model produced map. In this research an alluvial aquifer, the Sahneh aquifer in Kermanshah province of western Iran, was mapped using the generic DRASTIC model. The data available for populating the model layers were generally sparse. The model was validated using a nitrate concentration map constructed from well water measurements within the DRASTIC map area. A Receiver Operating Curve (ROC) analysis was conducted by placing 500 random points in the DRASTIC generated map compared to the nitrate concentration map. The area under the curve was compared and yielded a value of 0.72 or 72% concordance, which means it has good validity. This investigation demonstrates that a generic DRASTIC model can yield acceptable results without modification or increasing its complexity. If the ROC analysis had yielded a value <50%, then the DRASTIC would have been considered to not be useful. A common mistake in the use of DRASTIC is to modify the method to greatly increase its complexity, which may actually decrease, not increase the resultant model usefulness.

Small and Medium Industries (IKM) H.Musauwimin is a manufacturing industry in the field of tofu production. In the production process there are still frequent product defects, including coarse tofu, tofu surface torn, soft texture, and faded color. For this reason, we need a way to minimize the possibility of product defects. The objectives of this study are (1) Identifying disability factors using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method, (2) Improving employee performance performance using the Human Reliability Assessment (HRA) method, (3) Minimizing product defects in the production process so as to increase productivity. The results of this study are (1) of the four types of rejects for the biggest 3 months in tearing surface type with a percentage of 46% of all rejects (2) By testing the adequacy of the data using the SQC method in the production process for 3 months then sample we tested a total of 284. From the results of the data adequacy test data obtained a value of 7,289, so the number of samples is larger than the sample that should be. (3) From the results of measuring employee performance using the HRA method. The biggest HEP value is the type of Possible Error. The operator only estimates and there is no standard in mixing vinegar acid with the filtrate. With an HEP value of 0.48. So this factor is the most dominant cause of disability and must be corrected immediately.

Novomoskovsk is one of the main centers of chemical industry in central Russia. In 2000 to control and monitor the region air quality and movement the atmosphere ecomonitorin system was created. These systems’ modifying lies in using more sophisticated technology, increasing number of observation stations and automatic sensors that determine harmful impurities. The data adequacy of airspace’s state hinges on the number of these stations and their location. The objective of our study is to estimate the data adequacy relying on modern research methods. The research involved the interpolation method of air movement control over areas which have a mixed landscape because of technology-related accidents. The method consists of 3 main stages: experimental examination of the area’s weather conditions, processing of this data using the method of air flow field recovery, and effective control of the air dynamics at man-made accidents. Air control stations gave the initial measures and current data to develop the method of air flow field recovery on the basis of the noise-resistant interpolation principle. Noise-resistant interpolation admits to errors of measuring instruments, which makes a significant magnitude when estimating meteorological data of the air. The data obtained requires to modify Novomoskovsk ecomonitoring system of the atmosphere.

Today LED lamps are used more and more widely in various fields of human activity. The operation of LEDs substantially depends on the thermal dissipation power and temperature. In this regard, one of the mandatory stages in the process of creating such lamps is the analysis of their thermal mode, which is necessary for the development of a heat sink. In order to analyze the thermal mode and design the heat sink for powerful LED lamps, the authors synthesized the structure of the problem solver. The new structure was based on the structure of the basic laplacianFoam solver and the application of the swak4foam library functions, which is a part of the OpenFOAM computational fluid dynamics toolbox. The results of the thermal mode simulation of the LED thermal model (a plate with a rectangular heat source) obtained using a modified solver were compared with those obtained by the proprietary solver of the CAD/CAE SolidWorks system and those obtained by analytical computation. The data adequacy of the modified solver was estimated and its practical application verified. The thermal mode of the Samsung LC009D LED, which is placed on the flat-plate finned heat sink, was analyzed. The Kaufer 5204 glue ability to be used in such design with natural convection cooling of the heat sink was tested. The glue thickness was 0.1 mm and its thermal conductivity was 1,5 W/(m•К). The heat sink’s heat transfer coefficient was 10 W/(м2•К). The paper presents corresponding temperature distributions and shows that the new technique can be used for solving problems that arise when designing LED lamps

<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Atribut kebutuhan konsumen merupakan hal yang penting dalam kesuksesan suatu produk. Atribut kebutuhan konsumen ini berguna untuk mengetahui apa saja keinginan dan harapan konsumen akan suatu produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Sehingga kedepannya produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan akan diminati oleh konsumen serta menarik konsumen untuk membelinya. Selain itu perusahaan akan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya dan membuat produknya lebih unggul. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Industri Otomotif. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, terdapat 33 atribut kebutuhan konsumen yang akan diidentifikasi, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan beberapa uji yaitu uji kecukupan data, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, dengan menggunakan software SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji tersebut, atribut kebutuhan konsumen semuanya dapat lolos ke tahap selanjutnya. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan ke tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan melihat dari skala likertnya. Prioritas yang didapat dari hasil tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan skala likert pada atribut kebutuhan konsumen adalah pemberian garansi terhadap kerusakan mobil dalam waktu yang lama (3 tahun), sistem pengereman auto break system dan tersedianya bengkel resmi di berbagai tempat. Sebaiknya untuk perbaikan yaitu perusahaan melakukan perkembangan sesuai dengan prioritas yang konsumen inginkan dan selanjutnya bisa merujuk ke perkembangan atribut-atribut kebutuhan konsumen yang lainnya.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract</em> - <strong>Consumer needs attributes are important in the success of a product. This consumer needs attribute is useful to find out what consumer desires and expectations for a product produced by the company. So that in the future the products produced by the company will be in demand by consumers and attract consumers to buy them. In addition, the company will be able to compete with other companies and make its products superior. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) is a company engaged in the Automotive Industry. Based on the background of the problem, there are 33 attributes of consumer needs that will be identified, by first doing several tests, namely the data adequacy test, validity test, and reliability testing, using SPSS 16.0 software. Based on the results of several tests, the attributes of consumer needs can all pass to the next stage. Then it will continue to the level of consumer interest by looking at the likert scale. Priority obtained from the results of the level of consumer interest with a likert scale on the attributes of consumer needs is a guarantee of damage to the car in a long time (3 years), auto break system braking system and availability of official workshops in various places. It is better to improve that the company develops according to the priorities that consumers want and can then refer to the development of the attributes of other consumer needs</strong>.</p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong></em> - <em>Consumer Needs Attributes, Priorities</em></p>
