We look at fractional Langevin equations (FLEs) with generalized proportional Hadamard–Caputo derivative of different orders. Moreover, nonlocal integrals and nonperiodic boundary conditions are considered in this paper. For the proposed equations, the Hyres–Ulam (HU) stability, existence, and uniqueness (EU) of the solution are defined and investigated. In implementing our results, we rely on two important theories that are Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem and Banach contraction principle. Also, an application example is given to bolster the accuracy of the acquired results.

AbstractThe aim of this paper is to investigate the boundary value problem of a fractional q-difference equation with ϕ-Laplacian, where ϕ-Laplacian is a generalized p-Laplacian operator. We obtain the existence and nonexistence of positive solutions in terms of different eigenvalue intervals for this problem by means of the Green function and Guo–Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem on cones. Finally, we give some examples to illustrate the use of our results.

In this research paper, we dedicate our interest to an investigation of the sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of two new types of a coupled systems of hybrid fractional differential equations involving ϕ-Hilfer fractional derivatives. The existence results are established in the weighted space of functions using Dhage’s hybrid fixed point theorem for three operators in a Banach algebra and Dhage’s helpful generalization of Krasnoselskii fixed- point theorem. Finally, simulated examples are provided to demonstrate the obtained results.

AbstractIn the work (Bouaouid et al. in Adv. Differ. Equ. 2019:21, 2019), the authors have used the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem for showing the existence of mild solutions of an abstract class of conformable fractional differential equations of the form: $\frac{d^{\alpha }}{dt^{\alpha }}[\frac{d^{\alpha }x(t)}{dt^{\alpha }}]=Ax(t)+f(t,x(t))$ d α d t α [ d α x ( t ) d t α ] = A x ( t ) + f ( t , x ( t ) ) , $t\in [0,\tau ]$ t ∈ [ 0 , τ ] subject to the nonlocal conditions $x(0)=x_{0}+g(x)$ x ( 0 ) = x 0 + g ( x ) and $\frac{d^{\alpha }x(0)}{dt^{\alpha }}=x_{1}+h(x)$ d α x ( 0 ) d t α = x 1 + h ( x ) , where $\frac{d^{\alpha }(\cdot)}{dt^{\alpha }}$ d α ( ⋅ ) d t α is the conformable fractional derivative of order $\alpha \in\, ]0,1]$ α ∈ ] 0 , 1 ] and A is the infinitesimal generator of a cosine family $(\{C(t),S(t)\})_{t\in \mathbb{R}}$ ( { C ( t ) , S ( t ) } ) t ∈ R on a Banach space X. The elements $x_{0}$ x 0 and $x_{1}$ x 1 are two fixed vectors in X, and f, g, h are given functions. The present paper is a continuation of the work (Bouaouid et al. in Adv. Differ. Equ. 2019:21, 2019) in order to use the Darbo–Sadovskii fixed point theorem for proving the same existence result given in (Bouaouid et al. in Adv. Differ. Equ. 2019:21, 2019) [Theorem 3.1] without assuming the compactness of the family $(S(t))_{t>0}$ ( S ( t ) ) t > 0 and any Lipschitz conditions on the functions g and h.

In this paper, we investigate the Krasnoselskii-type fixed point results for the operator F of two variables by assuming that the family F x , . : x is equiexpansive. The results may be considered as variants of the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem in a general setting. We use our main results to obtain the existence of solutions of a fractional evolution differential equation. An example of a controlled system is given to illustrate the application.

Results reported in this article prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of nonlinear fractional integro-differential equations supplemented by nonseparated boundary value conditions. We consider a new norm to establish the existence of solution via Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem; however, the uniqueness results are obtained by applying the contraction mapping principle. Some examples are provided to illustrate the results.

In this paper, we consider a neutral differential equation with two variable delays. We construct new conditions guaranteeing the trivial solution of this neutral differential equation is asymptotic stable. The technique of the proof based on the use of Krasnoselskii’s fixed point Theorem. An asymptotic stability theorem with a necessary and sufficient condition is proved. In particular, this paper improves important and interesting works by Jin and Luo. Moreover, as an application, we also exhibit some special cases of the equation, which have been studied extensively in the literature.

In this paper, we discuss the existence of solutions for nonlinear fractional Langevin equations with nonseparated type integral boundary conditions. The Banach fixed point theorem and Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem are applied to establish the results. Some examples are provided for the illustration of the main work.

We investigate the existence of positive periodic solutions of a nonlinear Lotka-Volterra competition system with deviating arguments. The main tool we use to obtain our result is the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem. In particular, this paper improves important and interesting work [X.H. Tang, X. Zhou, On positive periodic solution of Lotka-Volterra competition systems with deviating arguments, Proc. Amer. Math. Soc. 134 (2006), 2967-2974]. Moreover, as an application, we also exhibit some special cases of the system, which have been studied extensively in the literature.
