With the development of advanced persistent threat (APT) and the increasingly severe situation of network security, the strategic defense idea with the concept of “active defense, traceability, and countermeasures” arises at the historic moment, thus cyberspace threat intelligence (CTI) has become increasingly valuable in enhancing the ability to resist cyber threats. Based on the actual demand of defending against the APT threat, we apply natural language processing to process the cyberspace threat intelligence (CTI) and design a new automation system CTI View, which is oriented to text extraction and analysis for the massive unstructured cyberspace threat intelligence (CTI) released by various security vendors. The main work of CTI View is as follows: (1) to deal with heterogeneous CTI, a text extraction framework for threat intelligence is designed based on automated test framework, text recognition technology, and text denoising technology. It effectively solves the problem of poor adaptability when crawlers are used to crawl heterogeneous CTI; (2) using regular expressions combined with blacklist and whitelist mechanism to extract the IOC and TTP information described in CTI effectively; (3) according to the actual requirements, a model based on bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT) is designed to complete the entity extraction algorithm for heterogeneous threat intelligence. In this paper, the GRU layer is added to the existing BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model, and we evaluate the proposed model on the marked dataset and get better performance than the current mainstream entity extraction mode.

Introduction. The article addresses the problem of assessing teachers’ professional deficiencies. The purpose of the research is to identify the essential factors determining the connection between teachers’ professional deficiencies and learning outcomes of schoolchildren. Materials and Methods. In order to study the relationship between teachers’ professional deficiencies and schoolchildren’s learning outcomes, the authors have developed a model of teachers’ professional deficiencies and followed a comprehensive research approach. The sample consisted of 3375 teachers who were interviewed. The authors analyzed the results of National Examinations (the Unified State Exams) of higher educational institutions applicants from 50 municipalities of the region. The method of factor analysis revealed a stable system of latent properties of teachers’ professional deficiencies affecting learning outcomes. The materials and methods that formed the basis of this study were obtained with the support of Krasnoyarsk Regional Fund for the Support of Research and Scientific-Technical Activities within the framework of the project “Comprehensive study of professional shortcomings and difficulties of teachers of the Krasnoyarsk Territory”. Results. The research findings consist in the developed system of factors obtained by indirect measurements. The content structure and characteristics of teachers’ professional deficiencies determining teaching effectiveness are revealed. It has been established that the selected groups of factors have a specific representation in each subject area. The results of teaching students in various subjects depend on the specifics of teachers’ professional deficiencies. The identified set of factors in the subject areas of “Mathematics”, “Literature”, “History”, “English” has a complex structure of the selected properties and is more diverse than in “Russian”, “Social Studies” and “Biology”. It is established that the theoretical model of teachers’ professional deficits has its own subject expression. Conclusions. Conclusions are drawn about the stability of the identified system of latent properties of teachers’ professional deficiencies, on which the results of schoolchildren's education depend. The authors emphasize that the established connection between teachers’ professional deficiencies and the results of schoolchildren's education contributes to the development of professional development programs and can become the main work of professional development centers for educators.

In-wheel direct drive (IWDD) of electric vehicles (EVs), which simplifies the transmission system and facilitates flexible control of vehicle dynamics, has evolved considerably in the EV sector. This paper proposes a novel double-stator double-rotor motor (DSDRM) with a bidirectional flux modulation effect for in-wheel direct drive of EVs. With the proposed special design, a synthetic-slot structure with synthetic materials containing copper and permanent magnets (PMs) in the slots of the motor is ingeniously employed, and the outer and inner rotors are mechanically connected together as a single rotor, making its mechanical structure less complicated than those of two-rotor machines. The main work of this paper involves the design, analysis, construction, and testing of the proposed machine. The DSDRM with a synthetic-slot structure was demonstrated to be feasible by finite element analysis (FEA), prototype fabrication, and experimental results. In addition, vehicle layout with DSDRM is presented and verified by the vehicle road test experiment. Thus, the DSDRM with the synthetic-slot structure can be used as a hub motor for in-wheel direct drive of EVs.

The main work explains the elaboration process of a didactic booklet that details the constructive method of reinforced masonry, final product of an investigation developed by the department of Architecture and Urbanism at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE), entitled “Alvenaria Cerâmica Armada: uma cartilha prática”[1], at 2020. This article presents a discussion concerning urban sustainability, here understood not from it ecological dimension only, but also from it’s social and cultural. The post-modern Productivism from the 70’s decades impulses an architectural production which impacts the landscape and life quality of city’s population, presenting a homogenization in what concerns architecture. Contrasting this universalized architectural movement, some notably Latin-American architectural offices, using materials and local techniques, started to answer the local demands (and international) under the sustainable directive, intending to use low cost and using resources and rejects from local site to build. Based on the practical experience at one of these offices, the Paraguayan office Gabinete de Arquitectura, it was possible to elaborate a guidebook synthesizing some precepts and building techniques in reinforced masonry, a method easily reached by the most popular layers of society. By this guidebook it is uncovered many possibilities for an architectural low cost production with both social and cultural commitments.   [1] Reinforced Masonry Practical Booklet.

Using space stations for a large number of observation, exploration, and research is a necessary way to fully develop space technology. It is a necessary means of space experiment to install the extravehicular experimental load by using the load plate. However, the extravehicular environment is full of danger, which poses a threat to the health and even safety of astronauts. Using robots to replace astronauts to complete this task can effectively reduce the threat to astronauts. Aiming at the problem that the configurations of existing space robots have difficulty in balancing the contradiction between complexity and dexterity, our previous work proposes a 12-DOF 3-arm robot and preliminarily explores the feasibility of its large-scale ability. This paper focus on the 8-DOF redundant dexterous manipulator composed of 2 of the robot arms. In view of the difficulties in solving the inverse kinematics of the redundant manipulator, the challenges of complex environmental lighting, and difficulties of matching multiple groups of holes and pins in the load plate assembly task, the research on the autonomous assembly of the load plate is carried out. The main work is as follows: (a) A variable D-H parameter inverse kinematics solution method is proposed, which lays a foundation for humanoid dexterous operation planning of the robot. (b) An autonomous operation method based on visual guidance and variable parameter admittance control is proposed. Finally, the safety and robustness of the robot in the autonomous assembly of the load plate with multipins and holes are successfully verified by experiments.

The dynamical characteristics of a gyrostat system with intermittent forcing are investigated, the main work and contributions are given as follows: (1) The gyrostat system with an intermittent forcing is studied, and its dynamical characteristics are investigated by the corresponding Lyapunov exponent spectrums and bifurcation diagrams with respect to the amplitude of intermittent forcing. The modified gyrostat system exists chaotic motion when the amplitude of intermittent forcing belongs to a certain interval, and it can be at a state of stable point or periodic motion by the design of amplitude. (2) The gyrostat system with multiple intermittent forcings is also investigated through the combination of Lyapunov exponent spectrums and bifurcation diagrams, and it behaves periodic motion or chaotic motion when the amplitude or forcing width is different. (3) By the selection of parameters in intermittent forcings, the modified gyrostat system is at a state of stable point, periodic motion or chaotic motion. Numerical simulations verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the modified gyrostat system.

Conventional line frequency transformers have the disadvantages of large volume and low efficiency. The medium or high frequency transformers based on power converters can achieve high power conversion with small footprint have drawn popularity in numerous industrial applications. Unregulated resonant converters, LLC and CLLC resonant converters, with fixed voltage conversion ratio operating at resonant frequency, which are also known as DC transformers (DCXs), are attractive owning to their high efficiency characteristic. Nevertheless, there are issues associated with DCXs in real applications. Regulation capability and automatic resonant frequency tracking capability are the two most important issues for DCXs. The main work of this paper is to characterize the resonant converters based DCXs, and overview the issues and solutions associated with DCXs. Guidelines can be provided for researchers and engineers when designing the resonant converters based DCXs.

Abstract There was shown the role of live and dry algae Fucus vesiculosus (Phaeophyceae) in the purification of the coastal waters from petroleum products. It was revealed that live algae can be effectively used for preventive, daily purification of marine water, when the content of diesel fuel does not exceed 3 mg/l. For the first time, the prospect of using dry fucus for bioremediation of marine water in emergencies creating a concentration of petroleum products in water of 1 g/l has been determined. In the case of using living plants to neutralize toxicant, the decisive role in the process belongs to the symbiotic association of algae and hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria. In case of using dry algae, dried macrophytes become a reservoir for the accumulation of diesel fuel. The main work on the destruction of hydrocarbons, probably, lies on HOB, as well as on physicochemical processes. Metabolic processes inherent in living algae and leading to the destruction of petroleum hydrocarbons weren’t determined in this case.
