World experience testifies the existence of significant disproportionate conditions for the functioning and development of the state, regions and enterprises. Disproportionality is observed in economic, social, environmental and other directions of development. The existence of significant disproportionate conditions for development indicates that existing opportunities are not being fully utilized. The subject of the study of this work is the internal production disparities of the enterprise as the main element of the economy. The purpose of the article is to improve the method of estimating the disproportionality of functioning and development of the enterprise in the conditions of combined production flows of metallurgical production. Achieving this goal requires implementation the following tasks: analysis of theoretical principles and methods of estimating the disproportionate functioning and development of enterprises and its subdivisions; analysis of theoretical positions for determining bottlenecks in combined production flows of metallurgical production; selection of baseline data to evaluate the disproportionate functioning and development of the enterprise. There is a need to create optimal proportions between the productivity of the main units (blast furnaces and furnaces, converters, rolling mills) and throughput capacity of the auxiliary and service workplaces, as well as between the production departments of the enterprise. The classification of disproportions is proposed. It is determined that there are the following in-house imbalances of production capacity and capacity of equipment: factory, inter-department, department and site. The analysis of bottlenecks in combined production flows of metallurgical production is carried out. Bottlenecks in combined production flows are classified into local, nodal, and through. The disproportionality factor is inversely proportional to the proportionality factor and is calculated as the ratio of the maximum value of the indicator to the minimum value. As an example, the calculation of the coefficients of, inter-department and site disproportionality. The results of this study develop and complement the theoretical principles of economics and organization of production regarding the proportional functioning and development of enterprises.

Every ship will face an extension run-in stage after equipment factory test. In the paper, adjustable pitch propeller of the two ships in different wear processes are selected for the experiment and the features of hydraulic oil are obtained. With FA (factor analysis), the features of the contamination can be represented by two feature factors, large size particles factor and small size particles factor. According to comparison of the contribution of the ships two factors, large size particles factor of the ship in extension run-in stage have much more influence on the hydraulic oils status than the other ship.

With the development of information technology and use of intelligent sophisticated equipment. Factory automation has improved continuously, the situation of maintenance surplus and maintenance insufficient had often occurred. Through the application research of MES, in-depth understudied fault diagnosis and maintenance technology. In-depth analyzed the theory of equipment integrated maintenance in MES. Designed implementation program for equipment integrated maintenance management for MES by the thought of integrated. Used the idea of segmentation in time and space to establish the model of decomposition for maintenance target. Extraction state information of equipment and parts. Finally, designed operation framework model for equipment integrated maintenance for MES. Analyzed the mode of operation and the process integration of maintenance management detail. Establish integrated maintenance system for equipment in MES implementation to improve the effectiveness of equipment maintenance.

The presented work has shown an application of spent glauconite bed after purifi cation of wastewater for production of lightweight expanded clay aggregates. Sewage, from which it was removed Zn ions, came from technological line (zinc-works) of Communication Equipment Factory „PZL” Świdnik. Spent glauconite bed was used as an additive in lightweight aggregate production which was obtained using plastic method by sintering, at temperature 1140ºC and 1200 ºC, of spent glauconite amouts 10, 15, 20 and 25% wt. with clays from open-cast mine „Budy Mszczonowskie”. The presence of the mineral improves sinter texture, increases porosity and contributes to formation of glassy layer on the surface of the aggregates. Tests of zinc elution from lightweight aggregate samples has shown very low mobility of zinc ions. Content of zinc in water extracts obtained from lightweight aggregate is defi nitely lower than zinc concentration permitted for sewage discharge to water or soil, means that spent material is not offensive for the environment as it can be used as a high quality building product.
