The paper presents the results of studies on the sorption leaching of gold-containing ore of the Vasilkovskoye deposit. Kinetic dependences of the sorption of gold and associated metals from cyanide-alkali solutions under different physical and chemical factors were obtained. It was found that gold on the AM-2B resin sorbed at a higher rate than, for example, copper and zinc. The solutions were analyzed using modern devices of a new generation: FT-IR spectrometer "Avatar 370". Laboratory studies were performed to determine the gold sorption rate by the AM-2B anionite from cyanide-alkaline solutions. It was found in the process of sorption of gold from multicomponent cyanide-alkali solutions on AM-2B anionite of mixed basicity, with the macroporous structure containing benzyl dimethylamine and dibenzyl dimethyl ammonium functional groups, that an important factor of qualitative and quantitative separation of gold and impurity metals is the concentration of cyanide and hydroxyl ions in solution. The temperature effect on the sorption rate of gold from cyanide-alkali solutions was studied with the temperature dependences F of t, Bt, of t, ln (l - F) of t, and D of t that show that the sorption process of dicyanoaurate ions is controlled by mixed diffusion.

Quercetin has been extracted from Ammi majus plant using ethanol via soxhlet system. Further, the substance was diagnosed by three binary and mono-layered chromatographical devices beside chronographical quantitative separation. Total of 45 patients was inflicted with mouth infections and urinary tract in both genders. The momentary vaginal infections among different ages of people settled in different regions of Nineveh district / Iraq were considered for the study. The study patients were identified using microscopic testing, selective differential medium (CHROM candida agar) and Vitek system. The isolation results inferred that the mouth infection is caused by most yeasts such as Candida parapsilosis (the most frequent),. The urinary tract infection is concerned, and most of the infections were reportedly caused by C. parapsilosis, C. tropicalis and C. albicans. with regards to the vaginal infections cases, C. albicans fungus has been the most frequent. Bio chemical tests were conducted using Vitek for the isolants studied, in which there were differences in the study results. Quercetin was extracted from Candid spp. The increase in the inhibition of quercetin is noted, whenever its concentration is increased. With regards to the anti-fungals Nystantin, for the concentration of 100IU/ml.and Clotrimazole 30mg/ml had inhibited the yeast Candid spp.

A novel preconcentration/separation method for simultaneous sorption-spectrophotometric determination of anionic food dyes Sunset Yellow and Tartrazine is proposed. The method is based on preconcentration of the dyes using solid phase extraction on a cartridge filled with silica chemically modified with C16 groups from aqueous solution at pH 1 followed by elution with water/acetonitrile mixture containing 2 mmol·L−1 KH2PO4 adjusted to pH 3 with a step gradient of acetonitrile content. This elution allows quantitative separation of the dyes which makes their individual spectrophotometric determination possible. The detection limits for Tartrazine and Sunset Yellow are 0.15 and 0.11 μg·mL−1 and the linearity range is 2–20 μg·mL−1. The method is applied for analysis of beverages. The recovery of dyes is higher than 97% at the relative standard deviation not exceeding 10%.

Abstract Background Analysis of high-throughput multi-’omics interactions across the hierarchy of expression has wide interest in making inferences with regard to biological function and biomarker discovery. Expression levels across different scales are determined by robust synthesis, regulation and degradation processes, and hence transcript (mRNA) measurements made by microarray/RNA-Seq only show modest correlation with corresponding protein levels. Results In this work we are interested in quantitative modelling of correlation across such gene products. Building on recent work, we develop computational models spanning transcript, translation and protein levels at different stages of the H. sapiens cell cycle. We enhance this analysis by incorporating 25+ sequence-derived features which are likely determinants of cellular protein concentration and quantitatively select for relevant features, producing a vast dataset with thousands of genes. We reveal insights into the complex interplay between expression levels across time, using machine learning methods to highlight outliers with respect to such models as proteins associated with post-translationally regulated modes of action. Conclusions We uncover quantitative separation between modified and degraded proteins that have roles in cell cycle regulation, chromatin remodelling and protein catabolism according to Gene Ontology; and highlight the opportunities for providing biological insights in future model systems.
