Abstract Background Kawasaki Disease (KD) is the most common childhood vasculitis and cause of acquired heart disease for no apparent reason. There is some evidence indicating infectious agents as possible triggers for KD. During the COVID-19 pandemic, vasculitis has been a presentation of COVID-19 in children. We performed this study to assess the association between KD and COVID-19. We evaluated KD hospitalized children during February to September 2020 for COVID-19 (group one) and compared their demographic, clinical, laboratory, and echocardiographic findings with KD patients from the same period time in 2019 (group two). We also compared the same data in COVID-19 positive and COVID-19 negative KD patients in 2020 pandemic period in Shiraz Namazi referral hospital at southwest of Iran. Results Thirty-two patients in group one compared with 44 patients in group two. Sixty-eight percent of group one KD patients were positive for COVID-19 during the pandemic period. KD Age of onset in the group one was lower than group two (4.38 years VS 5.5 years, P-value = 0.044). There was no difference in the demographic, clinical, laboratory, and echocardiographic features of the patients during and before the COVID-19 pandemic (p-value > 0.05). Moreover, Comparing COVID-19 positive and negative the incidence of rash was higher within COVID-19 positive cases (p < 0.05), and coronary artery abnormalities were more prevalent in COVID-19 negative cases (p < 0.05). Conclusion Admission rate of KD was almost similar during the COVID-19 pandemic but 68% of KD admitted patient were COVID-19 positive. Age of onset for KD during the COVID-19 pandemic was lower and skin manifestation was higher than the same period time in last year.

Chronic subdural hematoma (cSDH) is a disorder in which blood collects between the dura and arachnoid mater of meninges around the brain. It's more common among the elderly and usually triggered by a head injury. We report a case of a 78-year-old male patient who had previously been diagnosed with a left hemisphere subdural hematoma for no apparent reason with a history of hypertension. Two days before hospitalizing, he had a symptom of weakness in the right extremities. Non-contrast CT of head reveals a crescent-shaped, heterodense lesion over the lateral aspect of the left hemisphere measuring 11x5x1 cm with mass effect to the adjacent brain parenchyma. Burr hole drainage was performed for the patient. His symptoms improved after the surgery.

Murabaah payments can be made in cash and installments. However, often in the installment process, banks are faced with various problems, especially bad loans. The problem that often occurs in banking is customers who are able but deliberately delay their obligations to the bank. This has resulted in the possibility of the bank experiencing material and non-material losses. in sharia banks in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 17 of 2000, if the customer intentionally delays payment for no apparent reason, the sharia financial institution has the right to impose a fine on him in accordance with the previously agreed upon agreement. The purpose of this study was to determine the system of fines on sharia financing products at BMT PAS and to determine the implementation of fines on murabahah contracts in a sharia economic perspective at BMT Purwakarta Amanah Sejahtera (PAS). This type of research is field research, the data is obtained in the field, meaning that it is direct research to obtain data from the facts that occur on the BMT PAS with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined), data analysis is a deductive method, namely a method that departs from general knowledge about a phenomenon (theory) and is based on general knowledge that wants to assess specific things. The results of this study indicate that the penalty system for sharia financing products at BMT PAS is by giving policies to members affected by fource majeur by freeing them to pay their financing installments. If it is found that the economic condition of the member is able to pay the debt but does not obey the installments, then the BMT PAS will impose sanctions on the member. If the analyzed member is really economically incapable, then the BMT PAS does not impose a fine or sanction on the member. The Penalty System for Sharia Financing Products at BMT PAS is in accordance with fatwa No. 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 concerning Sanctions for Able Customers Who Delay Payments. Because BMT PAS considers Fource majeur to be a disaster, BMT PAS will provide a solution to the member by being retrained if it cannot be fostered, then BMT PAS releases members from paying the installments and is considered to be a loss from BMT PAS. Likewise, the BMT PAS has applied fines to members who can afford it but delay payments. Sanctions in the form of fines are based on the principle of ta'zir, which aims to make customers more disciplined in carrying out their obligations. in allocating the BMT PAS fines, it also clarifies that the fines are used for social funds or community needs, both for compensation, disaster relief infrastructure and so on

Aim: The aim of the present study was to get an in-depth understanding of post-coital dysphoria and it's most common predictors amongst the Indian Youth. Methods: For the purpose of the current study, telephonic interview was carried out with a total of 20 individuals ( female=16, male = 4) between the age 18-26 years. Main Outcome Measures: Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) was utilized to analyze the predictors of post-coital dysphoria amongst the participants of the study. Results : Of all participants in the current study (n=21), a total of 11 participants reported experiencing more than one negative emotion after sex for no apparent reason. The most common themes that emerged across the narrative of all participants were : Ambivalence, sexual abuse (childhood sexual abuse/adult sexual abuse) , self esteem, uncertainty surrounding relationship, unmet sexual expectations and stigma associated with engaging in pre-marital sexual intercourse. Background: This study aimed to calculate the seroconversion rate of the CoronaVac vaccine in healthcare workers (HCWs) 40 days after administration. Methods: Serum samples from 133 HCWs from Southern Brazil were collected one day before (Day 0) and 10, 20, and 40 days after administering the vaccines first dose. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) was quantified using immunoassays for anti-N-protein antibodies (Abbott, Sligo, Ireland) and for anti-S1 (spike) protein antibodies (Euroimmun, Lubeck, Germany). Results: Seroconversion by D 40 (20 days after the second dose) occurred in 129 (97%) HCWs for the S1 protein, and in 69 (51.87%) HCWs for the N protein. An absence of IgG antibodies (by both methodologies), occurred in two (1.5%) HCWs undergoing semiannual rituximab administration, and also in another two (1.5%) HCWs with no apparent reason. Conclusion: This study showed that CoronaVac has a high seroconversion rate when evaluated in an HCW population.
