The security of digital data has become an essential need. Because the storage, transmission of data social networking has became inevitable, the need to ensure that data is no longer a luxury but an absolute necessity. The picture takes a large part of the data and its presence every day more important. in this paper, we use a new technique encryption which is poly encryption, this technique is based on the Decomposition of the image in a random manner, and each block will be encrypted by an algorithm that used different algorithm

In order to make harvesting table olives profitable, mechanical harvesting has become an absolute necessity. Many small Andalusian producers face structural and financial constraints in implementing the mechanisation of harvesting and, as a consequence, the fruit is still harvested manually. A manual inverted umbrella (MIU), initially designed for harvesting oil olives, was evaluated in order to determine the extent in which this device can optimise the harvesting without jeopardising the fruit quality. Simultaneously, the effects of a diluted lye treatment, applied to prevent the proliferation of brown spots caused by bruising during mechanical harvesting, was also studied. The quality of the harvested fruit was evaluated after complete fermentation. The results indicate that when no diluted lye treatment was applied, using the MIU resulted in a slightly inferior fruit quality. However, when the amount of heavily damaged fruit is taken as a standard, the MIU presented results comparable to those obtained by manual harvesting. The MIU does, therefore, offer small producers an efficient alternative, given that manual harvesting costs are up to three times higher than the costs incurred during MIU harvesting.

AbstractThe inventory of urban brownfields in post-industrial European metropolitan areas and the study of regeneration projects highlight the absolute necessity of these resources for the sustainability transitions of urban territories and the undeniable complexity of this type of process. Given the complexity of the variables involved, there is no simple and unambiguous recipe to make urban territories evolve towards more sustainability. In a synthetic way, we recall how this book examines the strategies and methods of regenerating urban brownfields through the lens of sustainability at the neighbourhood scale. Then, we question how the urban brownfield phenomenon will evolve in the decades to come. Finally, we argue that it is through inter-disciplinarity of approaches that neighbourhoods in transition can contribute, on their scale, to the mutation and adaptability of urban territories.

The concept of beauty attached to a woman's body does not only occur in the real world but also in literary works. Beauty myths form interpretations to women in the analyzed Smara Tantra kakawin. Beauty myths intimidate women in such a systematic and organized way. As long as women think that being beautiful according to the representation of society's glasses is an absolute necessity. Kakawin Smara Tantra, which is quite famous among Balinese people, only sees from the point of view of men the beautiful construction of women. Beauty myths created in kakawin Smara Tantra have shackled women so that women no longer respect themselves and only focus on physical form. Although the true beauty of women is not only radiated from the physical but must be balanced with beauty that comes from within (inner beauty).

The IACC Chapter Europe, was invited in 2017 to create a new colour pallet for a City in Sothern Italy, maintaining the character and identity of the town. Eleven buildings of the centre were selected to be worked on. The collected 53 old colour samples were the base for the very careful analysis and the strong reduction to 21 nuances of the new pallet. Finally various colour collages were produced to show the community and the public of the city the change of impression - using just colour. Colour is definitely an absolute necessity for a balanced environment, indoors as well as outdoors. A medical statement says that more than 75% of all illnesses derive from stress: In this connection the stress diminishing property of colour is THE MOST EFFECTIVE one to take care of.   El color es mucho más que decoración. This paper examines the influence of concerns regarding Amazon deforestation in the Peruvian oil palm policy. The research consisted of the analysis of discourses underlying oil palm policy and of related actors. The results show a paradigm change influenced by the referred concerns. This influence occurred presumably through oil palm farmers, who led a recent policy’s update process while promoting their insertion to green markets. The results also present the absolute necessity of including indigenous peoples in oil palm policy and other policies in the Peruvian Amazon.

Luther underscores sin as unbelief which cuts off the relationship between the human being and his/her Creator resulting in the imprisonment of the human by sin, death, and transcendental evil. He/she exists in the state of infirmity, incapable of changing his/her basic orientation of life. Sin is weakness, inability to be free. Paradoxically, the enslavement of sin entered humanity when the human being was deceived by an illusion of absolute freedom, independence from the Creator: “man himself wants to be God, and does not want God to be God.” Erasmus criticized Luther for using the deterministic concept of “absolute necessity.” In fact, Luther is not a determinist, but he uses a hamartiological idea of “the necessity of immutability”: the sinner necessarily must continue to be a captive of unfaith until efficient Pneumatological grace liberates him/her. Luther’s thought does not include any notion of “the necessity of coaction.” The sinner freely enjoys sinning unless changed by God. The necessity of immutability concerns the human being’s relation to the “things above oneself,” not to those “below oneself” where natural freedom of will prevails. Luther represents no theodicy, he leaves open the question about where the ultimate origin of evil will lies. God is not the cause of evil will, but he may sometimes use it as an “instrumental cause” for his good purposes. In Luther’s treatise there is no trace of a doctrine of predestination applied to individual human beings. Any notion of double predestination is impossible in Luther’s doctrine of grace.
