Abstract. EMC measurements must be carried out in standardized and defined measuring environments. The frequency range between 9 kHz and 30 MHz is a major challenge for measurement technology. The established test sites are designed with an perfect elelctrically conducting ground. For the considered lower frequency range, the metrological validation is carried out with magnetic field antennas in this frequency range. The aim is therefore to take into account the ferromagnetic properties of the ground plane in such a measurement environment and to describe them analytically or numerically with an electrical equivalent circuit diagram. In this article we simplify the model to two loopantennas in Freespace without groundplane to check if the approache with the ECD will work. Therefore we use various numerical field calculation programs in the frequency range up to 30 MHz. The results from simulations are to be checked for correctness with describing them analytically or numerically. For this purpose, a model consisting of two loop antennas was created and simulated in a numerical simulation program. In order to validate the results from the simulation, two different approaches to creating an electrical equivalent circuit (ECD) are examined. The first approach is based on the real equivalent circuit diagram of a coil and the second approach forms a parallel resonant circuit of the first resonance of an antennas input impedance. The focus here is on the mutual inductance, which represents the coupling between the two antennas.

Abstract The article is devoted to the design of a circuit diagram of an induction heating device. The work carried out a literature review in the area under consideration. The technology of manufacturing a union is considered, which consists of manufacturing a plug, a branch pipe and a flange. Conducted research and application of induction brazing and various fields. Various elements of the equipment used in the design process are considered. A schematic flow diagram of the induction brazing unit has been developed. As a result of the work, the design of the installation for induction soldering was developed and auxiliary materials (flux, solder) were selected.

The design & development of automated chair is done in the project for the Excavator machine to ensure the comfort of the rider ensured for any angle of work being carried out by the excavator. The various components like the chair, support rod, rod end eye bearing, the control valves for the flow, pressure and direction, hose pipe and hydraulic cylinder are used to make the model of the automatic chair. The various electronic components like the proximity sensors, relays and SMPS are utilized to control and regulate the incline and decline of the chair as per the machine’s inclination so that horizontal position of the chair can be attained. The part designing and the assembly of all components are conducted in CATIA software. The circuit diagram for the proximity sensor is also made. The model is fabricated using the tools and equipment like the gas cutter, grinding machine, bending machine etc. The prepared model is tested for the incline and decline of the chair at 20˚ angle using the real-life working parameter of the machine. From the test the chair is observed to properly attain the horizontal position along with actuation of hydraulic cylinder by making sure that operator’s centre of gravity is maintained to ensure the comfort of rider.
