The existing self recording instruments of India Meteorological Department (IMD) urgently require modernization by considering the demand for its real time interface with the modern now-casting tools like Doppler Weather Radar (DWR), real time weather models etc. Hence IMD has designed and developed a state-of-the-art Digital Automatic Recording System (DARS) for the automatic measurement, storage, display and communication of meteorological parameters like Atmospheric pressure, Wind speed, Wind direction, Air temperature, Relative humidity and Rainfall. The system has its origin from the existing IMD make High Wind Speed Recording (HWSR) System installed at more than 15 coastal observatories in the eastern coast of India, by suitable integration with different types of electronic meteorological sensors available in the global market. Authors have participated at various stages of design, development, installation, and data validation of the system. This paper highlights the design aspects of indigenous system and its data quality with respect to imported AWS and ground truth observations and the proposal for its installation at selected villages in a district to study the spatial variation of Wind and Rainfall during Monsoon period.

Artificial intelligence is a subject that studies all kinds of human intelligent activities and their laws. It is developed on the basis of the cohesion of many disciplines such as computer science, politics, information system, neurophysiology, psychology, philosophy, and language. This paper aims to study how to build a computer or intelligent machine, including hardware and software, imitate and expand the human brain to perform thinking functions such as thinking, programming, arithmetic, and learning, solve complex problems that need to be handled by professionals, and better apply the artificial intelligence assistance system to the teaching of piano performance. In this paper, Prolog language and music-assisted learning system based on the ARM and SA algorithm are proposed, the principle and operation process of music automatic recording technology are deeply studied, and the system data of artificial intelligence are summarized and analyzed by using internal database, so as to find out the implementation principle and law of piano automatic recording system. So that the artificial intelligence assistant system can be better applied to music teaching. The experimental results show that, in the teaching system of piano performance and music automatic notation algorithm, the utilization rate of artificial intelligence auxiliary technology has reached 56.81 and is growing rapidly. Therefore, we can find that the artificial intelligence assistant system plays an important role in the teaching system of piano performance and automatic music notation.

The main problem in this research is dependency lab activities on the presence of a technician and complicated administrative process which take five procedure stages of lending at D3 and D4 Electronic Engineering polban. This research aims to create an equipment that is able to eliminate the dependency of the presence of technician, and to reduce the complicated administrative process. The QR code technology is the method used in this research to control the opening of lab doors and equipment cupboards by scanning the QR code with a mobile application. The result of this research show that the procedure borrowing of equipment facilities can be shortened from five procedurals to three procedurals. The QR Code information is able open the door of the room and laboratory cabinets by inputing password that been set at the database and able to borrow equipment that is integrated with the automatic recording of borrowing equipment.

Abstract We do not have a complete knowledge of the bat species presence in West Central Brazil domain and still do not understand how bats respond to the ecosystems rapid vanishing. We quantified bat diversity in the Parque Estadual de Terra Ronca (PETER), a Cerrado protected area. Additionally, we report an extension of the Hsunycteris thomasi distribution known only in the Amazon and the western portion of Brazil. Over 1.440 m2 h of mist netting and five nights of automatic recording, we recorded five families and 38 species, while the Jackknife first-order estimator predicted the occurrence of 25 species. Besides the register of species for the area, the novelty is the increase in the potential distribution area of H. thomasi in Norwest’s and north of the Midwest of Brazil. We also report the presence of at least one Lonchophylla dekeyseri population, an endemic to Cerrado. The lack of bat captures within the cotton plantation suggests the impoverishment of the bat assemblages due to the extensive loss of native habitats.

Nowadays noise pollution is a growing problem in modern cities, thanks to rapid population growth, urbanization and new technologies. Moreover, at times, a noisy neighbor or co-worker can drive you crazy and affect your well-being. Talking loudly is an annoying habit in an office environment. Having a loud coworker can distract us from our work and harm our productivity. So to solve this problem, we are building this prototype and named as A Noise Detector With Automatic Recording System. This device notifies users whenever it detects loud noise, as well as it automatically records the sound and saves this recorded sound in a file. This device is connected to our mobile phone via bluetooth when the device detects the sound the Bluetooth app automatically starts recording that sound and save this file in our mobile. This Noise Detector System can be used in library, office and classroom environments to identify noisy people so that necessary action can be taken against them.

Abstract IntroductionIn cardiac arrest (CA), time is directly predictive of patient prognosis. The increase in mortality resulting from delayed cardiopulmonary resuscitation has been quantified minute by minute. Times reported in such a situation could reflect a bias referred to as “digit preference”. This phenomenon leads to privilege certain numerical values (like 2, 5, or 10) over others (like 13). We investigated this bias in times reported during cardiac arrest management in a national register. MethodsWe analyzed data from the French National Electronic Registry of Cardiac Arrests. All the data, including the twelve times corresponding to the main steps of the management of cardiac arrest are prospectively reported by the emergency physician who managed the patients in prehospital settings. The frequency of times as multiples of 15 (0, 15, 30, and 45) was our primary end-point.Results 47,211 times related to 6,131 cardiac arrests were analyzed. The most overrepresented numbers were: 0, with 3,737 occurrences (8% vs 2% expected, p<0,0001) and 30, with 2,807 occurrences (6% vs 2% expected, p<0,0001). Times as multiples of 5 and 10 were overrepresented (52% vs 20% and 10% expected, p<0,0001).ConclusionProspectively collected time were considerably influenced by digit preference phenomenon. Studies that are not based on automatic recording of times as well as studies that have not evaluated and considered this bias should be interpretated with caution.
