In the operational activities of Diskominfo at Badung Regency, there are often reports of service problems every day. Currently, the reporting of these problems is still done in person via telephone or short message, which affects the speed of handling the report. The complaint system is a solution to problems related to reporting and handling of these service problems. In this study, a mobile application-based complaint system will be developed for the client-side to make it easier for clients to report or respond to reports and for the server-side, it will be developed on a web-based basis to still facilitate the management of complaint data. This study uses Data Flow Diagrams to model the process and Entity Relationship Diagrams to model its database. The evaluation process is carried out using the black box testing method and usability evaluation using SEQ and SUS. The system that has been successfully developed is able to carry out the main processes related to adding reports, viewing report progress, verifying reports, following up on reports, and changing report status. Testing using the black box testing method on 7 test classes with 74 test scenarios to get 74 valid test scenarios. Testing the installation and use of applications on 3 types of smartphones has also been successfully carried out without any problems. Information systems can facilitate business actors to control and evaluate business reporting effectively and efficiently. Anugrah Sri Jaya is a business engaged in manufacturing. This company still uses a manual recording system which causes several problems, namely frequent errors in calculations and mismatch of inventory stock records with actual conditions. Therefore, the researcher proposes to implement an information system in the accounting process at Anugrah Sri Jaya. From the results of the study, researchers have succeeded in building a web-based accounting information system at Anugrah Srijaya. Information system testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method where the test uses a questionnaire as an assessor and the number of responses is 5 respondents where the respondents from this study are business owners and several employees who will later use this system. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be seen that the average score obtained from the calculation of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is 74.5. Based on the results of the average score, this system can be said to be in the category of acceptance (Acceptable) and on the adjective rating scale, the information system built is rated as excellent.

Waste in general has become a major problem for people around the world. Evidence internationally shows that everyone, or nearly everyone, admits to polluting at some point, with the majority of people littering at least occasionally. This research wants to overcome these problems, by utilizing computer vision and deep learning approaches. This research was conducted to detect the actions carried out by humans in the activities/actions of disposing of waste in an image. This is useful to provide better information for research on better waste disposal behavior than before. We use a Convolutional Neural Network model with a Residual Neural Network architecture to detect the types of activities that objects perform in an image. The result is an artificial neural network model that can label the activities that occur in the input image (scene recognition). This model has been able to carry out the recognition process with an accuracy of 88% with an F1-Score of 0.87.

To find out the need for fiber optic access network devices from NOC to rooms at Udayana University, Sudirman Campus, fiber to the home network design was made with Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology. Selection of GPON technology to reduce the number of ports on OLT and the number of fiber cores compared to the existing technology using point to point. Assuming the bitrate in each room is 21 Mbps and 291 rooms to be served, it takes 5 OLT ports on the NOC. Feeder Cable Network consists of 5 cores distributed to each location using 3 units of 1: 4 splitter, 4 units of 1: 8 splitter, 6 units of 1:16 splitter, 1:32 splitter of 6 units. To maintain service quality, 16 amplifiers are needed. The required fiber cable length is 2.5 km. The quality of service is tested using the Optisystem simulator. The result is that at the closest distance the PRx value is -14.059 dBm, with BER 6.13608 e-103, Q Factor 21.511. Meanwhile, at the farthest distance, the PRx value is -14.105 dBm, with BER of 1.52751 e-120, and Q Factor 23.3159. The results obtained still meet the ITU-T G.984.2 standard

This research tries to take advantage of Twitter by analyzing Indonesian-language tweets that discuss the Covid-19 virus outbreak to find out what Twitter users think about the Covid-19 virus outbreak. This study tries to analyze sentiment to see opinions on Covid-19 tweets that contains Posittive, Negative or Neutral sentiments using Multi-layer Perceptron (MLP) using Backprogragation with Adam optimization. We collected 200 documents (tweets) in Indonesian about Covid-19 that were tweeted since November 2019 and then trained them to get our MLP Backpropagation model. Our model managed to get an accuracy of up to 70% with f1-scores for positive, negative, and neutral classes respectively 0.77, 0.75, and 0.5 from a maximum value of 1. This shows that our model is quite successful in carrying out the sentiment classification process for Indonesian tweets with the Covid-19 theme.
