Kegiatan penjualan produk olahan kangkung di daerah Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo, Kecamatan Balikpapan Tengah. dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo. Penjualan produk olahan kangkung saat ini masih secara konvensional dengan menawarkan ke toko-toko sekitar Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo dan pasar tradisional daerah Balikapapan. Proses penjualan produk olahan kangkung masih cukup terbatas di daerah Balikpapan. Masyarakat Balikapapan masih kurang mengetahui keberadaan Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo  sehingga  masih belum cukup luas cakupan pemasaran produk olahan Kangkung. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan perancangan sebuah website penjualan produk olahan kangkung untuk Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo dengan nama SIKANGBEJO dengan menggunkan metode waterfall. Pengembambangan website ini menggunggunakan metode waterfall, yang terdiri dari enam aktifitas, yaitu requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Pada penelitian ini menghasil 28 kebutuhan fungsional, 8 kebutuhan non-fungsional dan 3 Kebutuhan informasi, dan juga ada tiga aktor yaitu admin, user, dan pengguna umum yang memliliki peran sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing aktor.pada hasil pengujian menggunakan Teknik blackbox dan white box testing yang mana 8 pengujian dengan hasil valid dan sesuai yang diharapkan.

Working under constrained conditions can boost or kill creativity, depending on the nature of the constraints (organizational, personal or task-related). However, a design process without clearly identified constraints, which set the project objectives, could lead to inefficiencies and unfruitful iterations. Some of the most acknowledged procedures to support requirement definition are focused on the use of specific checklists. However, notwithstanding the importance of the task, little attention was dedicated to the verification of the effectiveness of these tools. In such a context, the paper presents an investigation aimed at assessing the performance of three checklists that exploit different strategies to elicit requirements. To that purpose, a sample of fifty engineering students was asked to use the checklists to define the requirements for a specific design case. The outcomes of the experiment were assessed according to well-acknowledged effectiveness metrics, i.e. quantity, operationality, validity, non-redundancy, and completeness. The result of the assessment highlights that checklists based on more general questions or abstract stimuli can better support novice designers in making explicit internally felt design constraints that can potentially lead to more innovative design.

Masyarakat Balikapapan masih kurang mengetahui keberadaan Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo  sehingga  masih belum cukup luas cakupan pemasaran produk olahan Kangkung. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan perancangan sebuah website penjualan produk olahan kangkung untuk Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo dengan nama SIKANGBEJO dengan menggunkan framework codignigter. Pengembambangan website ini menggunggunakan metode waterfall, yang terdiri dari enam aktifitas, yaitu requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu website penjualan yang digolongkan menjadi tiga aktor yaitu admin, user, dan pengguna umum yang memliliki peran sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing aktor. Dengan adanya website SIKANGBEJO, kegiatan pemasaran akan lebih efektif dan efisien, serta masyarakat Balikapan dapat lebih mengetahui Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan pada Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo.Kata Kunci : Kampung Kangkung Sumber Rejo, Produk olahan kangkung, SIKANGBEJO, Website.

 The purpose of this study is to build an information system for Land Certification in the Land Office of Sidoarjo Regency. This information system is a form of development in facilitating prospective applicants for making land easier and faster. To support the performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office staff and make it easier for users to make land certificates. In this study, the method used was SDLC according to Ian Sommerville (2011). The cycle of stages contains requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance so that the implementation can be maximized. The results of this study have built a Land Certification-based information system which greatly facilitates the performance of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office staff. The conclusion from the research and discussion is that the Land Certification information system is running well and smoothly. With the existence of a land information system, it is hoped that it can help the work of BPN office officers, so that the efficiency and effectiveness of service performance can be improved as well as accelerating officer services for land-making transactions in Sidoarjo Regency.

Kedai Almarsa merupakan kedai kopi tempat berkumpulnya orang-orang yang ingin menikmati seduhan kopi atau hanya sekedar bersantai dengan kerabat. Ramainya orang-orang yang berdatangan terkadang membuat antrian panjang pada kedai tersebut. Minimnya karyawan yang bekerja pada kedai, juga membuat karyawan kesulitan dalam hal melakukan pencatatan pesanan. Proses pemesanan dan pembayaran pada kedai yang masih manual memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pemrosesan pemesanan dan pembayaran pada kedai serta dapat menghambat kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Kedai Almarsa (SIPEKA) untuk mempermudah sistem pemesanan maupun pembayaran yang ada pada almarsa kopi tanpa harus mengantri terlebih dahulu. SIPEKA ini dapat digunakan oleh pelanggan dan karyawan sebagai sistem pemesanan pada Kedai Almarsa Kopi. Selain untuk melakukan pemesanan, sistem almarsa kopi juga bisa digunakan untuk melakukan pembayaran secara non tunai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada pembuatan SIPEKA adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari requirement definition, system and software design, implementation, integration and system testing, dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah SIPEKA dapat memberikan fitur pemesanan secara online, fitur keranjang, fitur rekomendasi minuman, fitur riwayar pemesanan dan transaksi, serta fitur notifikasi update pesanan

Inventory data on Obyth Store is still made in the big agenda book, so store owners and cashiers have difficulty when viewing the inventory data information of existing goods. Therefore, it takes a system of information on inventory of goods using the Reorder point method. This method helps the shop owner to check the inventory quantity of goods without having to go around first, and avoid running out of stock the amount of inventory and the store owner can know the point of time when to rebook. This system uses 2 methods namely waterfall as a software development method and Re Order Point method as a method in the inventory information system created. Re order point has 3 factors to get the result of its re order point, namely lead time, average usage, and safety stock. Based on the waterfall method stage there are several stages namely requirement definition, system and software design, implemetation and unit testing, integration and system testing and operation. The software used in building this website is Sublime, MySQL, and XAMPP

There are many international standardisation agencies working actively on producing technical requirements towards accessibility, both for physical environments and for media. Technology is developing at a fast pace to produce new interactions, which turn into new communication barriers: some avoidable. Taking into consideration accessibility standards from the design and requirement definition --the concept of “born accessible”-- would help towards native accessible technology.  This article looks at existing standards related to accessibility and media communication. The first part of the article will revise the importance of drafting harmonised standards for accessibility in four main agencies producing accessibility standards: IEC, ITU, ISO and W3C. It will then outline how standards are produced and implemented at a European level by the European Standardisation Organisations (CEN, CENELEC and ETSI). The second part of the article will be organised by media accessibility services: subtitling, audio description, audio subtitling and sign language. Mention to easy to read as a new emerging accessibility modality, will also be made. The final part of the article will provide conclusions and directions for further research. The purpose of this research is to build land certification information system of Sidoarjo Regency Land Office. The information system is a form of development in making it easier for prospective applicants to make land easier and faster. To support the performance of employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office and facilitate users in the manufacture of land certificates. In this research the method used is software development life cycle. The stage cycle contains requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, intergration and system testing, operation and maintenance so that the implementation can be maximized. The result of this research has been built an information system based on Land Certification that greatly facilitates the performance of employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office. Conclusion of research and discussion that Land Certification information system runs well and smoothly. With the land information system is expected to help the work of officers of the office of the national land agency, so that the efficiency and effectiveness of service performance can be improved and accelerate the service of officers to land-making transactions in Sidoarjo Regency. Respondents to the trial there were 3 people of Sidoarjo Regency and 7 officers of the Sidoarjo Regency Land Office. Data collection methods are carried out with interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Based on the results of soil certification information system analysis, some aspects of PIECES analysis have obtained quite good results. One of them can be seen from the results of service category analysis, where the overall percentage of test questionnaires that have been shared, on average fall into the range of the category ''Very Easy". The percentage of eligibility obtains a percentage of 100%. Thus it can be concluded that the information system has good quality and is very feasible for the process of processing land certification data.

Pengembangan produksi padi pada sektor pertanian dewasa ini terus ditingkatkan karena padi merupakan makanan pokok khususnya bagi mayoritas penduduk Banyumas, selain itu pada sektor produksi padi ini juga turut menyumbang pemasukan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Banyumas, dalam usaha peningkatan produktivitas hasil panen padi banyak ditemui kendala-kendala di lapangan, salah satu kendala yang dihadapi adalah adanya serangan hama wereng yang menyerang banyak lahan pertanian di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Oleh karena itu untuk membantu dan mengatasi dalam peningkatan produktivitas hasil panen padi, dibuatlah sebuat Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk pemetaan hama wereng di daerah Kabupatean Banyumas. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis pemetaan serangan hama wereng pada tanaman padi yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas berbasis aplikasi Android dengan Google Maps API. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan model waterfall meliputi tahap requirement definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan bagi para petani untuk mengetahui informasi tentang hama tanaman seperti wereng dan cara penanganannya, memudahkan bagi para petugas dari Dinas terkait dalam memperbaharui informasi seputar hama wereng, serta dapat mengetahui informasi pemetaan penyebaran hama wereng pada tanaman padi di Banyumas dengan sistem ini.
