Abstract In the process of reconstruction and expansion of intelligent substation, it is difficult to accurately define the influence scope of SCD file upgrade. In the wake of each modification of SCD file, all configuration information contained in SCD needs to be re-verified, which greatly increases the workload of debugging, operation and maintenance of intelligent substation. Via decoupling SCD files, the problems of modification and re-verification of SCD files in the reconstruction and expansion stage can be tackled. In this paper, SCD precision decoupling method for smart substation with single equipment replacement is proposed, which makes SCD decoupling work more detailed, adaptable to various expansion and technical transformation of substation. The decoupling of SCD is refined from logical structure to physical link level, and the decoupling range of SCD is precisely determined, so as to minimize the modification and reverification range of SCD files and reduce the change risk caused by SCD modification.

We selected the rural region of Koppány Valley in Hungary to investigate the residents’ natural gas use practices. Natural gas can be a feasible alternative for improving the quality of life in rural areas. The study’s aims were to look at the social, economic, and environmental facets of residential gas use in order to assist regional planning decisions in our selected rural area that would encourage efficiency and energy source switchover. The variables were collected using a quota-based sampling system survey. We chose to use binomial logistic regression model to ex-amine the explanatory variables’ significance. The higher the settlement scale in our data, the more likely it is that gas will be used. Residents who do not trust their mayor have a lower chance of using gas. When compared to insulated homes, non-insulated houses are less likely to use gas. Higher education level, pensioner category, and whether the individual accepts that bio-gas has environmental benefits are not significant categories. Therefore, residential heating technology is more likely to be supply-driven, than demand-driven. We would suggest the application of subsidies for heating equipment replacement, in combination with educational campaigns, in addition to establishing a higher degree of trust in their mayors.

Coal-water slurry fuel is coming into use in heat generation facilities as an alternative to natural gas and heavy oil. The main advantage of coal slurry is its cost efficiency. Our project is devoted to improvement of heat generation using coal-water slurry fuel instead of investing in new construction of coal-burning boiler houses. As an example, we considered implementing this project in the city of Leninsk-Kuznetsky, Russia. The project implies partial burning of coal slurry along with conventional coal burning. This solution is cost efficient and environmentally friendly yet not requiring major heat generation equipment replacement or renovation. The total cost efficiency of the suggested project is estimated at least as 1.1 billion rubles per year.

For various operational reasons, this study presents a design and testbed environment for applying Docker-based system to a data center in Korea. We describe the design process of Docker based network. First, abstract structure is presented. Second, two conceptual routing models are provided. Third, the network plugin selection is stated. Then, we build Docker based system on a testbed environment as a pre-study for deployment to the entire system. There are plenty of factors to consider for the overall deployment. Representative factors include the routing method inside the server, the number of containers in a server, service arrangement by container, and response to equipment replacement. To evaluate those factors, various study should be performed with key system parameters. The proposed testbed environment can be utilized to obtain key system parameters. Applying Docker system to a data center can be remarkably efficient in terms of operations. The workload of operator will decrease, and scalability and flexibility will increase.

Increasing the range of replaceable working equipment for hydraulic single-bucket excavators allows to expand the scope of application significantly, increase the efficiency of its usage, as well as the mobility of these machines. The purpose of the study is to design working equipment replacement items, used for hydraulic single-bucket excavator for digging frozen soils in the city Vladivostok. The main tasks of the study are to analyze frozen soils in the region and their existing structures, select a layout scheme for further design calculation, evaluate the economic feasibility of the proposed hydraulic excavator working equipment design replacement items, used for digging frozen soils in Vladivostok city. Keywords excavator, replacement equipment, frozen ground, urban conditions, rotary mill, vibro-ripper, hydraulic hammer, bucket-ripper, tusk-ripper, gripper-tongs working body
