The paper studies the content of culture and wild samples of flavonoids Pentaphylloides fruticosa (L.) O. Schwarz in the European North. On the territory of the Komi Republic P. fruticosa requires conservation measures. The species is used as an ornamental, medicinal, food, honey and forage plant. When determining the pool of flavonoids of vegetative parts of one-year shoots in the flowering phase, it was found that they were significantly higher in wild samples than in introduced ones. This suggests that geographical growing conditions should influence the amount of flavonoids. The difference in the amount of flavonoids in the flowers between the wild and introduction of the samples was found. There were no significant differences between the introduced samples in the leafing phase and in the flowering phase. In the phase of mass fruiting the amount of flavonoids was significantly higher in sample № 1, due to their different ecological and geographical origin. It is advisable to introduce the culture of these natural samples that grow in the northernmost location in Europe, which can be a promising source of raw flavonoids and their further study in new growing conditions.

One of the quickways of vegetative plant reproduction is micropropagation. Receiving high results usingthis method is significantly limited by one of the most important stages – adaptation of plantlets to growing under ex vitroconditions, which completes the whole process of reproduction in vitro. To date, there are no universal technologies foradaptation plantlets to non-sterile conditions, which would suit all crops, determine the optimal humidity conditions, substrate, temperature and lighting. The article presents preliminary results of the study of the plantlets adaptive potential fora number of ornamental and fruit-berry crops in non-sterile conditions. The survey is directed at revealing of the natural reserves of 9 species of Rosaceae family in the Southern Siberia: Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb., Alchemilla vulgaris L. s.l., Filipendula ulmaria (L.) Maxim., F. vulgaris Moench., F. stepposa Juz., and Pentaphylloides fruticosa (L.) O. Schwarz. Raw materials of these species are considered as a strategically important source of biologically active substances with antiviral activity being perspective for pharmaceutic branch. For habitats from some regions of Southern Siberia, the resource indicators of these species are given, such as the coefficient of shrinkage, productivity, area of thickets and biological reserves.

При интродукции важное значение имеет многолетний фенологический мониторинг. В период 2004 – 2017 гг. проведены фенологические наблюдения вегетативных и генеративных органов редкого и ценного лекарственного, декоративного растения Pentaphylloides fruticosa. Изучены ритмы роста и развития. Установлено, что интродуцент в условиях cеверной лесостепи Республики Башкортостан проходит полный цикл вегетационного периода. По типу цветения относится к ремонтантным, цветущим почти беспрерывно. По продолжительности циклов вегетации и покоя относится к весенне-летне-осенне-зеленым видам. На основе фенологических наблюдений определен период роста побегов кустарника. Фаза начала линейного роста побегов наблюдается 5 мая и продолжается практически до конца вегетации. P. fruticosa L. относится к IV группе с очень длинным периодом роста побегов (172 дня). Цветение продолжительное и обильное — с последней декады июня и до середины сентября. Продолжительность цветения пятилистника составляет 132 дня. По ритму сезонного развития относится ко II фенологической группе — с очень длинным периодом вегетации, с ранним началом и поздним окончанием срока вегетации (198 дней). Несмотря на обильное цветение, фертильные семена образуются только в благоприятные годы. Для обеспечения регулярного получения полноценных семян необходимо перекрестное опыление с особью с другого местообитания. Фенологический мониторинг за годы наблюдений показал, что P. fruticosa L может успешно культивироваться в условиях климата Уфы и Иглинского района Республики Башкортостан.

Проведены исследования трех видов лекарственных растений – Paeonia anomala,Pentaphylloides fruticosa и Thymus talijevii – в бассейне р. Кожим в горах Приполярного Урала. Выявлена экотопическая приуроченность ценопопуляций, получены данные об их численности, плотности, особенностях самоподдержания и онтогенетическом составе. Большинство изученных ценопопуляций устойчивы.

The aim of the work was to estimate a wound-healing effect of soft drug products from the Pentaphylloides fruticosa L. shoots on the model of planar skin-fascial wound. The liniment was developed with the use of the NanoDeBee 30 device and the ointment was developed with the use of pharmaceutical technology. Experiments were carried out on white male Wistar rats. The skin injury was simulated by inflicting planar wounds 2.0×2.0 cm in size. The 5%-liniment and 5% ointment from P. fruticosa were put on the wounds of the first and second experimental groups respectively. In the third group the wounds were treated with glycerin-vaseline ointment. Bioptate of the wound surface was taken on the 7th, 14th and 21st day. Histological preparations were studied using standard methods. Cell elements of the first group animals were displayed as fibroblasts and fibrocytes; it was noted high level of collagen organization that testified the effective staging of the wound process in this case. The amount of fibrocytes and fibroblasts and ratio between juvenile and mature forms of collagen-producing cells vary in the first and second groups. Biopsy material obtained from the animals of the third group only on the 21st day corresponded to the picture observed in animals of the 1st group on the 14th day. The findings of the study verify that the use of the product obtained on NanoDeBee device provides the earlier forming of the scar as compared with the ointment developed using pharmaceutical technology.

The aim of the work was to evaluate the influence of the liniment from Pentaphylloides fruticosa L. on lipid peroxidation in rats with experimental diabetes mellitus accompanied by wound process.The liniment was developed with the use of NanoDeBee30 device. Experiments were carried out on white male Wistar rats. Experimental diabetes mellitus was simulated by a single intraperitoneal introduction of alloxan in a dose of 100mg/kg. The skin injury was simulated by inflicting planar wounds 2.0×2.0cm in size. 5mg of the 5%-liniment from Pentaphylloides fruticosa was put on the wounds of the first experimental group once a day for 14 days. The sec-ond experimental group was treated by the preparation of comparison – balsamic liniment. The wounds of the control group were treated with glycerin-lanolin ointment. On the 7th, 14th and 21st day the concentration of TBA-active products in the blood serum was determined to estimate the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes; the contents of reduced glutathione and catalase activity were determined to evaluate the antioxidant status. The results of the experiments verify the marked curative effect of the liniment from Pentaphylloides fruticosa L. on the healing of the wounds on the background of experimental diabetes mellitus in rats
