Abstract: DevOps aims to shorten project schedules, boost productivity, and manage quick development-deployment cycles without compromising business or quality. It necessitates good sprint management. Continuous Testing detects integration issues considerably earlier in the development process. It reduces the cost of defect resolution and frees up the tester's time for exploratory testing and value-added activities. Continuous testing allows for more frequent, shorter, and more efficient releases. It ties people, technology, and processes together. Continuous Planning, particularly effort estimation, is closely linked to Continuous Testing. This paper examines the state of the art in DevOps parametric estimate in continuous planning, as well as the difficulties and best practises. Keywords: Project, Testing, Continuous, Planning

Software testing is a study conducted to provide interested parties with information about the quality of the software product or service under test. Software testing also provides an objective independent perspective of the software. Helping companies recognize and understand the risks of software deployment. Testing technique includes the process of running a program or application with the aim of finding errors and verifying that the product is suitable for use. There are two ways of writing tests: manually and automatic. Certain ways of manual testing, which include exploratory testing and usable testing, are not that valuable. One can manually run other types of tests, such as regression tests and functional tests, anyways it doesn’t really make sense for developers to repeat the exact process again and again. Because of this type of iterative test which results us to move towards testing automation.

This paper presents the exploratory testing, an approach that has become very relevant in software testing, mainly due to the emerging the use of agile practices in the software development process to satisfy the needs of the market (Time to Market). However, it was possible to notice that it is a subject little discussed in the academic context. For this reason, this work uses gamification as a systematic strategy in teaching and learning of exploratory testing using case studies with two classes, which aims to maintain strong student involvement and an incentive for good performance, obtaining as results students prepared to use this testing approach. As a final result, the students achieved a good overall performance; with reports that gamification facilitated and collaborated greatly to achieve the best performance, converging with the quantitative data obtained. This can be evidenced by the fact that two case studies (classes) reached a percentage superior to 70% of conquest, that is, there was an excellent general performance analyzed by the proportion of medals obtained for the participation.

AbstractThis study explores the phenomenon of foreign fighting through survey data gathered amongst Norwegian youths in 2015. Looking at two overarching explanatory models the article tests how grievances, criminality and more sectarian and religious factors affect more radical attitudes towards foreign fighting in Syria. Through this the article tests some central individual level factors to see how they impact support for foreign fighting in Syria, while also running alternative methodological approaches to test both the robustness of the initial findings and do some exploratory testing of non-responsive respondents in the multinomial models. The findings find support for factors such as past criminal behaviour and perceived deprivation in the form of self-reported socio-economic position, both of which are significant across the main models and in most of the alternative models. More abstract grievance measures, such as alienation and disillusionment more generally, provide more mixed findings. Hypotheses about a connection between religious identities and religiosity also finds support, with some indications that the sectarian nature of the Syrian civil war has a significant impact on attitudes amongst religious groups across the board. There is also a clearer sectarian dimension when studying those with higher levels of support for foreign fighting in Syria.
