Problems. The choice of a rational method for stamping blanks with two hollows is usually carried out according to the permissible degree of deformation, the coefficient of material utilization, and the productivity of the process without taking into account the effect of the deformation pattern on the final mechanical properties of the stamped semi-finished product. Purpose of the study. Determination of a rational method for stamping a blank of a 40x53 mm grenade launcher cartridge case based on the results of computer modeling using the finite element method. Cartridge case material - AD35 aluminum alloy. The workpiece has two hollows with different diameters and depths. Implementation technique. By means of computer modeling using the finite element method, two options for stamping of a workpiece are researched - double-sided extrusion and sequential reverse extrusion with tilting of the workpiece. Research results. Based on the results of the research, the features of deformation according to the given schemes, as well as the energy-force parameters and parameters of the stress-strain state of the processes, are determined. It has been established that both methods make it possible to obtain blanks with specified geometric dimensions. At the same time, sequential back extrusion provides a more uniform and predictable deformation of the material along the cross-section of the workpiece, but loses in productivity to double-sided extrusion. Conclusions. The obtained research results can be used as criteria when choosing the optimal option for stamping of a workpiece with two hollows by cold extrusion.

Abstract The rational method was a simple technique for estimating the design discharge of a small watershed and can be used in a probabilistic approach. The main parameter in the rational method formula was the C coefficient. The rational method was the primary method for determining the peak discharge from surface runoff flow. At the end of the dry season and the beginning of the rainy season, it placed an automatic water level recorder and automatic rain gauges for the initial water level. This field research aimed to correct a simple hydrological formulation with field measurements and build a numerical rainfall modelling based on rainfall simulation, infiltration, land use, and flow parameters according to the relationship model of precipitation. The hypothesis in this study, the basic formulation of hydrology, is simple: it requires experience to fit the theoretical hydrological formula so simply (simplicity). The theory needs to be simplified because it is an experience of field necessary to explain.

Purpose. The purpose of the research presented in the article is to substantiate the possibility of dump formation during joint dumping of quarry overburden rocks and iron ore wastes during the development of the Horishne-Plavnivsky deposit of iron quartzites. Task. Perform geomechanical modeling of the behavior of the quarry dump with the placement of funnels with enrichment wastes and establish the possibility of their joint storage in the dumps of the Horishno-Plavnivskoye deposit; to establish regularities of development of deformation processes in a dump in process of construction of each layer at dump of wastes of enrichment in funnels and to calculate a factor of a stock of stability of a dump after its formation. Research methods. To achieve the goal of research used: the method of complex analysis – to summarize previous research on the establishment and justification of the most rational method of dumping of enrichment waste; modeling methods – to establish the possibility and feasibility of joint dumping of enrichment wests and overburden rocks from the quarry. Scientific novelty. For the conditions of the Horishne-Plavnivsky deposit of ferrous quartzites by the method of geomechanical modeling the expediency and possibility of placement of dehydrated enrichment wastes in funnels on dump of overburden rocks is substantiated. Conclusions and practical significance of the article. For research results the predicted behavior of a dump during all term of its use is received. The obtained values of the maximum deformations are deviated in the process of its formation by each of layer and the investigated efficiency of deformation at formation of the following layer is established. The indicator of the coefficient of safety of the stability of the corresponding deviation after its formation and building, which means that it exceeds the minimum, in accordance with current regulations (n=1,329>1,3), after it is formation with further use joint dumping of overburden rocks and enrichment wastes is possible and appropriate.

Gluten is produced from wheat grains and is used in the food industry as an improver in flour baking properties. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the methods of dehydration of frozen granules of wheat gluten with a surface dry crust, a rational method of drying them in a fluidized bed has been selected. In the process of calculating units with a fluidized bed, its hydrodynamic parameters have been determined: loss of the pressure of the fluidizing agent; the speed at the transition of the bed from the state of rest to the pseudo-boiling mode; layer porosity; the rate of entrainment of particles in unrestricted conditions roughly corresponding to the rate of soaring, at which a single particle is in equilibrium in the gas flow. During the dewatering operation, the rate of entrainment of the granules varies; therefore, it is advisable to use the passing fluidization mode depending on the decrease in their moisture content. In the variant of the active hydrodynamic regime in the drying unit, the dehydration procedure is intensified without a noticeable decrease in the economic efficiency of its functioning and high quality indicators of the finished product with the given final moisture are provided, which is due to the specific conditions of contact of the granules with the coolant. For granules with a moisture content of 0.19 kg/kg, the values of hydrodynamic characteristics have been determined: the area of critical pseudo-boiling rates is 4.1-5.5 m/s; the carryover rate of the fines is 12.5-14.5 m/s. As a result of the study, the choice has been substantiated in favor of drying the studied granules in a fluidized bed due to the prevalence of its advantages over the dehydration of the object in drum dryers.

The object of research is environmental issue, caused by global warming which has negative impact on market. Since, any negative impact is associated with externalities, a market cannot be considered as an efficient market. According to the literature research, market with externalities cannot recover by itself.Thus, one of the most problematic places is the proper identification of the problem related to environmental factors. The identified problem and its impact on a market should be modeled to determine possible negative effects on market participants. Based on the study’s results it is possible to approach the development of alternative solutions to the problem in order to increase economic efficiency. Because environmental factors are dynamic and have significant impact on a market, it is not possible to ignore such a relationship, which can lead to a source of a wide range of dangers.The problem can be attributed to the not studied enough, which, in turn, provides a large field of activity for its further study.One of the productive ways to solve this problem is to perform an economic analysis of the environmental problem as an external problem and develop principles for building a rational method of formalizing the assessing process for the negative impact of environmental problems on the competitive market. This will make it possible to automate the process, which will serve as a basic aspect of developing a plan of further actions.To achieve this aim, the author analyzed the environmental factors caused by climate change and have an impact on the ecosystem and markets. The foundations and needs for a climate policy were also analyzed. The climate policy is designed to improve the situation. The basic principles of constructing a rational method of formalizing the process of assessing the negative impact of environmental problems on the competitive market have been proposed by the author.
