Purpose. The purpose of the research presented in the article is to substantiate the possibility of dump formation during joint dumping of quarry overburden rocks and iron ore wastes during the development of the Horishne-Plavnivsky deposit of iron quartzites. Task. Perform geomechanical modeling of the behavior of the quarry dump with the placement of funnels with enrichment wastes and establish the possibility of their joint storage in the dumps of the Horishno-Plavnivskoye deposit; to establish regularities of development of deformation processes in a dump in process of construction of each layer at dump of wastes of enrichment in funnels and to calculate a factor of a stock of stability of a dump after its formation. Research methods. To achieve the goal of research used: the method of complex analysis – to summarize previous research on the establishment and justification of the most rational method of dumping of enrichment waste; modeling methods – to establish the possibility and feasibility of joint dumping of enrichment wests and overburden rocks from the quarry. Scientific novelty. For the conditions of the Horishne-Plavnivsky deposit of ferrous quartzites by the method of geomechanical modeling the expediency and possibility of placement of dehydrated enrichment wastes in funnels on dump of overburden rocks is substantiated. Conclusions and practical significance of the article. For research results the predicted behavior of a dump during all term of its use is received. The obtained values of the maximum deformations are deviated in the process of its formation by each of layer and the investigated efficiency of deformation at formation of the following layer is established. The indicator of the coefficient of safety of the stability of the corresponding deviation after its formation and building, which means that it exceeds the minimum, in accordance with current regulations (n=1,329>1,3), after it is formation with further use joint dumping of overburden rocks and enrichment wastes is possible and appropriate.

Purpose.  The published studies are aimed at determining the mechanism of deformation of the rocks of the contour around the workings in terms of the parameters of the emerging fracturing and their dependence on the indicators of the strength of the rocks and the depth of occurrence in the massif. The tasks of the study include the installation of fracture indicators, the determination of the parameters of the development of the deformation process around the working, including the effect of longwall mining and taking into account the possibility of reuse of the workings. Methodology. To solve the set tasks, the method of field observations was used together with the use of regression dependencies to determine the dependences of the parameters on the influencing factors. In addition, the method of full-scale pull-out tests of anchor support was used, which made it possible to determine the clamping forces of the anchors. Originality. In the course of the research, the dependences of stresses and deformation along the K7 coal seam in the conditions of the mine named after Kuzembaev CD JSC "ArcelorMittal Temirtau" for the massif around the mine with fastening. Rational parameters for the use of roof bolting in preparatory mine workings have been established. This type of fastening provides direct contact between rocks and lining. Analysis of the results of calculating the parameters of the roof bolting showed that to maintain the roof in the development workings, it is necessary to take into account the parameters of the roof bolting. The main parameters include the length of the anchors, the total resistance of the roof bolting and the density of the anchors. Anchor support forms laminated rock beams in the roof rocks, which ensure the stability of the workings. Conclusions and practical significance. The results of studies devoted to the establishment of the influence of mining-geological and mining-technical factors on the formation of zones of inelastic deformation in the host rocks were considered. Significant dependences of the deformation processes of rocks in the massif around the workings were obtained, and the parabolic zone of destruction of rocks was determined. The practical significance of the research consists in determining the actual indicators of the required bearing capacity of the anchorage at two levels in the conditions of the development of the coal seam k7 of the Kuzembaev mine.

The purpose of the article is to formalize an innovative approach to the transformation of audit methodology based on the application of a framework method of cognition aimed at ensuring of sustainable development of rural areas. Research methods involved the using of general scientific techniques, including: bibliographic research (to reveal existing approaches to the formation of methodological support for auditing); methods of analysis (to specify the parameters of the audit in sustainable development conditions); modeling methods (to determine the vectors and goals of sustainable development of rural areas); generalization methods (to formalize the framework method of audit methodology transformation). Research results. The article identifies innovative areas of transformation of audit methodology to ensure sustainable development of rural areas. Innovative directions of transformation of audit methodology to ensure sustainable development of rural areas are defined in the article. The special features of audit activities aimed at ensuring growth of rural with the identification of urgent strategic priorities that lie in the plane of economic, environmental and social spheres are identified. The essence of audit on rural areas is outlined, highlighting its role as a socio-economic institution, what is an organized system of norms and conceptual provisions, the implementation of which in auditing activities in total contributes to achieving the defining goal of balanced rural development. A structural model of a comprehensive audit system on rural areas has been built, which clearly shows the cycle of the mechanism of control and consultation procedures, their institutional and normative regulation and information and analytical provision based on the development of a professional approach. Scientific novelty. Improved theoretical and praxeological approaches to the methodological transformation of audit on the basis of the framework method, which is manifested in the provision of a new audit services quality. Practical significance of the obtained results is in taking into account significant changes in the audit activity itself, as well as the specifics of the state policy of ensuring sustainable development of rural areas and performing the functions of managing by authorities of rural integrated territorial communities. The purpose of the study is to analyze gastronomic festivals in the Carpathian region and to develop the direction for optimizing the gastronomic tourism development. Methods. The authors used the following research methods: analysis, comparison, statistical, etc. Results. The article analyzes the statistical indicators of the gastronomic tourism development in the Carpathian region. The dynamics of gastronomic festivals, their seasonality and territorial affiliation were determined. A schematic map of gastronomic festivals of the Carpathian region was developed. The optimization directions for gastronomic tourism development in the region were proposed. Scientific novelty. Complex analysis of gastronomic festivals of the Carpathian region was done according to different indicators. “Carpathian Mushrooms Festival” was developed as a way to optimize the development of gastronomic tourism in the region. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in the further planning of gastronomic tourism development in the Carpathian region and the corrections of the tourist policy of the region.

The use of silver preparations in medicine is becoming increasingly popular. The basic aim of this evaluation was to review the literature on the clinical (in vivo) and antibacterial potential of silver preparations in ophthalmic diseases. The second goal was to summarize the results of experimental research on the use of silver preparations in ophthalmology. The third objective was to present a method for stabilizing eye drops containing silver (I) complex. Analysis of the pH stability of the silver (I) complex with metronidazole in the prepared dosage form (eye drops) was carried out. Most silver preparations are clinically used for topical application. Few experimental results indicate the usefulness of intraocular or systemic administration of silver (I) preparations as an alternative or additional therapy in infectious and angiogenic eye diseases. The development of a new formulation increases the stability of the dosage form. New forms of silver (I) products will certainly find application in the treatment of many ophthalmic diseases. One of the most important features of the silver (I) complex is its capacity to break down bacterial resistance. The new eye drops formula can significantly improve comfort of use. Due to their chemical nature, silver (I) compounds are difficult to stabilize, especially in the finished dosage form.

The control system performance requirement was divided into three parts. They were the stability, rapidity and accuracy. The time-frequency domain analysis in the requirements of three performance were measured through quantitative performance index. The mutual restriction of time-frequency performance and system characteristic parameters of normal second order was discussed. The correlation of system time-frequency performance index was established. The relationship between time-frequency performance indexes in standard two order system was extended to higher order system. The mutually constraining and time-frequency correlation between each performance index was obtained by analysis and calculation. The work had been done above had practical significance to reflect the system dynamic performance in different analytical domains.

The article gives an insight into criminological problems of bullying in school phenomena. Although the term “bullying” is a modern word, such behaviour has been known for a long time. Bullying is a manifestation of violent behaviour, which threatens the victim's health and safety. The aim of this article is to describe and analyse bullying as a form of expression of violence, showing the criminological aspects of this phenomenon. To achieve the aim of the article the following tasks are defined: to provide the theoretical and practical framework of the research phenomenon, to study and evaluate certain elements of the criminological characterization of the bullying: the description of a victim and a perpetrator, the evaluation of factors and directions of prevention. Theoretical analysis methods such as deconstruction, descriptive and complex analysis, and empirical research methods – document analysis, comparison and compilation were employed in this study.

Sound field prediction has practical significance in the control of noise generated by sources in a flow, for example, the noise in aero-engines and ventilation systems. Aiming at accurate and flexible prediction of time-dependent sound field, a finite-difference wavenumber-time domain method for sound field prediction in a uniformly moving medium is proposed. The method is based on the second-order convective wave equation, and the wavenumber-time domain representation of the sound pressure field on one plane is forward propagated via a derived recursive expression. In this paper, the recursive expression is first deduced, and then numerical stability and dispersion of the proposed method are analyzed, based on which the stability condition is given and the correction of dispersion related to the transition frequency is made. Numerical simulations are conducted to test the performance of the proposed method, and the results show that the method is valid and robust at different Mach numbers.

. Introduction. Transition to a post-industrial socio-economic structure and information society caused education crisis, which is common for world space. Dynamic development of high technologies and rapid obsolescence of knowledge significantly reduced life cycle of professions and caused deep structural changes in the sphere of employment. The need of economics for workers with qualitatively new qualification characteristics - a flexible person with meta-professional competencies, capable to solve complex professional problems and ready for innovative activity not just for today, but with the future in mind - has necessitated a significant updating of the system of vocational training and its reorganisation facilitating the implementation of a formula “lifelong learning”. The solution of problems of education begins with qualitative training of teachers, since the qualities of future professionals - graduates of the educational organisation, primarily depend on the level of teachers’ competencies.The aim of the present article is to determine the strategic directions of innovative development of vocational education and preparation of highly qualified pedagogical personnel.Methodology and research methods. The hypothetico-inductive method, theoretic-methodological analysis and synthesis of the content of scientific literature were the major research methods. The research work was carried out on the basis of the principle of convergence, which determines cross-disciplinary and supra-professional communications, acts as a factor of design and a statement in professiology of a new phenomenon - transprofessionalism. The authors described the concept of transprofessionalism through the process- and project-based approaches.Results and scientific novelty. The developmental trends and directions of vocational education are considered. The principal defining factor of vocational education is close integration of all its processes and subsystems (prevocational training - secondary vocational education - higher education institutions - postgraduate training), which integrity is provided by the continuing and advanced education. The concept of transprofessionalism and convergence in multidisciplinary training of specialists is proved. The innovative educational programmes based on this concept are characterised. The logical-semantic model of a modern specialist is designed. This model can form an empirical basis to design vocational education platform, which integrates socio-humanistic, natural-science disciplines and related innovative technologies for teachers’ training in the system of continuing vocational education. Strategic directions for realisation of such preparation are formulated: transprofessionalism, cooperation / collaboration, advanced and “high-speed” training, digital transformation.Practical significance. The research materials can be useful for specialists in the field of vocational education, heads of the educational organisations in order to develop and make managerial decisions and to effectively organise the process of vocational training of pedagogical personnel.

The study of the processes occurring deep in the earth's crust has always been a relevant research topic. The results of these studies allowed development and safe mining of mineral deposits in various conditions. The growth in the consumption of extracted resource and the increase in the scale of mining are forcing enterprises to search for the solutions to complex engineering and technical problems, one of which is the problem of displacement of rock masses and the earth's surface in industrial production-affected areas including tailings dams. The purpose of this study is to improve the operation safety of tailing dams. The object of the study is embankment dams of dressing plant tailing dumps. The subject of the study is deformation processes occurring in dam bodies and slope surfaces. The main research methods used in the work are: the study of safe operation methods for tailing dams based on the operating conditions of Uchalinskoye tailing dump using the modern methods of stability assessment, analysis and generalization of domestic and foreign experience, as well as the study of current methods of geomechanical monitoring of deformation processes – engineering and geological, geophysical, mine surveying and hydrogeological ones. The article describes geographic, hydrographic, climatic, geological and mining operation conditions of the tailing dump of Uchalinsky GOK (Ore Mining and Processing Plant) JSC. The influence of hydrodynamic and hydrostatic forces on embankment tailing dam stability is substantiated. Based on the data obtained and the research methods used, it is concluded that hydrodynamic and hydrostatic forces are fundamental destructive factors affecting dams. The results of these studies can be applied at the design stage of hydraulic structures, since they will supplement theoretical knowledge about the impact of liquid waste on the safety of tailing dams and earth-filled dams, as well as allow detecting deformation processes at their initial development stage and making decisions on their elimination.
