Pemanfaatan Microsoft Excel untuk Aplikasi Data Pelanggan pada Pada Usaha Jasa Pembersihan Dan Perawatan Sepatu, Tas, Dan Topi

Scar Wash is a micro-business engaged in the care and cleaning of bags, hats and shoes located in the Karang Menjangan area of ​​Surabaya. In the process, partners face problems in the process of storing customer data is still done in the manual form. So it isn't easy in knowing information about customers and what transactions have been made by satisfied customers to improve service. Since of these reasons, we offer to create desktop applications by utilizing a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet application that is quite familiar to business owners. The system consists of three main menus, namely the customer data, the service data and the transaction menu. The customer data menu is for storing customer data. The service data menu is for managing service data provided by partners and the rates of each service provided. The transaction menu is used to record every transaction of a customer that includes services and the total cost that the customer must pay. This application has the advantage of being easy to install. After all, it does not require software other than Microsoft Excel, small and fast because it runs directly on the Excel application itself and is easy to use because it has a combo-box facility for selecting customer data and service data. Keywords: Customer application, Microsoft Excel, Services, Micro-business Abstrak Scar Wash adalah sebuah usaha mikro yang bergerak di bidang perawatan dan pembersihan tas, topi dan sepatu yang berlokasi di daerah Karang Menjangan kota Surabaya. Pada prosesnya, mitra menghadapi permasalahan pada proses penyimpanan data pelanggan masih dilakukan dalam bentuk manual yaitu ditulis pada buku. Sehingga menyulitkan di dalam mengetahui informasi tentang pelanggan serta transaksi apa saja yang pernah dilakukan oleh pelanggan tertentu guna meningkatkan pelayanan. Atas dasar hal ini, maka ditawarkan untuk membuat aplikasi desktop dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi spreadsheet Microsoft Excel yang cukup familiar bagi pemilik usaha. Sistem yang dibangun terdiri dari tiga menu utama yaitu menu data pelanggan untuk menyimpan data pelanggan, menu data layanan untuk mengelola data layanan yang disediakan oleh mitra serta tarif dari setiap jasa yang diberikan serta menu transaksi yang digunakan untuk mencatat setiap transaksi seorang pelanggan yang meliputi jasa atau layanan dan total biaya yang harus dibayarkan oleh pelanggan tersebut. Aplikasi ini mempunyai kelebihan mudah untuk dipasang karena tidak memerlukan perangkat lunak selain Microsoft Excel, kecil dan cepat karena langsung berjalan pada aplikasi Excel sendiri serta mudah digunakan karena dilengkapi fasilitas combo-box untuk memilih data pelanggan dan data layanan. EVALUATION OF KARAKUL LAMB BY PHENOTYPE IN CASE OF A LARGE NUMBER OF BREEDING TRAITS

Methods for assessing krimmer lamb productivity, constitutional and reproductive characteristics used in Karakul sheep breeding have been studied. It has been established that there are several dozens of krimmer breeds, except karakul, as well as crossbreeds with them, from which karakul is also obtained in the world. Sheep selection of these breeds differs significantly from selection of other breeds by the fact that decisions on animal production purpose are made as soon as this animal is born. The selection is carried out according to a large number of characteristics, mainly parameters of krimmer lamb skin quality. Such techniques are numerous and have certain differences in different breeds and different countries, however, there are also common properties. Most of the selection parameters are determined subjectively, and the only decision is made - whether to leave the lamb for breeding or to remove the krimmer. Obviously, a method is needed which includes all the selected traits and it would be expressed in one complex parameter. In the course of this study, a new, suitable for automation method for increasing the objectivity of phenotype assessing of Karakul sheep by a complex of traits was designed and described. Specifically, a special card is proposed and shown in the appendix, which facilitates the collection of individual data from a newborn lamb and their processing using spreadsheet application. From our own observations and production experience, the practicability of obtaining marketable milk from krimmer sheep, free from suckling lambs, is shown. Folk traditions of improving sheep milk yield that exist in sheep-breeding countries are described. Examples of successful use of Romanov sheep on karakul ewes and creation of multiparous karakul on their basis are shown.

Abstract- Flexibility and Configurability software is important to accommodate a variety of managed data. In the graduation ceremony, the committee needs to arrange the graduation floor plan based on the provisions of each institution. The order of seating is adjusted based on the order of graduation of graduates with provisions agreed to each graduation period, such as the technical dimensions of the room and the order of priority of the predicate. During this time, the spreadsheet application used by the committee was inflexible. If the number of graduates increased or dimension of the blocks and floor plans is changed, the committee cannot flexibly change the plan. The factor of application flexibility and ease of configuration is needed. To support the flexibility of the configuration, the researcher observes the parameters of the sequence and floor plan, designs the database, displays the interface and adapts the activities carried out by humans into the system to automate the process of drawing a digital floor plan. The system requires graduate data, graduate predicate data, graduate faculty data, faculty sequence data, and floor plan data as preliminary data. The implementation of the stack can help the graduation of data storage implementation. With a flexible system, the committee's activities are reduced by 50% and the complexity of the committee's work is not influenced by the amount of graduate data. Dalam upacara wisuda, panitia perlu mengatur denah duduk wisudawan berdasarkan ketentuan masing-masing institusi. Urutan tempat duduk disesuaikan berdasarkan urutan pemanggilan wisudawan dengan ketentuan yang disepakati setiap periode wisuda, seperti teknis dimensi ruangan dan urutan prioritas predikatnya. Selama ini, aplikasi spreadsheet yang digunakan oleh panitia tidak fleksibel. Apabila jumlah wisudawan bertambah ataupun adanya pengubahan ukuran blok dan denah wisudawan, maka panitia tidak bisa secara fleksibel mengubah denah tersebut. Peran fleksibiltas aplikasi untuk menggambar denah secara digital dan kemudahan konfigurasi dibutuhkan. Untuk mendukung fleksibilitas dari konfigurasi tersebut, peneliti mengobservasi parameter penyusun urutan dan denah, merancang basis data, tampilan antar muka dan mengadaptasi aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh manusia ke dalam sistem untuk mengotomatisasi proses penggambaran denah digital. Sistem memerlukan data wisudawan, data predikat wisudawan, data fakultas wisudawan, data urutan fakultas dan data dimensi denah sebagai data awal. Penerapan struktur data stack membantu dalam mengimplementasi penyimpanan data wisudawan. Dengan sistem yang fleksibel, aktivitas panitia menjadi berkurang 50% dan kompleksitas pengerjaan panitia tidak dipengaruhi oleh jumlah data wisudawan.
