This article investigated montage to understand and arrange cinematic architecture through operations of spatial reconstruction to present a sequence of spatial experiences. Montage is a part of discourses related to cinematic, film, and architecture. This article explored the montage approach as the primary basis in the architectural design process through spatial experience. The discussion is based on the idea that montage is emphasized in three things, i.e., sequence, multiple layers of meaning, and movement. These three aspects were further observed through the montage precedent comprising various cinematic precedents based on montage in architecture, i.e., Manhattan Transcripts and Parc de La Villette from Bernard Tschumi, Villa Savoye from Le Corbusier, and Maison Bordeaux from Rem Koolhaas. The finding of this study is a synthesis of some of these precedents that resulted in an understanding of space reconstruction operations, i.e., dismantlement, disappearance, and reassembly, all three of which exist as strategies that will be part of the production process to develop montage-based cinematic architectural design, creating new spatial sequence that provide alternative spatial experience. This article expands the knowledge regarding montages that cinematics and films can be a development in architectural design.

Vulva tumors are generally a rare disease encountered in gynecological clinical practice, especially at a young age. Vulvar tumors, more common in the labia major and rarely in the labia minor, clitoris, vestibulum, and posterior comicura. The most common vulvar benign tumors are fibroma, papilloma, lipoma, angioma, and others. A 39-year-old woman, at RSCM Urogynecology Jakarta clinic with chief complain mass or swelling in right labia minor. Size of mass increases in period of one year. Mass began to grow at 8 months of pregnancy. By 2014, patients have same mass in the right and left labia minor, and tumor excision has been performed. Conclusions of the specimens sent for pathological assessment are fibroepithelial papillomas. Gynecological and palpation examinations show 2 solid papilloma masses, in right labia minor, 8x4x2 cm and 3x2x2cm, painless, and firmly defined. In mons pubis area, skin looks coarse, thickened, hyperkeratotic. Speculum examination showed no abnormality. Patient diagnosed as a recurrent minor armored labia tumor. On December 5, 2017 an excision and reconstruction operation was conducted. Obtained pathological exam on December 20, 2017 with results stromal fibroepithelial polyps. Among all tumors in the vulva, tumors in labia minor appear less frequently. Biopsy should be performed for histologic examination to exclude malignant allegations. Furthermore, because of the location and size of the tumor, it can cause severe interference symptoms in the patient and therefore early diagnosis and treatment is essential.

Background: The inadvertent ligation of the left pulmonary artery (LPA) is a rarely seen surgical complication that has been presented in the literature in a limited number of cases after patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) ligation surgery. Case Report: A PDA closure operation was performed on our patient, a 28-week-old preterm. In the postoperative follow-up, we identified on echocardiography taken on the same postoperative day that the ductus space was still present. On CT angiography, we determined that not only was the ductus space still continuing, but, in addition, ligation of the LPA had been performed inadvertently. An LPA reconstruction operation was performed on the patient 46 days after the first operation. However, owing to severe tissue damage in LPA, LPA reperfusion did not occur in the postoperative period. Conclusion: Although inadvertent ligation of the left pulmonary artery during PDA ligation surgery is rarely seen in patients who have undergone closure surgery, this complication should be kept in mind in the postoperative follow-up period. Patient findings such as physical examination, lung angiography and postoperative echocardiography should be assessed with this in mind.

Traditional cotton and bast fiber detection using artificial methods. Image processing techniques have been applied to the fiber detection and improve the automation and recognition efficiency of the detection. Image segmentation is the basic one of the steps for fiber identification. This paper using gradient edge detection method to segment the cotton and bast fiber longitudinal morphological image, and using morphological reconstruction operation method to the cross sectional fiber image. Both two kinds of images can be segmented by mathematical morphology method.

Aiming to improve the defect mandible reconstruction operation success rate, the original mandible and fibular 3D model were modeling separately. According to the patient’s virtual reconstruction mandible 3D model, the mandible customized virtual ti-plate was designed and modeling. Through comparing the deformation simulation analysis of reconstructive mandible, the maximum deformation occurred near the mandible midline. There was little deformation at bilateral mandible ramus posterior. As the loading on the reconstructive mandible increasing, the maximum deformation near the mandible midline was increasing. According to the customized titanium plate virtual design and deformation simulation analysis of human lateral mandible defect before operation, the simulation could predict the mandible maximum deformation position after the surgery. The doctors could improve the operation precision of mandible reconstruction and probability of success significantly.
