Abstract In order to determine the importance of influencing factors of energy consumption in oilfield water injection systems, the distribution of energy loss in the water injection system was analyzed, the factors affecting the energy consumption of the water injection system were determined, and an evaluation index system for the energy consumption of the water injection system was established. This indicator system covers all links and all energy loss nodes of the energy loss of the water injection system, thereby an evaluation model for influencing factors of energy consumption in water injection system based on entropy weight - grey correlation method was built. Use the entropy weight method to get the ranking of the importance of energy consumption indicators; use the gray correlation method to determine the correlation between each water injection system and energy consumption factors. The application results show that the entropy weight-grey correlation method proposed in this paper can effectively obtain the importance of the energy consumption factors of the oilfield water injection system, and provide scientific guidance for the daily management and targeted optimization of the water injection system.

Abstract The efficiency of oilfield water injection system is generally low and energy consumption is high. With the deepening of oilfield exploitation, the water cut of the oilfield is increasing, the power consumption of the water injection system is increasing year by year, the oilfield exploitation cost is increasing, and energy conservation and consumption reduction are very important. In order to improve oilfield water injection efficiency and reduce water injection energy loss, this paper puts forward the pipe network optimization design method of partial pressure water injection, establishes the mathematical model of partial pressure water injection pipe network and throttling loss calculation model, compiles the calculation software of partial pressure water injection mathematical model, optimizes the partial pressure interval, calculates the partial pressure points, effectively reduces the energy loss of water injection system and improves the efficiency of water injection system.

Salinity is an important index of water quality in oilfield water injection engineering. To address the need for real-time measurement of salinity in water flooding solutions during oilfield water injection, a salinity measurement system that can withstand a high temperature environment was designed. In terms of the polarization and capacitance effects, the system uses an integrator circuit to collect information and fuzzy control to switch gears to expand the range. Experimental results show that the system can operate stably in a high-temperature environment, with an accuracy of 0.6% and an uncertainty of 0.2% in the measurement range of 1–10 g/L.
