Abstract In the exploration of polar region, navigation is one of the most important issues to be resolved. To avoid the limitations of single navigation coordinate frame, the navigation systems usually use different navigation coordinate frames in polar and nonpolar region, such as the north-oriented geographic frame and the grid frame. However, the error states and covariance matrix are related with the definition of navigation coordinate frame, since the coordinate frame conversion will cause the integrated navigation Kalman filter overshoot and error discontinuity. To solve this problem, the transformation relationship of error states defined in different frames is deduced, whereby the covariance matrix transformation relationship is also analyzed. On this basis, covariance transformation-based the open-loop and the closed-loop Kalman filter integrated navigation algorithms are proposed. The effectiveness of algorithms is verified by flight tests with rotational strapdown inertial navigation system (RSINS)/global navigation satellite system (GNSS) integrated navigation system.

With the rapid development of information technology, people benefit more and more from big data. At the same time, it becomes a great concern that how to obtain optimal outputs from big data publishing and sharing management while protecting privacy. Many researchers seek to realize differential privacy protection in massive high-dimensional datasets using the method of principal component analysis. However, these algorithms are inefficient in processing and do not take into account the different privacy protection needs of each attribute in high-dimensional datasets. To address the above problem, we design a Divided-block Sparse Matrix Transformation Differential Privacy Data Publishing Algorithm (DSMT-DP). In this algorithm, different levels of privacy budget parameters are assigned to different attributes according to the required privacy protection level of each attribute, taking into account the privacy protection needs of different levels of attributes. Meanwhile, the use of the divided-block scheme and the sparse matrix transformation scheme can improve the computational efficiency of the principal component analysis method for handling large amounts of high-dimensional sensitive data, and we demonstrate that the proposed algorithm satisfies differential privacy. Our experimental results show that the mean square error of the proposed algorithm is smaller than the traditional differential privacy algorithm with the same privacy parameters, and the computational efficiency can be improved. Further, we combine this algorithm with blockchain and propose an Efficient Privacy Data Publishing and Sharing Model based on the blockchain. Publishing and sharing private data on this model not only resist strong background knowledge attacks from adversaries outside the system but also prevent stealing and tampering of data by not-completely-honest participants inside the system.

Mueller matrix polarimetry is widely used in biomedical studies and applications, for it can provide abundant microstructural information about tissues. Recently, several methods have been proposed to decompose the Mueller matrix into groups of parameters related to specific optical properties which can be used to reveal the microstructural information of tissue samples more clearly and quantitatively. In this study, we thoroughly compare the differences among the parameters derived from the Mueller matrix polar decomposition (MMPD) and Mueller matrix transformation (MMT), which are two popular methods in tissue polarimetry studies and applications, while applying them on different tissue samples for both backscattering and transmission imaging. Based on the Mueller matrix data obtained using the setups, we carry out a comparative analysis of the parameters derived from both methods representing the same polarization properties, namely depolarization, linear retardance, fast axis orientation and diattenuation. IN particular, we propose several modified MMT parameters, whose abilities are also analyzed for revealing the information about the specific type of tissue samples. The results presented in this study evaluate the applicability of the original and modified MMT parameters, then give the suggestions for appropriate parameter selection in tissue polarimetry, which can be helpful for future biomedical and clinical applications.

The study of uncertainty theory evolved and developed largely in the last decade. In this paper, we introduce the concept of summability and absolutely summability with respect to almost surely through matrix transformation of complex uncertain sequences and establish the interrelationship between these two concepts. In this context, applications of matrix transformation of complex uncertain sequences are also presented.
