Cloud storage allows for saving files at an off-site location that is accessible through the public internet. However, cloud storage suffers from a lack of trust since employees have physical and electronic access to almost all of the data, and zero-trust security is thus essential. This paper proposes an SGX-based file hosting scheme that gives full consideration to both privacy preservation and auditability to address the aforementioned concerns. We designed a secure key exchange protocol consisting of two phases: a key generation phase and a key verification phase. Theoretical analysis and experiments indicate that the protocol can resist man in-the-middle attacks, which has been unattainable in previous studies. The experimental results show that our scheme takes little time regardless of file size and achieves solid performance in handling concurrent requests; furthermore, it is innocuous for clients, and the memory usage is acceptable.

Three-dimensional analysis in horses has been widely used in the past years due to technological advancement. With the objective of conducting a literature review of the applicability of existing evidence in horses of a biomechanical model focusing on three-dimensional kinematics and its production in Veterinary Medicine, we searched in the databases: ScienceDirect, SciELO and PubMed. To access them, using as key-words: "Three-dimensional kinematic model in equines", "equine kinematic analysis", "biomechanics of equine locomotion", "equine kinematic model". Selection criteria were papers published between: paper published between 1990 and 2020, in English, with free electronic access and in which characteristics of a three-dimensional kinematic model in horses were mentioned. Most studies were experimental, and population included both healthy horses and pathological ones. Three-dimensional kinematic model was used mainly to understand the analysed movement and using as model the full body. There is scientific evidence on the use of biomechanical models for three-dimensional kinematic analysis in horses published in the period studied, used by professionals in veterinary medicine. The objectives of using the model were specific to the type of movement or pathology of the horse and consistent with the characteristics of the studies.

The strength of the website becomes a measuring tool in determining rankings in Webometrics. The purpose of ranking or webometrics (https://www.webometrics.info/) is to promote the publication of the website. Supports Open Access, electronic access to scientific publications and other academic materials. This article tries to explain the website visibility of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta as an effort to increase webometrics ranking. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type, by analyzing information sources, website structure and technology with bibliometric and infometric approaches used by the website of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The results of the analysis obtained by measuring the usability element, the uin-suka.ac.id website shows the uin-suka.ac.id website looks quite "friendly" to use on mobile phones or smartphones that access the uin-suka.ac website. en. Analysis of Information Quality shows that the uin-suka.ac.id website does not yet have good backlinks. The quality of service interactions perceived by users of the uin-suka.ac.id website does not appear to have produced a good enough impression in their trust and empathy activities in the access process, such as in terms of transactions and information security, message delivery, personalization and communication activities.

Abstract Background Regional collaboration and appropriate referral management are crucial in neuro-oncological care. Lack of electronic access to medical records across healthcare organisations impedes interhospital consultation and may lead to incomplete and delayed referrals. To improve referral management, we have established a multidisciplinary Neuro-Oncological Triage Panel (NOTP) with digital image exchange and determined the effects on lead times, costs and time investment. Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted from February 2019 to March 2020. All newly diagnosed patients referred to Brain Tumor Center Amsterdam were analyzed according referral pathway: 1) standard referral, 2) NOTP. The primary outcome was lead time, defined as time-to-referral, time-to-treatment, and total time (median days [interquartile range]). Secondary outcomes were costs and time investment. Results In total, 225 patients were included, of whom 153 had standard referral and 72 NOTP referral. Patients discussed in the NOTP were referred more frequently for first neurosurgical consultation (44.7% versus 28.8%) or combined neurological and neurosurgical consultation (12.8% versus 2.5%, p=0.002). Time-to-referral was reduced for NOTP referral compared to standard referral (1[0.25-4] versus 6[1.5-10] days, p<0.001). Total time decreased from 27[14-48] days for the standard group to 15[12-38.25] days for the NOTP group (p=0.040). Costs and time investment were comparable for both groups. Conclusion Implementation of digital referral to a multidisciplinary NOTP is feasible and leads to more swift patient-tailored referrals at comparable costs and time investment as standard referral. This quality improvement initiative has the potential to improve collaboration and coordination of multidisciplinary care in the field of neuro-oncology.

The aim of the study is to explore the relationship between overspending and the method of payment, to highlight its causes. The non-representative survey was conducted between 2020 and 2021 in Hungary (n = 499) using the snowball sampling of data collection. They examined the relationship between age, education, place of residence, and payment methods, and analyzed the impact of internal and external factors on cash consumption and sustainability. The results showed that the use of cash as a method of payment is characteristic with advancing age, and higher education has a higher willingness to pay electronically according to the examined sample, and the existence of electronic access is not related to the size of the settlement. It can be stated that the majority of respondents have no choice when choosing a payment method. The answers reflect confidence in electronic payment solutions (a value of 2.21 on a six-point scale). Each group believes that they can consciously plan their budget (alternative budget). With proper communication and awareness of these influencing factors, financial awareness can be strengthened.
