Although Islamic social finance including zakat has witnessed an upsurge in development in quantum, which reached US$2 trillion in 2015 and is projected to exceed US$3 trillion by 2020, due to a lack of transparency, trust, and timely disclosure to public has resulted in inefficient of zakat collection and ineffective disbursement for the wellbeing of recipients. The reason for this could be neglecting adoption of financial technology specifically blockchain and artificial intelligence system in zakat management to enhance proper collection and efficient distributions timely and effectively reporting to public. Therefore, this research proposes an ‘Islamic Social Welfare Financial Technology' (ISW FinTech) as an innovative framework that assesses zakat institutions operational efficiency of zakat collection, transparency, and effective distribution that would lead to wellbeing of zakat recipients. This framework is based on new six clusters according to their needs and priority, which convert them from being zakat recipients into zakat payers.

The sugar distribution mechanism in fruits has been the focus of research worldwide; however, it remains unclear. In order to elucidate the relevant mechanisms in grape berries, the expression, localization, function, and regulation of three sucrose transporters were studied in three representative Vitis varieties. Both SUC11 and SUC12 expression levels were positively correlated with sugar accumulation in grape berries, whereas SUC27 showed a negative relationship. The alignment analysis and sucrose transport ability of isolated SUCs were determined to reflect coding region variations among V. vinifera, V. amurensis Ruper, and V. riparia, indicating that functional variation existed in one SUT from different varieties. Furthermore, potentially oligomerized abilities of VvSUCs colocalized in the sieve elements of the phloem as plasma membrane proteins were verified. The effects of oligomerization on transport properties were characterized in yeast. VvSUC11 and VvSUC12 are high-affinity/low-capacity types of SUTs that stimulate each other by upregulating Vmax and Km, inhibiting sucrose transport, and downregulating the Km of VvSUC27. Thus, changes in the distribution of different SUTs in the same cell govern functional regulation. The activation and inhibition of sucrose transport could be achieved in different stages and tissues of grape development to achieve an effective distribution of sugar.

The physical substantiation of titanium refining by crucibleless electron beam zone melting (ZM) method in vacuum was presented. Calculations of the equilibrium, limiting and effective distribution coefficients for impurity elements in the base metal were carried out. The refining of titanium was studied experimentally, and samples with a purity of 99.92 wt.% were received. The total content of impurities was reduced by a factor of 1.5 (from 0.12 to 0.08 wt.%). The concentration of interstitial impurities was significantly reduced (oxygen – by 1.3; carbon – by 2; nitrogen – by 2.5 times). The structure and microhardness were investigated.

The purpose of this article is to develop a model for managing duplicates at a motor transport if there is an insurance reserve. The task is to minimize the total costs (losses) at the motor transport enterprise. For an optimal model of duplicates management, regardless of the supplier and the time of delivery, the insurance stock in the warehouses of motor transport enterprises will satisfy the demand for spare parts necessary for rolling stock. Also, taking into account the determination of the optimal size of duplicates, the prediction of sudden failures, as well as statistics maintained in the Procurement service of motor transport enterprises, the volume and frequency of orders for duplicates become known. Determining the size of duplicates batch of various classification and quality allows the MTS (material and technical support) services of motor transport enterprises to ensure not only an uninterrupted transport process, but increase the coefficient of technical readiness and save on previously unclaimed stocks (surpluses) ensuring the effective distribution of financial resources. Further research in this area will be aimed at determining duplicates quality, supplied to the motor transport enterprise and developing methods for assessing the risk of the impact of defects in spare parts on failures and further consequences.

The article contains the results of processing the taxation description of the Shartashsky forest park and the results of pre-design landscape analysis. The development of pre-design analysis is necessary with the correct and effective distribution of functional zoning of the forest park, the allocation of areas prohibited for visiting in order to preserve disturbed biocenosis, and the identifi cation of the most attractive areas for targeted recreational activities. During the studies, the area was divided according to the estimated classes of indicators and the ratios between the classes to the quarterly area and the total area of the forest park were calculated. When developing pre-design landscape analysis, the characteristics of plantations were taken into account: age, height and diameters, bonitet class, types of landscapes, recreational assessment and stages of recreational digression. The analysis of taxation indicators in the forest park revealed the predominance of weighted-age pine plantations forming a closed type of landscape with the predominance of the average recreational assessment and the 1st stage of recreational digression. According to the results of the study, the predominance of low classes of taxi description indicators was noted on the territory of the Shartash Forest Park. Given the intensive visit to the forest park, low classes of taxi description indicators indicate insignifi cant changes in the forest environment of the territory under consideration. Nevertheless, the presence of allotments with overestimated indicators in the territory refl ects the need for measures to control the recreational use of the forest park. The results of the study are applicable in the development of projects for the improvement of the Shartashsky forest park, the analysis of taxation indicators over a certain time period, the identifi cation and determination of the dynamics of changes in indicators in the natural forest environment.
