Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune illness with a growing prevalence in many populations. Few studies have examined genetic predisposition to SLE, so we aimed to examine the clinical impact of the genetic polymorphisms MECP2 rs2734647and TIRAP rs8177374 on the outcomes and therapeutic precision of SLE with and without nephritis. This study included 110 SLE patients—divided into 63 with lupus nephritis (LN), and 47 without nephritis—and 100 controls. Laboratory measurements including CRP, ESR, ACR, CBC, anti-ds-DNA, vitamin A, C3, and C4 were carried out, along with genotyping of MECP2 rs2734647and TIRAP rs8177374 by real-time PCR and sequencing. Treg %, vitamin A, C3, and C4 were lower, whereas Th17 % was higher, in patients vs. controls (p < 0.001). The T allele of MECP2 rs2734647 was higher in LN than in non-nephritis and control subjects. Moreover, the T allele of TIRAP rs8177374 was higher in LN than in non-nephritis and control subjects. The MECP2 and TIRAP genes could play a role in predisposition to SLE, and can also predict disease progress to nephritis, helping to personalize medicine.

The scrutiny of medical devices industry as well as pharmaceutical industry for its application in health care industry on different platform is captured the 3D printing technique.  3D printing technology withstand for a very long duration only because of the approval of medical devices, 3D printed tablets and also with the advent of USFDA guideline on technical consideration. This technology is specific to devices utilizing preservative manufacturing. Many thoughts are triggered by 3D printing this technology and for successful delivery of intended product which is necessarily take into a consideration. In this review paper expectation limitations of some regulatory companies, Advantages, disadvantages, what type problems are arises while establishing this setups for drug product production, method, application, and manufacturing risk are represented. It also gives information about the current status of 3D printing technology in research and development of drug products.  For the fabrication of novel solid dosage form a number of 3D printing technology have been developed. Genomics has transformed the biological sciences. Genomics: A Very Short Introduction explores the science of genomics and its rapidly expanding toolbox. Data plays a central role in both medicine and insurance, enabling advances and creating new challenges. Although legislative efforts have attempted to protect the privacy of people’s health data, many other kinds of data can reveal sensitive health information about an individual. People’s medical conditions or health habits can be inferred from many sources, including their purchases, phone call patterns, fitness tracking apps, posts on social media, and browsing histories. Sometimes, medical information that reveals sensitive information about an individual can be linked to the medical state of a relative. However, accuracy of these inferences may be a problem, and inaccurate inference can result in social stigma and harmful reputational effects on the wrongly categorized individual. In addition, the kinds of inferences generated and used by marketers and insurance companies may not be useful when applied to the context of patient care. Not only does misuse of data have consequences for individuals seeking fair access to healthcare, but inappropriate practices also erode productive efforts to use data to empower people, personalize medicine, and develop innovations that can advance healthcare.
