Abstract Aiming at the PPG/polymer flooding system developed by Daqing Exploration and Development Research Institute, this paper conducts research on its viscosity increasing, viscosity stability, rheological properties, viscoelasticity and seepage ability. The experimental results show that:PPG has a thickening effect on the system, and the thickening range is between 37% and 66%;the viscosity retention rate of the PPG/polymer system is higher (88%) than the ordinary 25 million polymer solution (75%) ); Under the same shear rate conditions, the apparent viscosity of the PPG/polymer system is higher than 25 million pure polymer; the PPG/polymer system has a resilience effect, and its G’ and G” values are greater than that of a pure polymer solution;PPG/The polymer system can migrate to the deep part of the oil layer and still maintain high seepage resistance, which can realize deep profile control.

Abstrak. Nanopartikel adalah suatu teknologi formulasi suatu partikel yang terdispersi pada ukuran nanometer atau skala per seribu mikron. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sediaan lotion dari nanopartikel ekstrak terong belanda sebagai antioksidan. Teknologi nanopartikel ekstrak terong belanda mempunyai efek yang sangat baik sebagai antioksidan, sehingga dimungkinkan dibuat sediaan sebagai bahan kosmetik  Penelitian ini menguji nanopertikel ekstrak terong belanda  sebagai antioksidan sediaan lotion. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Pembuatan teknologi nanopartikel ekstrak terong belanda menggunakan metode nanopertikel berbasis biopolimer. Nanopartikel ekstrak terong belanda diformulasi menjadi sediaan lotion.  Uji aktivitas antioksidan dilakukan dengan metode penangkap radikal bebas DPPH. Parameter aktivitas antioksidan yaitu IC50 (Inhibititon Concentration), sedangkan uji sediaan lotion terdiri dari pH, viskositas, stabilitas, organoleptis (warna, aroma, bentuk). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Lotion ekstrak terong belanda yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat evaluasi fisik sediaan. Nilai IC50 lotion nanopartikel ekstrak terong belanda adalah 62 µg/mL. Ukuran partikel dari ekstrak nanopartikel adalah 182,4 µm. Lotion nanopartikel ekstrak terong belanda mempunyai kestabilan yang baik. Perlu dilakukan pembuatan bentuk sediaan yang lain dengan tujuan sebagai kosmetika. Kata kunci : Ekstrak terong belanda, nanopartikel, lotion, IC50    Tamarillo Extract Nanoparticle Lotion Preparation Test As Antioxidant  Abstract. Nanoparticles are a technology for the formulation of particles that are dispersed at the nanometer size or scale per thousand microns. The purpose of this study was to make lotion preparations from the nanoparticles of tamarillo extract as an antioxidant. The nanoparticle technology of tamarillo extract has a very good effect as an antioxidant, so it is possible to make a cosmetic ingredient. This study tested the nanoparticle extract of tamarillo as an antioxidant for lotion preparations. The extraction method used in this research is maceration using methanol as a solvent. The manufacture of tamarillo extract nanoparticle technology used a biopolymer-based nanoperticle method. The nanoparticles of tamarillo extract were formulated into lotions. The antioxidant activity test was carried out using the DPPH free radical scavenger method. The parameter of antioxidant activity is IC50 (Inhibititon Concentration), while the lotion preparation test consists of pH, viscosity, stability, organoleptic (color, aroma, shape). The results showed that the tamarillo extract lotion produced met the requirements for the physical evaluation of the preparation. The IC50 value of tamarillo extract nanoparticle lotion was 62 µg / mL. The particle size of the nanoparticle extract was 182.4 µm. Tamarillo extract nanoparticle lotion has good stability. In this study, oxidized starch (OCS) with different carboxyl content was prepared by the dry method, with H2O2 as the oxidant and CuCl2 as the catalyst. The optimum conditions were obtained by an orthogonal experiment, under the carboxyl and carbonyl content of 0.6813 and 1.0416% respectively. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and gel permeation chromatography characterized the structures of OCS, and the thermal, gelatinization, viscosity property and its viscosity stability were measured. The results demonstrated that the crystallinity decreased slightly and the A-type crystal remained unchanged after oxidation, and the molecular weight of OCS decreased greatly. The thermal decomposition temperature, apparent viscosity and setback viscosity also decreased. With the increase of carboxyl content in OCS, the cold-water solubility and paste transparency of OCS paste increased gradually, while the viscosity of OCS paste decreased, and the viscosity stability displayed a trend of first increasing and then reducing. The OCS obtained by a kneader had low solution viscosity and high viscosity stability, suitable for sizing high count warp yarns.

Production rate of domectic cattle begin to decline in each year, especially from range 2016 to 2019. Many factors influence, such as switching local breeders to other professions, and disease. One of the disease that quite dangerous called Myasis. Caused by C. Bezziana fly larvae, this disease causing excruciating and extended pain, resulting in decreased livestock performance. The decline in livestock performance has resulted in a decrease in livestock meat production, while the demand for meat in the community always increases every year. Based on these problems, an innovative idea is offered that is able to control and cure myasis in livestock by utilizing basil (Ocimum basilicum) and avocado leaves (Persea americana Mill) which have flavonoid levels as anti-inflammatory due to Myasis and antibiotics. This study aims to overcome the decline in livestock yields caused by livestock Myasis which results in the quality of the meat to be produced. The research method used was literature study and gel making. The process of making anti-inflammatory and antibiotic gel is quite simple, which is done by extracting the ingredients using water and air distillation, then carried out by the process of forming a gel with the addition of surfactants to the ingredients so that each material mixed can remain stable in the gel. The resulting gel making was continued with testing for viscosity, stability, appearance, homogeneity, and pH determination. The result of making anti-inflammatory and antibiotic gel is expected to increase the performance of livestock so that the demand for meat in the community can be fulfilled.
