<span>In this study we have described the process of identifying unnecessary video using an advanced combined method of natural language processing and machine learning. The system also includes a framework that contains analytics databases and which helps to find statistical accuracy and can detect, accept or reject unnecessary and unethical video content. In our video detection system, we extract text data from video content in two steps, first from video to MPEG-1 audio layer 3 (MP3) and then from MP3 to WAV format. We have used the text part of natural language processing to analyze and prepare the data set. We use both Naive Bayes and logistic regression classification algorithms in this detection system to determine the best accuracy for our system. In our research, our video MP4 data has converted to plain text data using the python advance library function. This brief study discusses the identification of unauthorized, unsocial, unnecessary, unfinished, and malicious videos when using oral video record data. By analyzing our data sets through this advanced model, we can decide which videos should be accepted or rejected for the further actions.</span>

Environment perception is the basis of unmanned driving and obstacle detection is an important research area of environment perception technology. In order to quickly and accurately identify the obstacles in the direction of vehicle travel and obtain their location information, combined with the PCL (Point Cloud Library) function module, this paper designed a euclidean distance based Point Cloud clustering obstacle detection algorithm. Environmental information was obtained by 3D lidar, and ROI extraction, voxel filtering sampling, outlier point filtering, ground point cloud segmentation, Euclide clustering and other processing were carried out to achieve a complete PCL based 3D point cloud obstacle detection method. The experimental results show that the vehicle can effectively identify the obstacles in the area and obtain their location information.

Designing a hearing aid device is one of the challenging applications recently, since it is useful for the people with hearing loss. For this purpose, various circuit designing procedures such as MOSFET and carbon nanotube field effect transistor (CNTFET) are introduced in the existing works. But it mainly lacks the following drawbacks: increased leakage current, not highly efficient, and increased area and power consumption. In order to mitigate these issues, this paper is aimed at designing an improved CNTFET (ECNFET) for hearing aid filtering application. The major objectives of the proposed work are leakage current minimization and the improvements in transconductance and mobility. At first, the layout is designed with 10 layers based on the specific dimensionalities, and different materials are placed in each and every layer. It includes gold, silicon, silicon dioxide, bismuth telluride, and carbon tube. Then, the parameters such as band gap, electron concentration, hole concentration, electron mobility, hole mobility, and insulator breakage voltage are verified to determine the efficiency of the layout. If all the parameters are satisfied, the characteristics such as voltage current, leakage current, mobility, and transconductance are validated. If all measures are satisfied, the library is created for the designed ECNFET layout by using the Comsol tool. Furthermore, the operational amplifier is designed based on the generated library function. After amplification, the hearing aid filter is designed with the use of the proposed ECNFET layout. The experimental validation of the proposed work and comparison with the existing method based on the measures of area consumption, power consumption, speed, and frequency range confirm the effectiveness of ECNTFET in filtering applications.

The purpose of this study is examining some suggestions on how school libraries can be involved in Special Needs Education in a helpful way. The Modified Grounded Theory Approach is used as the method for this study. In my analysis I focus on the change in perception of 19 school staff members with respect to changes in the school library function and factors for these changes. Based on the result the school librarian’s anticipated four supports are suggested as follows: providing suitable materials that take into account students’ situation, searching study by team teaching, supporting students’ self-affirmation by sympathetic understanding, and educational support encouraging students’ socialization.

The author demonstrates the dependence of sci-tech library’s functions and services from its role in the structure of its mother organization. Sci-tech libraries act as independent divisions or a unit within the larger department. In the latter case its activities are less visible therefore it has to demonstrate its efficiency and input to the division or organization. The experience of the Sci-tech Library of Krylov State Research Center (KSRC) is discussed. The library is a structural unit of the Information and Publishing Center. The partnership between the publishing unit and the library determines the efficiency of collaboration within the division which is evidenced by the contribution of the Sci-tech Library to the publishing process; thus, the Library provides bibliographies to the scholarly papers to be published. The author demonstrates that the professional knowledge and expertise of librarians make the library an equal partner, and that the traditional library function is positioned as a unique service. The author also discusses the problems of information culture of professionals, in particular their carelessness toward bibliographic references. The examples are given of frequent problems researcher authors face when providing references. The prospective vectors of the Sci-tech Library’s education activities are analyzed.

Software protection from exploitation of possible unknown vulnerabilities can be performed both by searching (for example, using symbolic execution) and subsequent elimination of the vulnerabilities and by using detection and / or intrusion prevention systems. In the latter case, this problem is usually solved by forming a profile of a normal behavior and deviation from normal behavior over a predetermined threshold is regarded as an anomaly or an attack. In this paper, the task is to protect a given software P from exploiting unknown vulnerabilities. For this aim a method is proposed for constructing a profile of the normal execution of the program P, in which, in addition to a set of legal chains of system and library functions, it is proposed to take into account the distances between adjacent function calls. At the same time, a profile is formed for each program. It is assumed that taking into account the distances between function calls will reveal shell code execution using system and / or library function calls. An algorithm and a system for detecting abnormal code execution are proposed. The work carried out experiments in the case when P is the FireFox browser. During the experiments the possibility of applying the developed algorithm to identify abnormal behavior when launching publicly available exploits was investigated.

<p><em>Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) is one of the government programs in order to regain reading interest in students. The meaning of literacy today is not merely meaning not being able to read, more than that literacy is related to understanding and sensitivity in relating it to life. Therefore the development of literacy is not only on the aspects of students but also all the components that can support the growth of literacy culture. The purpose of this study was to strengthen the literacy culture that had previously been built but was not optimal. Through mentoring, it is hoped that the culture built can be further strengthened by optimizing the function of the library as a learning resource. This article was written based on field studies in the form of dedication conducted at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Batu using ABCD aproach. The findings from the results of this study are that the optimization of library functions through workshops and capacity building activities for the library division team (komica) enriches their capacity as library ambassadors so that students who are members of the comica team more freely contribute to socializing library functions to colleagues other students in the MTs Negeri 1 Batu neighborhood by utilizing the IT capacity they obtain from workshops and capacity building activities.</em><em></em></p><strong><em>Keyword</em></strong><em>.
