One of the main requirements for obtaining high-quality raw materials for production is a clear formulation of the necessary parameters that the manufacturer of materials must comply with in the production of raw materials. The very observance of these parameters in the future will reduce the number of production of unsuitable products and plastic cards with defects. Parameter control is carried out for each separate batch of materials. The sample during inspection should be at least 0.1 % of the total amount of material, the deviation from the parameters should be included in the tolerance. The tasks of the stage of product quality control should ensure the implementation of the quality policy, as well as the general economic policy of the enterprise. Control is an integral part of the activities of any enterprise, a regulator of factors that form quality at all stages of the production process and ensure the release of quality products. Based on the analysis and experimental studies, the main parameters that need to be monitored were determined: geometric dimensions, color, thickness, density, surface tension, tensile strength, uniformity of paint application, shrinkage during sheet sintering

The buccal route of administration has many advantages, including gastrointestinal bypass surgery and first pass through the liver. The mucoadhesive membrane is a retention dosage form that can release the drug directly into the biological matrix. Cheek technology has proven to be an advanced alternative to other traditional devices. The type of drug delivery system. This is a mature technology for systemic administration of active pharmaceutical ingredients [API]. In addition, due to their small size and thinness, these films improve patient compliance. Over the past decade, because it is a promising delivery alternative for multiple therapeutic categories, including peptides, vaccines and nanoparticles. Mucosal adhesions are currently explained by six theories: electronics, adsorption, wettability, diffusion, degradation and mechanics. Various in vitro and in vivo techniques are suggested. Study its mechanism. This study includes an overview of the mechanisms and theories of mucosal adhesion, and introduces the most commonly used methods. The "film casting method" involves casting an aqueous solution and/or organic solvent to produce a film suitable for the application route. The determination of key properties such as mucosal adhesion strength, uniformity of active ingredient content and permeability are important research areas in the field of buccal membrane design.

Analytical and experimental investigations of the most loaded elements of the base frame of PRT-9 solid organic fertilizer spreader are carried out in this paper. The residual operation life of the central beam of the paired Z-shaped profile, as well as the lateral spars of the Z-shaped cross section are determined. According to the results of studies, it was found that the residual operation life of these system elements differ significantly. In order to achieve strength uniformity of the main frame elements, it is decided to weaken the central beam by replacing the paired Z-shaped profile with a thin-walled tube of rectangular cross-section and strengthen the lateral spars by replacing Z-shaped profile with a channel profile with the same height.

Steel has become the predominate material for the construction of bridges, buildings, towers and other structures. Its great strength, uniformity light weight and many other desirable properties makes steel the material of choice for numerous structures such as steel bridges, high rise buildings, towers and other structures. The advantages in general credited to steel as a structural design material are high strength/weight ratio, ductility, predictable material properties, speed of erection structures, and quality of construction ease of repair, adaptation of prefabrication, repetitive use, expanding existing structures and fatigue strength. Steel structures should be stiff enough to limit the drift and should have enough ductility to prevent collapse. In this steel bracing provides an effective and economical solution for resisting lateral loads in a framed structure. Knee braced steel frame is that of excellent ductility and lateral stiffness. Since the knee element is properly fused, yielding occurs only to the knee element and no damage to major elements In this study, the effect  of different types of bracing in comparison  with knee braced steel frame are studied and analysed using software.

The purpose of this paper is to consider the development of engineering ways of preventing the further development of through cracks in the sheet elements of the complex technical structures. The latest individual approach to the assessment and assurance of performance of structures with cracks, which is to take into account the features of their operation, has been applied in this work. Preference is given to methods that reduce the concentration in the danger zone. Studies have shown that the most appropriate and effective ways to prevent the further development of a through crack are the structural methods and combinations of the structural and technological methods. The effectiveness of these methods was determined on the basis of the strength uniformity approach of structural elements with a crack. The criterion of strength uniformity from the position of fatigue and brittle strength with an error on the safe side is the value of theoretical stress concentration factor [K]. The[K] value was made on the basis of generalization and analysis of cases of crack formation, the results of tests of typical components of hull structures and welded joints. The safe concentration of stresses near the holes of various purposes in the members of the machine-building structures is in the range from 2 to 4. Taking into account the relevant requirements for the ratio of the radius of curvature and the width of the cutout, we obtain 3.5. The value of the criterion К1 is determined by the ratio of the calculated crack length to the diameter of the hole drilled at its ends and the location of the crack.

The article presents information on the modern three-dimensional technologies and the main factors constraining their development. In recent decades there has been revolutionary new approaches to construction, in particular three-dimensional printing technology construction features, allowing you to abandon the traditional formwork, which significantly reduces costs and allows to create various architectural forms of buildings and structures. For the development of construction of next generation technologies requires the development of new materials with desired controlled properties: quick setting time, high strength, uniformity and strength of adhesion between the various layers. The use of additive manufacturing technologies for the construction of buildings and structures will significantly reduce costs by reducing costs of materials and improve performance, discover new creative approaches to create a variety of architectural shape of our cities.
