Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is characterized by compromising the communication and social interaction of individuals. Topic widely discussed in the process of educational inclusion, with regard to access and permanence of students. This review articleaimed to understand and discuss how the inclusion process of childrenwith Autistic Spectrum Disorder (TEA)occursin schools, considering the need for inclusion and the integral development of the autistic student inserted in regular classes. Thus, I present here a broad view of the concept of autism in order to understand how the teacher who works in regular education develops pedagogical practices in the work of inclusion of these students. The research methodology was carried out with a view to a qualitative approach, through bibliographic research and as a data collection instrument, non-participant observation of regular classrooms with autistic students was used. In general, some teachers have a pedagogical practice aimed at inclusion, promoting methodological strategies that contribute to the development and learning of autistic children. However, other teachers feel unprepared to deal with their autistic students

The article aims to understand, based on the perception of academics, the obstacles, difficulties and challenges for remote teaching in the Physics course at the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Piauí,Campus de Angical. Therefore, the starting point was to know: What is the perception of undergraduate Physics students about the challenges in remote education in the context of COVID-19? In the search for answers, a case study was outlined with 38 students, with the application of a questionnaire with open and closed questions, which enabled the production of quantitative and qualitative data analyzed based on the theoretical framework that underlies this study. We conclude that the main challenges for remote learning are related to the difficulties of academics in reconciling studies and domestic activities; impacts of social distancing on the emotional, with emphasis on situations such as anxiety, irritation and sadness; lack of access to equipment (computers, smartphone, tablet, etc.) and internet; reconcile work and study; use of technologies and applications related to remote learning, among others. Furthermore, the study demonstrated the support of family members to the connectivity assistance policy as an important factorin overcoming the difficulties faced by student

The present work is the result of a literature review and analysis about the praxis of the Organizational and Work Psychologist in the hospital administrative context. The study aimed to unveil the main challenges and possibilities of action in this practice. Based on the material collected and analyzed, the relevance in contributions that Organizational and Work Psychology can bring to hospital management was evidenced, casting its specialized look at the pertinent questions of the health organization as a whole, resolving and mediating conflicts, enabling well-being and pleasure for employees, as well as contributing to the institution'sgeneral management and administration. However, it also became evident that there are still some challenges in the performance of these professionals in hospital institutions, these impasses ranging from their insertion, to the definition of their functions in these environments.

Tuberculosis is one of the main causes of death by an infectious agent in the world, according to the World Health Organization. Studies indicate that enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of uridine diphospho-N-acetylglucosamine are essential for the life cycle of the bacterium. One of these enzymes is glucosamine-6-phosphate synthase (GlmS), which does not have a three-dimensional structure available in the protein database on the internet. In this work, structural bioinformatics methods (comparative modeling and molecular refinement) were used to build a refined three-dimensional model for the GlmS enzyme of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The model was generated using four templates structures (crystallographic). The results obtained for the stereochemical and general parameters of the refined model were better than the original model and similarto those templates structures, validating the refined model.

Scientific practice is procedural, systemic and presupposes the discovery of reality. Learning through investigative processes is training, education, and enhances multiple learnings. In this case study, descriptive-analytical, of a qualitative nature, it aimed to analyze the possibilities, limits and perspectives for learning by investigation within the Research Initiation Program. Highlights as theoretical and analysis categories: PIBIC and research knowledge. The data were generated by the semi-structured questionnaire with four scholarship recipients of the notice / 2019, from the Federal Institute of Piauí, Campus Piripiri and by the cut in the projects that bring the act of research as an object of study. Therefore, it becomes evident as to the possibilities for learning with research through the Program: development and deepening of studies, improvements in academic work, importance of scientific rigor and systematization of knowledge. The scholarship recipients point to the strengthening of research knowledge, personal and professional curriculum. Of the five projects approved by PIBIC, only one brings the act of research as the object of study, which was the focus sought. PIBIC is considered as an articulator of research knowledge and learning as investigative possibilities, minimizing the limiting aspects.
