The integrated models specifically designed to help decision-making in food waste (FW) composting management through the analysis of previous research studies are reviewed. The integrated models are built predominantly within three decision-supporting tools, which include life-cycle assessment (LCA), life cycle costing (LCC), and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). Different integrated models were discussed and their strengths, limitations, and crucial problems as well as their potential integration were evaluated. Apparently, there has been no in-depth analysis of its approaches and potentialities of combining harmonically the LCA, LCC, and MCDM analysis tools in the FW composting management which taking into consideration multiple stakeholders. Thus, the combined LCA, LCC and MCDM with cluster analysis (CA) is suggested. The concepts underlying the sustainable FW composting management model can be divided into several aspects in terms of environmental friendliness, financial profitability, and social acceptance. This gives an insight and facilitates to waste management sectors to decide on a preferable FW composting management.

Effective to current practice in the growth of talent by versatility, the companies require expertise to work in different divisions; subsidiaries; or departments; after three to five years’ operating in a specific position, upon request for relocation or promotional activities. Nevertheless, the transfer to work requires specific talent to learn new activities and procedures through adaptation through reading over administrative tasks, as well as to gain technical expertise such as Industry 4.0, which is typically learned by being on the job and takes longer before the talent becomes fully competent to conduct its tasks linked to Industry 4.0 areas. Use eight-dimensional adaptive efficiency as the foundation, this study intends to analysis and to clarify the critical factors in Industry 4.0 job adaptation as well as to create an effective structure that accelerates the cycle of talent adaptation. This framework is expected to contribute to Malaysia Industry4WRD strategy on ‘People’ shift factor and supplement its two aspects of Personal Competence Growth and Top Management Technology Savviness. The study would examine a case study on Malaysian industries and use a semi-structured interview with selected respondents to establish the accelerated proposed adaptation mechanism for Malaysian industry talent.

Resident satisfaction with the building maintenance services rendered by the property management company is vital to the quality of people's life in the residential buildings. Resident satisfaction measurement generally depends on the service quality of the building maintenance services offered by the property management company. However, there were too many attributes that have influenced resident satisfaction, as highlighted in previous research. In fact, some of them were duplicated and redundant. Thus, the aim of this paper is to identify and simplify the attributes that contribute to resident satisfaction in the building maintenance services. For this purpose, the researchers carried out a systematic review of the most recent articles from 2009 to 2019. Researchers also have considered a few articles before 2009 with the opinion that articles were useful to support the present study. Researchers conducted content analysis by systematically analysing and reviewing previous research publications on service quality dimensions used for users' satisfaction measurement in the facility management context. Past researches have reported on 45 service quality dimensions that have been considered for users' satisfaction evaluation in the facility management field. The findings showed that the identified attributes suggested in the previous works in the facility management field were for a specific and different types of building. In this paper, the researchers suggest a comprehensive range of 18 service quality dimensions including cleanliness, general maintenance and assurance service quality dimension that are useful for measuring resident satisfaction with building maintenance services of the high-rise residential buildings. This finding will benefit the property management companies with valuable information on the attributes that they could rely on to measure resident satisfaction towards building maintenance services. In fact, it provides a clear understanding of service quality dimensions and facilitates future researchers on the appropriate attributes to be considered in evaluating resident satisfaction with the high-rise residential building maintenance services in their future research.

Surface coating, paint and allied products industry is one of the major productions in the world due to the increase of urbanization and rapid development. Paint industry offers a variety of colours and types of paint to serve as needed. However, global production of paint consumption may lead to large volume of waste generated which affects people’s health and creating environmental surroundings such as landfill area, stormwater drainage and natural waterways. Therefore, this paper highlights the application of paint generally in terms of productions, treatment processes and waste management, as well as finding out the necessary steps to be taken to minimise wastes caused by productions. Furthermore, the understanding of these wastes may contribute to reduce the negative environmental impact and provide sustainable development by utilizing and promoting the paint waste as building material.
