This study aims to find out the relationship between learning style and students’ knowledge aspect on Computer System Subject at SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu, the type of research is quantitative and the subject of research is grade X in SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu. Data collection techniques using observation, Questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were Descriptive Analysis, and inferential Statistical Analysis. The results of visual learning style post-test were 11 people with a mean of 76.36, an auditory learning style of 8 people at a mean of 62.14, a kinesthetic learning style of 3 people at a mean of 50.33, apart from that (r x y = 2.35) and the magnitude of r is reflected in the table (r table = 0.4132). Then rxy > r table ie = 2.35> 0.4132. In other words, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It has a significant relationship between the learning styles of students and students’ knowledge aspect on Computer System Subject of grade X TKJ in SMK IT Rahmatan Karimah of  Central Bengkulu

The aim ofimplementation of reward and punishment method is to increase students’ learning motivation in class XI of Software Engineering, specifically at object-oriented programmers subjects with sub-subject of website creation using wordpress in SMKN 4 of Bengkulu City. This study is qualitative descriptive research, while subject used in this study is student class XI Software Engineering in SMKN 4 Bengkulu. Data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The result of study shows that the implementation of reward and punishment method have been implied very well by the teachers at this subject so that it is able to improve students’ learning motivation in  completing  assignments to create website by using wordpress.

State Elementary School 16 Bumi Ayu, is one of the primary schools in the city of Bengkulu is located at the highway Bumi Ayu Bengkulu city, the number of students reached 800 people. And teachers and employees 31 people. To improve human resources especially in the field of education, SD Negeri 16 Bumi Ayu has some routines one of which is the processing of employee data is done every semesterThe purpose of this research is to create a Data Processing Information Systems Officer On 16 SDN Bumi Ayu Using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, so as to assist in data processing at SDN 16 Bumi Ayu. Where the research was conducted at the State Elementary School 16 Bumi Ayu is located at Jalan Raya Bumi Ayu. The timing of this research was conducted on 26 February to dengn March 26, 2016. In this study, data were collected by using observation, interviews, and literature. From the results of this study show that the presence of Employee Data Processing Information Systems using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0, can, provide significant benefits for the school

The concept of a computer-based decision-making support system (Computer Based Decision Support System) is currently developing very rapidly. Many methods are used to assist in the decision making process. Decision making is carried out with a systematic approach to the problem through the process of collecting data into information and coupled with factors that need to be considered in decision making. To make a decision support system for the selection of outstanding teachers in Akkes Sapta Bakti Bengkulu by computer. The research method that the author uses in making this application is from a manual or conventional system into a system development (electronic system) using the waterfall model. Waterfall system development method is a sequence of activities or activities carried out in system development starting from problem determination, actual system analysis, new system analysis, design, system implementation and testing. The software used in making this application is to use the Visua Basic 2010. application and is supported with a Microsoft Access 2007 database and Crystal Report as a report.

This study aims to reveal: 1) How much is the contribution of discipline to the learning outcomes of KKPI students in grade 1 at SMK 5 Seluma. 2) How big is the contribution of Motivation to the learning outcomes of KKPI students in grade 1 at Seluma 5ND VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, 3) There is a relationship of discipline and motivation towards learning outcomes in grade 1 students of SMK Negeri 5 Seluma. 4) How much does Discipline and Motivation contribute to KKPI learning outcomes for students in grade 1 at SMK 5 Seluma. This type of research is a descriptive study with an Ex-post facto approach. This descriptive research is correlational, which is the subject of research is grade 1 students in the field of Electronic Engineering 5 Seluma City Vocational School expertise totaling 78 students. The results of this study include: 1) There is a contribution from the discipline to the results of learning computer skills and information management (KKPI) Class I students at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma. Based on a series of data analysis shows that discipline (X1) to learning outcomes (Y) empirically has a significant contribution of = 78.90% (R2). 2) There is a contribution of learning motivation to the results of learning computer skills and information management (KKPI) Class I students at SMK Negeri 5 Seluma. Based on a series of data analysis shows that learning motivation (X2) on learning outcomes (Y) empirically has a significant effect of = 6.8% (R2). 3) There is a relationship of discipline and motivation to the results of learning Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) grade 1 students in SMK 5 Seluma by 89.6%. 4) There is a contribution of discipline and learning motivation to the learning outcomes of Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) grade 1 students at SMK 5 Seluma, obtained a correlation coefficient of = 0.896 with a coefficient of determination of = 0.803.
