The concept of a computer-based decision-making support system (Computer Based Decision Support System) is currently developing very rapidly. Many methods are used to assist in the decision making process. Decision making is carried out with a systematic approach to the problem through the process of collecting data into information and coupled with factors that need to be considered in decision making. To make a decision support system for the selection of outstanding teachers in Akkes Sapta Bakti Bengkulu by computer. The research method that the author uses in making this application is from a manual or conventional system into a system development (electronic system) using the waterfall model. Waterfall system development method is a sequence of activities or activities carried out in system development starting from problem determination, actual system analysis, new system analysis, design, system implementation and testing. The software used in making this application is to use the Visua Basic 2010. application and is supported with a Microsoft Access 2007 database and Crystal Report as a report.

The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. Decision Support System is a computerized system designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. One method of solving MADM problems is by using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study aims to design and create a system to determine which employees are entitled to receive bonuses, for that we need a decision support for giving employee bonuses decisions. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system development model used is a waterfall. Waterfall has several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The results showed the benefits of the SAW method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses based on the employee performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo can assist administrators in determining employee bonuses quickly and effectively. So the bonus that employees get using the SAW method is the basic salary times the percentage of the ranking value.

This study aims to determine development priorities in 2018 Kota Medan District covering planning, use and evaluation of village development. This study uses qualitative research, with a case study strategy. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of data by triangulating data sources and data collection techniques. Data analysis uses determination techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Evaluations for the Village Fund for 2017 include constraints faced during the implementation of development and allocation of village funds such as a lack of sense of responsibility between village officials in managing village funds, people who care about development are still few, and there is a lack of meetings to deliver information on village fund allocation to the community. The decision support system for determining village development priorities has stages, starting from selecting criteria, aspects to assessments that have been set, decision making difficulties in determining priorities and calculating weights. Related to this, the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method can be used to solve the problem. The results of the process are in the form of village rankings as a recommendation for decision making to choose as suitable occupies the designated fields. The results of the system supplementation, it was concluded that the use of this method can help the process of making prioritization of development, can be studied, quite easy to use, and produce information used.Keywords: Decision Support System, Development Priority, PSI

Decision Support System (SPK) is a computer-based system that combines models and data in an effort to solve unstructured problems with user involvement through an easy-to-use user interface. This system is used to help decision making in semitructured situations and unstructured situations, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. Simple Additive Weighting method is one of the settlement methods for Multi attribute decision making (MADM) problems. This method evaluates several alternatives to a set of attributes or criteria, where each attribute does not depend on each other. Hope from the results of the study, the use of Simple Additive Weighting as a model of the Eligible Decision Support System for Rastra Assistance using the weighted product method in Karang Bangun Village, Siantar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency can help the village in calculating the feasibility of rice recipients and to determine the eligibility of recipients of rice faster and more accurate. because this application is easier than the old system and the data storage is more accurate.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Simple Additive Weighting, Rastra, Poor

The research was conducted at PT. Sinkona Indonesia Lestari is a manufacturing company engaged in the industry that produces quinine salt of quinine and its derivatives. The Company requires cash flow of financial statements information that is fast, precise, accurate and up to date for management decision making. Authors are interested with the title "Accounting Information System Design Method With Decision Support System (DSS”). Design studies using primary data and secondary data, system development methodology using output oriented methodology, process oriented methodology and the data oriented methodology. While the structure of system development used by the authors is Waterfall. Accounting information system design using a context diagram, data flow diagrams, system flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagram. With accounting information systems managers can improve the quality of decision making.

This research was conducted to solve the problem of decision making to determine the feasibility of giving loans to CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar. The applicant's assessment includes an administrative assessment and the survey is still being conducted without using a computer-based decision support system. To simplify the decision making to determine the feasibility of giving the loan, a decision support system was designed using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of: Income, Dependent, Loan Size, Guarantee Value and Number of Installments. The results of the calculation of the case of this study that are eligible for a loan in order are NA2 with a value of 0.6390, NA1 with a value of 0.5737, the third is NA3 with a value of 0.5053, and the last is NA4 with a value of 0.3102. The results of this study can be concluded that the Topsis method can answer or resolve problems faced by CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar in determining creditworthiness.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.
