A limited number of persons can afford the fees of private universities; hence, enrolment determines survival. The choice of those who can afford the fees depends on the institution's corporate reputation. This paper deals with the concept of deviant workplace behavior. The paper presents the results of an empirical study on the types of deviant workplace behavior in Croatian companies in the Information Technology sector (IT). The difference in the occurrence of deviant workplace behavior by gender and age was analyzed, after which the correlation between the types of deviant behavior was examined.

This study explores the relationship between the Hofstede's cultural values of indulgence-restraint, long-term-short-term orientation, and risk aversion in 53 developed and developing countries. The author used linear multiple regression analysis, controlled for the countries' per capita income, and religiosity secondary data from multiple sources to test the two hypotheses.
