Handwriting identification is one out of the many research ever conducted. In its development, the handwriting can be written in real time by the user by using the mouse (online character recognition). Various studies on the traditional character handwriting recognition continue to be developed. One of them is the recognition of the Balinese characters. Balinese characters have their own unique characters compared with the other regions. The difference between the shapes of the characters with the other characters are quite similar, or there are some characters that can only be distinguished by a small sketch or doodle.This study uses Artificial Neural Network with Backpropagation algorithm to perform the Balinese characters recognition and zoning as a method of feature extraction. In a variation of the extraction method, the characteristics used are Image Centroid and Zone (ICZ), Zone Centroid and Zone (ZCZ) and normalization of features. Of the three methods, it will be determined the best method used in the Balinese characters recognition.From the test results of the extraction method, the combined characteristics of the ICZ, ZCZ and normalization of features were the most effective to be used for the recognition of the Balinese characters. The level of accuracy obtained from the results of the online testing was 71,28% and 72,31% for offline testing, with parameters of Backpropagation, which used the value of learning rate of 0,03, a momentum value of 0,5 and the number of neurons in the hidden layer of 130.

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist a person in making accurate decisions and on target. Many problems can be solved by using the DSS, which one is the selection of restaurants in Badung Region. There are several methods that can be used in building a DSS include Weighted Product (WP). WP is a method that the most widely used in solving problems with multiple criteria, such as DSS for selection of restaurants in Badung Region. This research uses the WP method for selection of restaurants in Badung Region. In determining the best choice of restaurants, there are several criterias that will use on taken the decisions, there are the quality of food, price, service, atmosphere, and distance. The value of each of these criteria derived from the reviews or ratings of other users, so these values are dynamic. User can freely set the value of the weight of each criterion to be compared in order to obtain the best results. The end result of this research is built a system that can help users to compare several restaurants that the results will be sorted from the best based on the results of the comparison weight that has been entere.

E-commerce is an alternative which promising enough applied to companies at this time, because of e-commerce provide facilities for both sides, which is between merchant and customer. Although which transactions are conducted of being in two different though the continent, any transaction not there should have been negotiation stage and one of with poor this is a company gift shop. All this in MR.KUTA BALI, the transaction was done by using konvesional namely where clients visit directly to that place to choose and purchase products gift shop. The purpose of research is of designing and constructing system gift shop e-commerce case studies MR.KUTA BALI. Data collection is done by interviews to assistant general manager of the company gift shop mr.kuta bali by mrs. Umi Nur Aini. System building design was conducted using modeling DFD and the ERD to contrive in terms of relationships between table necessary. E-commerce system gift shop this they use of PHP language and in testing stage system done by using the method blackbox testing. The result has been testing the system in accordance with needs functionality designed.

 Inventory information system is a system to determine stock inventory in the warehouse of a company. Inventory information system has been widely used or developed in a company with a wide range of technologies and systems. Problems at UD. Miasa is not the availability of an information system for controlling inventory of stock items available in the warehouse. a system of inventory information would be very helpful UD. Miasa in running the business. Therefore, in this study will be to design and build an information system that supplies desktop based on inventory information in clear and detailed. The system built can also perform archiving of data such as data items item master data, supplier master data, master customer data, incoming goods, goods out, inventory taking, as well as forecasting for the purchase of goods in the next month. The end result of this research is the creation of an information system invetory built using Visual Studio 2010 application and uses the MySQL database system.
