 Inventory information system is a system to determine stock inventory in the warehouse of a company. Inventory information system has been widely used or developed in a company with a wide range of technologies and systems. Problems at UD. Miasa is not the availability of an information system for controlling inventory of stock items available in the warehouse. a system of inventory information would be very helpful UD. Miasa in running the business. Therefore, in this study will be to design and build an information system that supplies desktop based on inventory information in clear and detailed. The system built can also perform archiving of data such as data items item master data, supplier master data, master customer data, incoming goods, goods out, inventory taking, as well as forecasting for the purchase of goods in the next month. The end result of this research is the creation of an information system invetory built using Visual Studio 2010 application and uses the MySQL database system.

Distribution of goods becomes a separate priority within a company, especially with regard to distribution routes. This condition will become complex if there are many branches in the process of distributing goods. For this reason, in this research, calculations were carried out in the process of travelling in distributing goods. To perform these calculations, a method is used, namely the saving matrix method. To carry out this implementation, a goods distribution information system is created with calculations in the distribution of goods using a saving matrix. The results of the research are in the form of information systems developed with a waterfall model with features ranging from processing goods data, customer data, demand data, shipping data, route data and saving matrix calculation data. From the resulting information system, it can also be seen clearly the distance travelled in the distribution of goods so that it can easily determine travel facilities for deliverymen.   Distribusi barang menjadi prioritas tersendiri di dalam sebuah perusahaan terutama berkaitan dengan rute distribusi. Konidisi tersebut akan menjadi komplek jika terdapat banyak cabang dalam proses distribusi barang. Untuk itu di dalam peneltian ini dilakukan dilakukan perhitungan dalam proses perjalanan dalam melakukan distribusi barang. Untuk melakukan perhitungan tersebut digunakan sebuah metode yaitu método saving matrix. Untuk melakukan implementasi tersebut maka dibuat sebuah sistema informasi distribusi barang dengan dilengkapi perhitungan dalam distribusi barang dengan saving matrix. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sistema informasi yang dikembangkan dengan waterfall model dengan fitur mulai dari pengolahan data barang, data pelanggan, data permintaan, data pengiriman, data rute dan data peritungan saving matrix. Dari sistema informasi yang dihasilkan juga dapat diketahui dengan jelas jarak tempuh dalam distribusi barang sehingga dapat dengan mudah dalam menentukan fasilitas perjalanan bagi pengantar barang.

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Teknologi informasi dapat membuat apa saja menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien. Sebagai contohnya adalah pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada saat ini menggunakan sistem informasi pada alat elektroniknya untuk mengefektifkan produk dan hasil karyanya. Pada kajian ini, sistem informasi event organizer pada wahana entertaiment bertugas mengolah data seperti penginputan data pelanggan, data petugas, data peralatan, data paket, data pesanan, pencarian data dan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi event organizer pada Wahana Entertainment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan grounded research. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem informasi yang dapat membantu Wahana Entertainment dalam menerapkan sistem yang yang lebih baik, dapat mempermudah pekerjaan, meningkatkan kelancaran proses pengelolaan event organizer. Information technology can make anything easier and more efficient. For example, companies that exist today use information systems on their electronic devices to streamline their products and work. In this study, the event organizer information system in the entertainment vehicle is tasked with processing data such as inputting customer data, staff data, equipment data, package data, order data, data search and required reports. The purpose of this study was to design an event organizer information system at Wahana Entertainment. The research method used is qualitative research and grounded research approach. The results of this study are in the form of an information system that can help Wahana Entertainment implement a better system, make work easier, and improve the smoothness of the event organizer management process.

With the growing popularity of Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), cloud- based systems have assumed a greater important role. However, there lacks formal approaches to modeling the risks transferred through information systems implemented in a cloud-based environment. This paper explores formal methods to quantify the risks associated with an information system and evaluate its variation throughout its implementation. Specifically, we study the risk variation through a quantitative and longitudinal model spanning from the launch of a cloud-based information systems project to its completion. In addition, we propose to redefine the risk estimation method to differentiate a mitigated risk from an unmitigated risk. This research makes valuable contributions by helping practitioners understand whether cloud computing presents a competitive advantage or a threat to the sustainability of a company.

ABSTRAKANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ENERGI NUKLIR. Pengelolaan hasil penelitian dan kegiatan Pusat Kajian Sistem Energi Nuklir (PKSEN), baik dalam bentuk dokumen maupun hasil kegiatan lainnya, merupakan bagian yang penting dari rangkaian kegiatan pencapaian Misi PKSEN. Pengelolaan dokumen yang baik akan memudahkan pemberian masukan perbaikan ataupun penggunaan hasil yang maksimal. Namun selama beberapa tahun belakangan ini, masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan di dalam pengelolaan dokumen hasil penelitian dan kegiatan yang dilakukan PKSEN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis dan perancangan konsep flow desain/layout Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir untuk mempermudah penerapan Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir (SIEN). Sistem informasi ini, disamping digunakan sebagai sistem pengelolaan hasil penelitian dan kegiatan PKSEN juga dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat. Paket Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir ini diharapkan menjadi “satu pintu gerbang” informasi PKSEN. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah: (i) analisis sistem organisasi, (ii) analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi; (iii) analisis dan perancangan sistem perangkat lunak; (iv) analisis dan perancangan sistem basis data. Pada penelitian ini telah: diidentifikasi seluruh aktivitas dan sumberdaya organisasi PKSEN, dilakukan analisis penerapan SIEN menggunakan analisis SWOT, diidentifikasi beberapa jenis perangkat yang dibutuhkan, disusun hirarki SIEN, ditentukan sistem basis data yang digunakan adalah sistem basis data terpusat dan telah ditentukan pemilihan DBMS menggunakan MySQL. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebuah rancangan dasar Sistem Informasi Energi Nuklir (SIEN) yang nantinya akan mempermudah penerapan SIEN yang akan digunakan sebagai sistem pengelolaan hasil penelitian dan kegiatan PKSEN juga dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi bagi masyarakat.Kata kunci: analisis, perancangan, sistem informasi, energi nuklir. Management of research reports and activities of the Center for Nuclear Energy System Assessment (PKSEN), either in the form of documents and the results of other activities, are important part of the series of activities PKSEN mission achievement. Management of good documents will facilitate the provision of improved inputs or use the maximum results. But over the past few years, there are still some problem in the management of research reports and activities performed by PKSEN. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design flow layout of the Nuclear Energy Information System to facilitate the implementation of the Nuclear Energy Information System. In addition to be used as a research management system and PKSEN activities, it can also be used as a information media for the community. Nuclear Energy Information System package is expected to be "one gate system" for PKSEN information. The research methodology used are: (i) analysis of organizational systems, (ii) the analysis and design of information systems; (iii) the analysis and design of software systems; (iv) the analysis and design of database systems. The results of this study are: had identified and resources throughout the organization PKSEN activation, had analyzed the application of SIEN using SWOT analysis, had identified several types of devices required, had been compiled hierarchy of SIEN, had determined that the database system used is a centralized database system and had elections MySQL as DBMS. The result is a basic design of the Nuclear Energy Information System) which will used as a research and activities management system of PKSEN and also can be used as a medium of information for the community.Keywords: analysis, design, information systems, nuclear energy.

Abstract- Penitentiary institutions are a place to provide guidance to prisoners. In the Class II A Correctional Institution of Pekanbaru City still uses the prisoner data collection system manually, such as recording inmates' data in the ledger, recording data on prisoners who conduct conditional leave or conditional release into the guidance book and visitor data still recorded in the list book visit. The method used in this study is the waterfall method and the data used is data from March to April 2019 obtained from the Class II A Correctional Institution in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study are a Correctional Database System is just an Information System to facilitate officers of Correctional Institutions in recording and recapitulating Prisoners and Visitors data. Keywords: Institutions of Promotion, Information Systems, database system, PHP.  Abstrak- Lembaga pemasyarakatan adalah sebuah tempat untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap narapidan. Pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru masih menggunakan sistem pendataan narapidana secara manual, seperti mencatat data-data narapidana ke dalam buku besar, mencatat data narapidana yang melakukan cuti bersyarat (CB) atau pelepasan bersyarat (PB) ke dalam buku pembinaan dan data pengunjung masih di catat kedalm buku daftar kunjungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dan data yang digunakan adalah data pada bulan Maret-April 2019 yang diperoleh dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah Sistem Database Pemasyarakatan hanyalah sebuah Sistem Informasi untuk memudahkan petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan dalam melakukan pencatatan dan rekapitulasi data-data Narapidana dan Pengunjung.   Majelis Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Pimpinan Daerah Kabupaten Magelang needs information about the development of the school. The necessary data include data on human resources, asset data and data of their students. At the moment the data is obtained manually by looking to the schools. With the development of information technology is now expected to have a school information system that can provide information quickly and accurately. Data on each school if put into one large server or big data can be used to analyze the data. The purpose of this research is to implement the interconnection of distributed database system using the socket API. It is used to provide master data of all schools under Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. To support the analysis of the data interconnection of distributed databases, socket API technology is used. With a system like this then the communications database can be connected so that the school's data will be sent directly through the socket API and the data will automatically be processed by the webservice in the server middleware and will be utilized in the next process.

Zuper futsal field rental is a business entity engaged in the field of rental services that require the existence of an information system. Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

Abstrak Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan jantung bagi sebuah perusahaan. Sistem informasi akuntansi membuat sebuah perusahaan mampu melakukan pengendalian dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sistem penjualan dan piutang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan distributor yang bergerak di bidang penjualan alat-alat elektrikal, mekanikal, dan telekomunikasi. Perusahaan tersebut sedang berkembang pesat dengan jumlah transaksi penjualan yang cukup banyak dan kompleks setiap harinya, namun masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu penulis mengangkat judul prancangan system e-accounting pada PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.  Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan perancangan system menggunakan United modeling language (UML) dan pada penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode deskriptif dimana penggunaan metode dimaksudkan agar kebenaran yang diungkapkan benar-benar berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang kuat adapun hasil dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya system e-accounting ini memperbaiki kelemahan yang ada pada sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan piutang yang sedang berjalan. Serta meningkatkan pengendalian intern perusahaan serta meminimalisir kecurangan dan human error yang dilakukan karyawan. Kata kunci—PHP,Akuntansi, E-Accounting   Abstract  Accounting information systems are the heart of a company. Accounting information systems make a company capable of controlling and making it easier for companies to improve their performance. One part of the accounting information system is the sales and accounts receivable system.This research was conducted at a distributor company engaged in the sale of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications equipment. The company is growing rapidly with a number of sales transactions that are quite numerous and complex every day, but still use the manual system so that it is less effective and efficient. Therefore the author raised the title of the design of e-accounting system at PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.In this study the author uses the system design using the United modeling language (UML) and in this study the author uses descriptive methods where the use of the method is intended so that the truth revealed is really based on strong scientific evidence while the results of this study can be concluded with the existence of system e -accounting fixes weaknesses that exist in the current sales and accounts receivable accounting information system. PT. Medista Utama is a company engaged in the distribution of medical devices. We have implemented an information system in the inventory section that is used to control the movement of products in the company. The system used must be able to manage, convey and maintain information security properly. So it is necessary to carry out an audit that aims to evaluate the information system governance that is running and ensure that the existing procedures support the existing business processes in the company. The audits were conducted following the standards of the COBIT 4.1 Framework for IT governance. This study will focus on the Delivery Service and Support (DSS) domain to analyze several aspects of IT that are currently running in this company, from the level of system security used to the management carried out by the system. In this domain, the research is focused on the DS5, DS10, and DS11 sub-domains. From the research results it is known that DS5 is at the level of 1.3; DS10 and DS11 are at level 2 (Repetitive but Intuitive). The conclusion is the level of capability obtained from the inventory information system of PT. Medista Utama is still below the expected level. And many improvements are needed to maximize the company's performance to achieve the expected Maturity Level value.
