Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak dari experiential marketing terhadap purchase intention pada produk smartphone oppo di Batam. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 responden dengan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif asosiatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan sense, feel, think, act dan relate memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. Dampak variabel tertinggi menghasilkan variabel relate, sedangkan yang terendah adalah variabel think. Dengan menggunakan uji-t, ditemukan bahwa sense dan relate memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada purchase intention sedangkan feel, think dan act tidak berengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Batam Kota, Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Batam Kota, Batam yang berjumlah 70 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Loyalitas Kerja dipengaruhi langsung oleh Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Semangat kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap perubahan yang terjadi pada Loyalitas Kerja Pegawai dipengaruhi oleh Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja. Oleh karena itu, Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Kerja dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam membuat perencanaan strategis untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia.         Kata Kunci: Insentif Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Loyalitas Kerja

As a business entity, pharmaceutical companies have a big part in providing a contribution to the growth of a nation; the number of pharmaceutical retail outlets support the strength of a country health system. Apotek Vitka Farma is one of the pharmacies that are existing and provide support to the particular vision. As a business entity Apotek Vitka Farma has a compound competition space with other retails in similar industries. The expectation of winning over potential niche existing customers is a priority in such intense competition. The significant part of the whole process is to change the behavior of consumers in the end to become loyal customers. This research aims to obtain outcomes on the analysis of brand reputation variable, brand competence, brand preferences and consumer’s trust in the company to the loyalty in the brand of Apotek Vitka Farma.The survey with purposive sampling method was used in this study with a sample number of 120 respondents. Classic assumption tests were used to ensure that the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE) requirements were met before further testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that brand reputation has a significant influence on the brand loyalty of Apotek Vitka Farma brand. Brand competence has a significant influence on the reliability of Apotek Vitka Farma brand. Brand preference has a significant influence on the brand loyalty of Apotek Vitka Farma brand. Consumer’s trust in the company has a significant influence on the brand loyalty Apotek Vitka Farma brand. Trust in company has dominant influence on the brand loyalty of Apotek Vitka Farma.

This study aims to look at the influence of price in determining the advantages of the cross-legged and how much the influence of price on competitive advantage. The sample in this study was 92 respondents. The result of this study is known that price has a significant influence on the competitive advantage of a company. The amount of price influence on competitive advantage is 43.7%.. This price influence has a considerable influence on the competitive advantage of the company. Therefore, companies or businesses need to special attention in determining the selling price of products

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and motivation on performance in Binda Kepri. This research uses path analysis method and hypothesis testing and hypothesis testing using partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results showed (1) Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on the leadership of Binda Kepri (2) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the leadership of Binda Kepri. (3) Organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Binda Kepri (4) Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Binda Kepri. (5) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Binda Kepri's performance (6) Organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on Binda Kepri's performance with leadership as mediation (7) Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on Binda Kepri's performance with leadership as mediation.

This study aims to determine changes in the company's financial performance before and after the case merger in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all banking companies that carried out the merger. The sample used was five banking companies that conducted mergers in 2015 to 2019. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis to test the differences in financial performance ratios with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result have changes in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between before and after the merger

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and competence on employee performance with job satisfaction as a variable that intervenes in the Regional State Intelligence Agency (Binda) Kepri. This study uses quantitative methods and uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with a sample of 74 respondents. This research uses model analysis and hypothesis testing using partial test and simultaneous F test. The results showed (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Binda Kepri employees (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Binda Kepri employees. (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Binda Kepri employees (4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Binda Kepri. (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Binda Kepri (6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Binda Kepri job satisfaction (7) Competence has a significant and significant effect on employee performance through Binda Kepri job satisfaction.
