AbstractIn their everyday practice, geriatricians are confronted with the fact that older age and multimorbidity are associated to frailty. Indeed, if we take the example of a very old person with no diseases that progressively becomes frail with no other explanation, there is a natural temptation to link frailty to aging. On the other hand, when an old person with a medical history of diabetes, arthritis and congestive heart failure becomes frail there appears an obvious relationship between frailty and comorbidity. The unsolved question is: Considering that frailty is multifactorial and in the majority of cases comorbidity and aging are acting synergistically, can we disentangle the main contributor to the origin of frailty: disease or aging? We believe that it is important to be able to differentiate age-related frailty from frailty related to comorbidity. In fact, with the emergence of geroscience, the physiopathology, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment will probably have to be different in the future.

The paper is focused on the glue voids reduction on critical semiconductor quad-flat no-leads (QFN) device processed on a stencil printing type of die attach machine. Process optimization through material preparation improvement was done to mitigate the silver lumps of the sintering glue which is a main contributor on the voids occurrence. Eventually, the glue voids were reduced to less than the allowed 5% limit. For future works, the learnings and configuration could be used on devices with similar requirement.

Considering marketing as main contributor to the contemporary development, it has encouraged us to raise discussion regarding the role of the marketing in business decision-making and economic development as a whole. The concept of marketing is becoming a necessity tool for survival and the development of different business enterprises. The main objective of the study was to find out about the level at which Kosovo enterprises understand and apply marketing and how do they distinguish marketing from advertising. Moreover, the study seeks for Kosovo households' opinion on marketing and advertising, if they distinguish it from advertising, and how the advertising influences the household behavior in buying decision making. A sample size of 150 businesses and 150 household, covering the whole Kosovo regions were interviewed and analyzed. The results of the collected data were processed and analyzed using Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS).Out of 46% of the total surveyed businesses considered that adv is same as marketing .About 64% of surveyed households declared that adv is done for the products of low quality, but 62% of businesses consider adv necessity even for products of best quality. Surveyed households, about 63% declared that their bought has been based on previous purchases, 17% on sellers' statement and 20% on adv basis. The share for promotion by some Kosovo agriculture businesses is from 4% to 20% of the profit, increasing the selling from 3% to 10%.

ABSTRACT In this paper, I show that the concept of relativistic beaming – the process by which light emitted by fast-moving sources is lensed towards the direction of motion – can be easily extended to model the signal from both the star and any secondary companions. Most companions will be cooler and less massive than their host star. Their lower mass leads to faster orbital velocities, and thus a potentially larger beaming effect. The lower temperature will mean that most of their light is emitted at longer wavelengths, where the relative photometric dominance of the primary is reduced. Thus, for some systems, the secondary companion can be the main contributor to observed relativistic beaming signals at long wavelengths. Furthermore, if the system is observed over a range of wavelengths we can independently constrain the temperature of the companion, and the mass and radius ratio of the binary. To conclude, I discuss the current and future observational prospects of this signal, using the properties of known exoplanets to show that such a signal may be observable by upcoming surveys.
