The reasons for impact pressure are obtained by the research the hydraulic system of Hydraulic Rolling-Cut Shear. The impact pressure of hydraulic system is divided into direct impact and indirect impact. Based on analyzing the actual situation the measures should be taken to reduce the impact pressure when design hydraulic system. The suitable length of pipeline can improve the performance of the hydraulic system because the length is important for the impact pressure. The accumulator can absorb impact pressure and improve the work situation of servo valve. Therefore, the suitable accumulators should be set in the hydraulic system. The study provides theory basis for the pipe design of large hydraulic servo system.

А method based on comparing oscilloscope patterns of operational parameters with reference curves is one of the most promising methods of diagnosing hydraulic systems among the existing ones. Its implementation does not allow accurate localization of the faulty unit in the system and quantitative estimation of the magnitude of the fault. To eliminate these shortcomings, it is advisable to use simulation models of hydraulic units, taking into account typical faults of a hydraulic system. Their use makes it possible to evaluate the effect of a particular malfunction on the change of dynamic parameters at the stage of mathematical modeling. As a result of the analysis of statistical information and literary sources, characteristic faults of hydraulic systems are identified. Their causes and the impact on the operation of hydraulic units are examined. Simulation models of units taking into account typical faults are described in the Matlab / Simscape software package. They are implemented using a typical hydraulic system as an example. Dynamic characteristics of a hydraulic system in a healthy condition and those of a system with one of the characteristic faults are compared.

This paper, which is based on West-East Gas Transportation Project, manages to build mathematical models to describe hydraulic characteristics and simulate the operation of the system. It studies the impact of changes in hydraulic system, and analyzes the fluctuations in operational characteristics of pipeline combined with initial conditions and boundary conditions, particularly those delivery points that connect different consumers, and investigates operation characteristics and the interaction between laterals, liaison pipelines and the mainline.

The output characteristics of a planetary (orbital) hydraulic motor could be significantly improved if the kinematic diagrams for its working fluid distribution system are chosen correctly and substantiated. Fluctuations in the flow of the power fluid cause pulsation in the cavity of the input pressure of the hydraulic motor. This results to vibration of the hydraulic system elements. Thus, the hydraulic motor can be considered as a source of pulsation which leads to functional failures of the hydraulic system. As they run at low rotational speeds with high torque, planetary hydraulic motors are commonly applied for a hydraulic drive in active working tools of self-propelled machinery. It has been established that one of the main components of a planetary hydraulic motor, which causes pressure pulsations, is its distribution system. The frequency and amplitude of these pulsations depends on the kinematic diagram for the distribution system of the power fluid. Therefore, we studied how the kinematic diagram for the distribution system effects on the output characteristics of a planetary motor. Since the change in the capacity of a distribution system with various kinematic diagrams influences on the output characteristics of a planetary motor, the impact was investigated. The kinematic diagrams, which improve the output characteristics of planetary hydraulic motors, were justified.

The main purpose of the powered roof support is to protect headings from the impact of the rock mass. The result of such impact is static and dynamic load impacting the support section, which is carried by its construction. The basic elements of the construction of the support are hydraulic legs, whose task is to ensure adequate strength of its setting. Particularly in the case of dynamic impact of the rock mass, these legs are exposed to a very unfavourable load condition. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct tests to determine the parameters of operation for this type of loads. The paper presents the results of tests on the hydraulic leg subjected to impact load with free falling impact mass. The purpose of the research was to determine the parameters of the leg's operation, i.e. the time periods of pressure in the space under the piston and other elements of the hydraulic system. The tests were conducted in compliance with designed methodology and included innovative registration system. The obtained results clearly indicate the correctness of the adopted assumptions. According to the authors, the results should be applied during selection and operation of a powered roof support.

According to the working principle of open hydraulic system in concrete pump, and though the theoretical analysis on the phenomenon of hydraulic impact in direction changing process, it concluded that the impact pressure has a linear relation with the displacement of the main oil pump .To solve the hydraulic impact problem ,a variable displacement method was proposed .Under the requirement of piston not striking the bottom of cylinder and piston stroke control accuracy ,the authors optimized the pumping direction changing process time parameters and the displacement control time parameters . Though the AMESim modeling simulation and experimental study , the variable displacement control method is proved feasible on reducing the hydraulic impact in direction changing process.

Hydraulic excavator slewing system is an important component of the excavator and its core-component is the rotary motor. When the rotary hydraulic system starts, stops, and reciprocating works, dynamic characteristic of rotary motor anti-reverse valve has a great influence for working condition of the whole system. Through researching working principle of hydraulic system anti-reverse valve, establish dynamic mathematical model of anti-reverse valve, analyze dynamic response of the model, and get the theoretical foundation of the impact of anti-reverse valve middle chamber throttle opening on hydraulic system. According to the actual working condition of the excavator slewing hydraulic system, establish the system AMESim simulation model, take different parameters of the anti-reverse valve throttle opening, conduct simulation and analysis of the anti-reverse valve characteristics, and validate throttle opening has a great influence on dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.
