Sistem Informasi Persediaan ini dirancang untuk memaksimalkan proses pengolahan data barang di bagian perlengkapan rumah sakit Prof. Dr. Tabrani Pekanbaru, sistem yang tergolong masih menggunakan cara konvensional kurang memadai untuk mengolah informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang mampu mengolah data dan menyampaikan informasi secara lebih cepat yakni sistem yang berbasis komputer. Dengan membangun sistem persediaan berbasis komputer diharapkan kesalahan – kesalahan didalam pengolahan dan penyampaian informasi pada saat menggunakan sistem konvensional tidak terjadi lagi, seperti didalam pengolahan informasi stok barang dan pengolahan segala transaksi yang terjadi di bagian perlengkapan. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa sistem yang berjalan, merancang sistem, dan mengimplementasikan ke dalam sistem komputer dalam hal ini membangun aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan database SQL Server 2000 sebagai media penyimpanan data. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi persediaan barang menggunakan sistem komputer yakni membuat sebuah aplikasi maka pengolahan data persediaan barang seperti pengolahan data transaksi permintaan barang, transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar dari bagian perlengkapan akan lebih terorganisir dengan baik sehingga akan menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat berupa laporan – laporan yang dibutuhkan komponen sistem yang berhubungan dengan informasi persediaan barang bagian perlengkapan di rumah sakit tersebut.

In order to realize general management of PCBN tool multimedia information, this paper set up multimedia cutting database of PCBN tool on the platform of Visual Basic, mainly applied database interface technology of Visual Basic and database management system of Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Aimed at the characteristic of large video data, handling relative path was brought forward as a method. Practice proved that handling relative path could realize all functions the database needed, and increase system running speed, general management of PCBN tool information under different machining conditions was realized.

As the research design the author uses research design with primary/secondary daya, the author uses qualitative data ande quantitative data, the author uses exploratory ande descriptive research as a research method, for data collection techniques the writer uses field studies consinting of interviews, obsrvation dand literature studies, the author using process, data and output oriented methodologies. The author use the waterfall model as a system design structure. Information system degin use contxt diagrams, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, flow diagram, normalization and Entity Relationshop Diagrams.

Inventory is a current asset that has a major role in the accounting cycle. Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is the business of an individual-owned dispensary that is developing in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The problem faced by Assyfa Farma Pharmacy is that there is no minimum stock of goods because there is no warning that the stock will run out. The number of products that are almost entering the expiration date are on shelves and insecure data storage so that they have a very large risk of data being lost because it is stolen by irresponsible parties. This system will alert the user to the remaining stock of existing goods and the expiration date of the goods. The security of inventory processing data will be guaranteed with a password for users so that anyone cannot access the database. This inventory information system will be built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and multi user network using FEFO method as goods storage method.

Sistem informasi merupakan salah satu atribut yang bermanfaat dalam meringankan proses dokumentasi dalam perawatan sekaligus menciptakan sejumlah tantangan dokumentasi baru. Sistem informasi dalam proses asuhan keperawatan dengan menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0 (VB) and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 yang dihubungkan dengan database. Standar proses dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan NIC, NOC, dan NANDA dengan tahapan, penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kepuasan perawat pada pelatihan sistem informasi dalam proses dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan. Tehnik pengambilan data menggunakan desain penelitian quasy experiment, dengan uji paired sample t test. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat di Ruangan Melati Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Cohen’s d melalui pendekatan purposive sampling maka diperoleh jumlah sample sebanyak 22 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan kepuasan perawat antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan sistem informasi dalam proses dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia dengan nilai (p=0.00), sehingga (p<0.05), dengan kata lain (Ha: μx1≠μx2), maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. System information is one of the attributes that are useful in relieving the documentation process in the treatment of a number of challenges while creating new documentation. The nursing process based information systems is aimed to manage patient records based on the needs of the patients, using design Visual Basic 6.0 (VB) and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database link. The steps in the nursing process, such as: assessment, diagnosis formulation, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing, then in doing the nursing process standards covering all aspects of nursing is done through a system of classification as NIC, NOC, and NANDA. The purpose of this study was to identify the statisfaction of information systems in the process of documentation of nursing care in Imelda Hospital. The study design was quash experiment, the population was nurses in Jasmine Room of Imelda Hospital. The samples were 22 respondents, taken by using Cohen's d formula, with a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by paired sample t test. The test results showed that there were differences in effectiveness between before and after the application of information systems in the process of documentation of nursing care in a private hospitals in Medan with p-value = 0.00 (p <0.05) and Ha: μx1 ≠ μx2 which indicated that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.

To the problems, then writer take the title: "Perancangan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) Pada Kantor Kecamatan Cileunyi Bandung Dengan Menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Dan Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Berbasis Client Server". The research used is basic research, the data used is qualitative data and quantitative data, the type of research design used is research design with primary data and secondary data, method of research used is exploratory research and descriptive, data collection techniques used is research field that consists of an interview and observation and research library.

Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

In order to improve the efficiency of the traditional building materials information management, a construction materials quality detection management system is designed and developed. It includes three subsystems, they are quality testing system, information management system and process monitoring and control system. In the system, SQL Server 2000 is used as background database, Visual C++ 6.0 is used as the development platform, ADO is used as the connection between Visual C++ and SQL Server 2000. By using this system, the original paper records are stored in the database, the testing process is standardizes. The modernization of building materials information management is improved. This system has been successfully used in certain Building Materials Quality Supervision Station, which proved that the development process is suitable for Building Materials Supervision Station to quickly establish construction materials quality detection management system.
