This study aims to determine the effect of Online Consumer Review on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable at Shopee into STEKOM University’s students. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers who have shopped at Shopee which consists of 23 questions. Samples of 130 respondents taken by random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that Online Consumer Reviews ( Online Reviews on Website, Consistency of Online Reviews and Website Popularity) have a positive effect on brand awarensess at Shopee. Online Consumer Reviews (Online Reviews on Website, Online Consistency of Reviews and Popularity of Website) variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.  Meanwhile, the Brand Awareness variable is not able to mediate Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Intentions at the Shopee shopping platform.

Leadership style is one of the factors of employee performance so that a good leadership style will be able to direct and give instructions to the work faced by employees. A good leadership style will also lead to job satisfaction for them, so they will work with feelings of pleasure and joy. Simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a value of Fcount > from Ftable. The result of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.165, meaning that the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Transformational Leadership variable and the Meaning in Work variable by 16.5% while the remaining 83.5% is influenced by other variables.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat abnormal return saham sebelum dan sesudah adanya peristiwa pengumuman PSBB DKI Jakarta. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari 30 saham yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index pada periode 2020. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, pembukaan dan penutupan harga, dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah studi peristiwa dengan periode observasi delapan hari, empat hari sebelum pengumuman dan empat hari sesudah pengumuman PSBB DKI Jakarta. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Wilcoxon signed rank test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan tidak ditemukan perubahan abnormal return sebelum dan sesudah peristiwa pengumuman PSBB DKI Jakarta

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektifitas sisitem informasi akuntansi pada PT. SHIBA AZAKI. Adapun permasalahan di dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah sistem informasi penjualan ini berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian piutang pada PT. SHIBA AZAKI. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif , sedangkan jenis penelitian asosiatif menggunakan angket sebagi instrument yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. SHIBA AZAKI dengan menggunakan 36 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan sistem imformasi akuntansi penjualan terhadap efektifitas pengendalian piutang di PT. SHIBA AZAKI.

Social media is a new phenomenon that has changed the way the business environment operates. Through social media, businesses gain access to resources that are otherwise unavailable to the business owner. This research is a causality research, which aims to analyze the causal relationship and influence of two or more phenomena, through hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study are SMEs who open e-commerce businesses on social media. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 154 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the Marketing operation advantages variable has no significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Cost-effectiveness variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Customer Communication Channel variable has a significant effect on Cost-effectiveness, the Customer Communication Channel variable has a significant effect on Increased customer satisfaction, Customer The Communication Channel has a significant effect on Marketing operation advantages, the Customer relationship performance variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Increased customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance and the Social media marketing implementation capabilities variable has a significant effect on Customer relationship performance.

The increasing use of the Internet by a society marked by soaring costumer and businessmen, to encourage the emergence of an internet service demand in excess of what can be obtained in the real world. This includes the opportunity to sell goods online commodity. Business people in general are still conducting business transactions manually through direct face to face or over the phone. But sometimes this method is not very effective, because not everyone knows the phone number of the company. Should be developed based E-commerce system that focuses on individual-based business transactions using the Internet (technology-based digital networks) with application of E-commerce transactions can be done more quickly and more intensively. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. Along with the development of technology, computerized systems are needed in the business world. MA Nurul Ulum as an educational institution, especially in the implementation of payment administration activities, still uses a manual or conventional system, so there are still many shortcomings and obstacles that result in a job not being able to run properly. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service to students or parents in making tuition payments. Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Perilaku keputusan investasi mulai menarik perhatian akademisi internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh behavioral finance dengan menerapkan variabel overconfidence, representativeness, mental accounting, loss aversion dan herding terhadap keputusan investasi. Jumlah sampel yang dikumpulkan dan digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 203 responden di Kota Batam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa overconfidence, mental accounting, dan herding berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, sedangkan variabel representativeness dan loss aversion tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi.

Pengangguran terjadi karena terbatasnya jumlah lapangan kerja yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pencari kerja. Salah satu penyebab kurangnya penyerapan tenaga kerja bagi yang sudah lulus kuliah, karena tujuan setelah lulus  mencari kerja, bukan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Perguruan Tinggi mempunyai peranan penting dalam menumbuhkan minat kewirausahaan. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat wirausaha masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa, perguruan tinggi memberikan mata kuliah pendidikan kewirausahaan.  Motivasi merupakan dorongan individu untuk berbuat sesuatu sesuai dengan tujuannya. Motivasi dapat mempengaruhi  minat seseorang dalam berwieausaha. Motivasi berwirausaha dapat mendorong mahasiswa untuk berperilaku aktif dalam berwirausaha. Lingkungan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat wirausaha. Lingkungan keluarga merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha Minat berwirausaha dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik pada mahasiswa yang tumbuh di lingkungan wirausahawan. Tujuan penelitian, untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirusaha dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiwa Akademi Kesejahteraan Sosial Ibu Kartini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif diolah dengan metode statistic SPSS versi 20, menggunakan analisa data regresi linier berganda. Populasi diambil dari mahasiswa AKS Ibu Kartini yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Mahasiswa semester IV sebanyak 75 mahasiswa, semester VI sebanyak 82 mahasiswa dan diambil menggunakan Random Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 61 orang. Hasil penelitian: pendidikan kewiraushaan, motivasi berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah lingkungan keluarga yaitu dengan nilai beta 0,401. Motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh sebesar 0,351, sedangkan pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh sebesar 0,142
