In the classical Japanese language there were six tense-aspectual verbal auxiliaries: Ki and Keri (past tense verbal auxiliaries) and Tsu, Nu, Tari and Ri (perfective aspect verbal auxiliaries). In the classical Japanese language evolution process to the modem language, these two distinct groups of verbal auxiliaries were reduced to only one verbal auxiliary Ta, originated from the classical languages perfective verbal auxiliary Tari. This study aims to study the Tari’s evolution since the classical language until the modem, demonstraining the variation of points of view during this evolution.

In this study, changes in blood oxygenation and volume were monitored while monolingual right-handed subjects read English sentences. Our results confirm the role of the left peri-sylvian cortex in language processing. Interestingly, individual subject analyses reveal a pattern of activation characterized by several small, limited patches rather than a few large, anatomically well-circumscribed centers. Between-subject analyses confirm a lateralized pattern of activation and reveal active classical language areas including Broca's area, Wernicke's area, and the angular gyms. In addition they point to areas only more recently considered as language-relevant including the anterior portion of the superior temporal sulcus. This area has not been reliably observed in imaging studies of isolated word processing. This raises the hypothesis that activation in this area is dependent on processes specific to sentence reading.

The rise of the French national politics was taking place simultaneously with the rise of the French power and territories in Europe. The first evidence of the emergence of the French language distinguished from Latin is the text of the ‘’French’’ version of the 842-nd Strasbourg Oath. France is an example of how ideas and myths about a language become ideologies and how it forms a part of a language policy, along with language planning and language practices.The French language was being established over a long period of time. From the 17th century onwards, increasing attention was paid to this issue. It is especially interesting to establish a high level of French spelling, the expression of good spelling in the French language has become an object of social values. On October 19 and 20, 1794, the Public Instruction Committee introduced a new project to teach French to all. French became the language of writing before it set foot in education.The 17-th and 18-th centuries became a period of legalization of the French language. The greatest philosophers and writers of this time legalized the French language in poetry and fiction. At the same time, it became the language of scientific writing. French gained the status of the most brilliant language in Europe over the last two centuries through the French Academy and the French Revolution. It was a new ‘’classical“ language.

This article deals with the problems of the formation and functioning of modern terminology in the countries of the Arab East. It is important to trace the factors that influenced the process of forming its lexical composition. Following the national liberation movement of the Arab countries, starting from the second half of the 20th century has repeatedly raised the issue of the ofcial status of the Arabic language at the regional and global levels. The nationalization of education was a fundamental principle of the language of the Arab countries’ policies. It was about switching the entire national education system to Arabic, and the introduction of classical language as everyday communication.The transformation of the political situation in the Arab region was accompanied by the systematic repression of the colonial language, lexical enrichment of the composition of the modern literary language, the development of a national terminology. The rapid growth of science and technology has led to the emergence in the Arabic of many new concepts and intensive borrowing of foreign language terms. The task was to provide the new content in education that meets the needs of the world’s scientifc and technological progress. In the process of adaptation, foreign-language terms are adapted to the conditions of functioning of the Arabic language. The sociolinguistics approach to the study of Arabic terminology has allowed us to identify the main trends of its development.
