The article examines the development trends of modern networks of political communication, the growing influence of social networks on the Internet on the civic engagement of citizens. At thesame time, the role of various blogs in expanding citizen participation in public administration is scientifically analyzed.The analysis ofsocial networks, blogs and various media resources used on the Internet as a platform and tool for civic initiatives and activity in society is carried out. The article highlights the actual psychological and pedagogical problem of manifestation of a tendency to lie in children of primary school age. Based on the study of scientific literature on this topic and the results of an experimental study conducted in the second grades of primary school, the reasons for this communicative phenomenon and its relationship with the level of self-esteem of the child are analyzed. The formation of an adequate self-esteem in a younger student is seen as a means of eliminating his manifestations of deceit. The conditions, methods and techniques of pedagogical activity aimed at the formation of an adequate self-esteem of a younger student, and the role of a teacher in this process are revealed.

The article gives the authors interpretation of legal intellection as a special kind of professional thinking. It is underlined that legal intellection is directly connected with lawmaking, since the law is a result of both of these processes. The main directions of its influence on the elements of the lawmaking mechanism are considered. The author interprets lawmaking mechanism as a set of interrelated and interdependent technical and legal elements that support law creation. These elements include the law-makers; law-making methods and techniques; the rules of claw; forms (sources) of law. It is noted that the lawyers belonging to a particular type of legal understanding determines the understanding of lawmaking process. The author analyzes the influence of legal thinking style, determined by legal traditions of various legal families, on application of various forms of law as a result of lawmaking. The examples from Russian and American legal reality are given. The problem of legal intellection level of lawmakers is discussed, because of its influence on the quality of sources of law. It is concluded that legal intellection as a special kind of professional thinking permeates all types of legal activities and, first of all, directly affects the specifics of the lawmaking mechanism, determining the content of its main elements: the law-makers are the holders of legal intellection; methods, techniques of law-making are determined by the stylistic features of legal thinking; the quality of the forms of law created in the lawmaking process directly depends on the legal thinking level of their creators.

<p>At the end of the last century, transmission of viral diseases such as AIDS and HIV through blood transfusions to patients with ‘‘Hemophiliacs’’, to kick up a row the discussion about civil liability arising from contaminated blood transfusion in the case called ‘‘Hemophiliacs’’ end trying to get it drew Hemophiliacs material and moral damage prompted the judiciary . Among the many factors blood transfusion process are involved the responsibility of each of them is subject to certain regulation.</p><p>For example blood centers, hospitals, doctors, nurse who transfuse the infected blood and resulting that injured party forced to use the infected blood and at the end state because of providing and distribution of blood as a public service. Blood center has a safety commitment and mast distribute a blood to be free of and implication. So they are responsible. Just with transfusion unless they reveal other factors and causes in fact in this case, the most important issue is the way of compensation of injured parties. So not only material remedies resulting transfusion of infected blood is indemnify. But in this point view that no damages should not be remain compensation. In addition moral damages and ……..</p>So because of importance of the subject and importance of the compensation of injured parties, it’s essential to base on…. Theory, implication absolute liability and objective liability for state with assuming the direct role of the state in the management of medical procedures in public hospitals. And the possibility of the direct role of the state in their affliction and regarding the role of the state in public health.

Medical tourism is the pursuit of more affordable surgeries; however, this comes at the risk of suboptimal standards and potential for life-threatening complications. In this case, we describe the diagnostic challenge of cytomegalovirus (CMV) pneumonia in a 40-year-old woman who experienced wound dehiscence and subsequent blood transfusion-transmitted CMV as complications of liposuction in the Dominican Republic. We explore the role of histopathology in the diagnosis of disseminated CMV, discuss the underlying aetiology of CMV pneumonia in this patient and weigh the risks and benefits of initiating antiviral therapy in an immunocompetent patient with CMV disease.
