The present investigation demonstrates the strong interaction of cavitating nozzle flow with the outside jet formation. Due to the strong sensitivity of cavitation on the imposed boundary conditions, simulations with restriction on the internal problem are qualitatively and quantitatively incorrect, so that phenomena like hydraulic flip and supercavitation cannot be revealed. Our results indicate the potential of cavitation for enhancement of atomization and spray quality.

The article deals with the problem of illegal immigration to Spain mainly from subSaharan Africa. It provides an overall perspective of the phenomenon in terms of its origin, development, stimulating factors. «Black» immigration is seen as an internal problem of the state and the phenomenon of international scope. Representatives of different political forces and social movements consider the problem in ambiguous way and there are different ways to solve it, but the question remains open.

Objectives. The main goal of the article is to present the developed method for the experimental determination of convective heat transfer coefficients, suitable for studying the internal convection of models of complex configuration. Method. The study of free convection under the conditions of an internal problem was carried out by determining the conditional thickness of the boundary layer by a graphic method. The first was the selection of the calculated sections and planes for the experimental installation. The selection is carried out in such a way that the calculated planes are perpendicular to the heated walls of the channel in question. Installation of an experimental model is possible only in a room with low internal air mobility, as well as a stable temperature. In this room there should not be heating and heating devices that can create strong convective currents near the channel of the experimental installation. Result. The article presents the results of an experimental study to determine the temperature distribution of the air flow and average convective heat transfer coefficients over the height of the ventilation channel. A decrease in convective heat transfer coefficients at an altitude of 0.5 to 1 meter occurs less noticeably than at an altitude of 1 to 2 meters, which is associated with the restoration of flow after a vent removal. At the stabilization section, there is first a gradual decrease, and then an increase in axial velocity, which is caused by the merging of multidirectional air flows in this area. Conclusion. It was revealed that in the case of modeling free convection under the conditions of an internal problem in the presence of heat-removing boundaries  within the limits of the calculated temperature difference, taking into account the flow turbulization has practically no effect on the final results.

The formation of legislation is a condition in the framework of national law development which can only be realized if supported by good methods, which are binding on all institutions authorized to make regulations. Indonesia is a state of law that should implement good national legal development, which is carried out in a planned, integrated and sustainable manner in the national legal system. Law No. 12 of 2011 states that research is an important element in the formation of the legislation process. Because it is impossible if a draft legislation is formed before the existence of a legal investigation. This research discussed about the role of legal research in the formation of legislation, as well as what are the benefits of legal research itself. The conclusion is the formation of laws and regulations cannot occur if there is no legal research, because legal research is an internal problem solver in the process of establishing legislation. This legal research itself plays an active role in obtaining valid, correct, rational, and logical data. In addition, legal research is also useful for obtaining raw materials from all aspects, both juridical, socio-psychological, and philosophical that are accurate and complete.

This project proposes a solution to an internal problem of an organization when managing its vehicles. A web system will be developed for the control and management of information, procedures and functions of the company’s vehicles in an efficient way and thus have a better development optimizing times. The objective is to facilitate the management of information, improving the control of activities, internal functions and support, in order to speed up processes through the use of the computer system. The methodology to be used is Scrum, since it provides optimal options, such as Sprint, work boards at a certain time for the development and proper functioning of the system, as well as constant revision, avoiding errors and improving development times. The Scrum methodology provides an agile process to develop software; it was first applied by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, who documented it in detail in the book Agile Software Development with Scrum. 1. To analyze and investigate the different development tools. 2. To select the tools that generate the greatest advantages for the project. 3. To make a work plan for the implementation of the System. 4. To perform tests and carry out adjustments for the final implementation.

In the article the author Ivan Matkovsky analizes the publicistic work of Jozef Lobodowski who was the dedicated supporter of the Polish-Ukrainian Association. He tries to show Lobodowski’s reception of the Ukrainian nationalist movement in the 30th and the attempts of Ukrainians in this regard. Against the background of the internal problem of the Polish state, called the “Ukrainian question”, the author watches the opinions of the conscious patriotic Polish intellectuals who under the slogan of “historical objectivity” made attempts to prevent the tragedy in the relations between two neighboring states. Using post-war publications the author makes an attempt to show the evolution of the national liberation struggle evaluation which can be used by scientists for studying the Polish-Ukrainian relations these days. The author shows the evolution of Jozef Lobodowski who was shocked the horrors of the 1932-1933 Holodomor (Great Famine). The publicist breaks with his Communist past and Russophile sentiments. Lobodowski tries to present in interwar Poland the tragedy of the Ukrainian intellectuals who came under the Soviet government occupation. There are several key directions Lobodowski was working on: the popularization of contemporary Ukrainian culture, the finding of an unknown Ukrainian historical and an analysis of the Ukrainian political environment. Therefore, we observe the efforts of Jozef Lobodowski to estimate the reasons of the conflict with the Ukrainian nationalists representatives. He offers his own vision for future of the Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe. It is important the author’s attempt to show the development of Jozef Lobodowski’s activities in the period of his emigration. Those days both Ukrainians and Polish emigrants were trying to analyze the common Polish-Ukrainian past in Galicia and Volyn and create new platforms for dialogue. And one of those platforms are the creations and views of Jozef Lobodowski
