Reference evapotranspiration (ETo), is the most important parameter to estimate water consumption. Nowadays the FAO-56 Penman-Monteith method is the most used in the world to estimate Eto, and recommended as the standard method. The main limitation to use this method is the availability of the requiere weather data. There are step by step calculations to estimate ETo when there is a lack of climate data; with the purpose to estimate the crop water consumption in arid regions, it was evaluated the presicion and aplicability of three equations to estimate this parameter when there is limited climate data. Estimates of Eto were performed for five sites, New Mexico State University main campus and its research centers Leyendecker, Artesia and Fabian Garcia, in new Mexico, USA; as well as the Agriculture and Range Science School of the Juarez University of Durango State in Mexico. The estimates of ETo were done with all required wheater data and with lack of solar radiation and relative humidity data. The presicion of the equations was evaluated by using the relative error and the index of agreement, consiedring as reference the FAO-56 with full weather data.

The objective of this research is to design a questionnaire that allows measuring business growth in micro and small companies. The instrument was applied to 65 small and medium-sized companies through the analysis of the information collected, the main characteristics of the companies under study were determined and the growth factors that can be measured and evaluated and that are linked to the Business Growth. For this research the variables considered are the financial factor; measured by income, costs, profitability and investment, the technological factor; measured by adopting technology and updating systems, the competition factor; relationship with the environment, growth planning and competition in the market, the human resource factor measured by the specialization of human resources and growth of key employees, finally business growth, was measured through the number of employees, total assets and sales . The questionnaire was measured using a Likert-type scale with 5 response options. The hypothesis that this research is intended to test is that financial, technological, competition and human resource factors influence business growth. The research results show that the instrument is reliable according to the results of the pilot test, the constructs are statistically significant and therefore it is valid to test the hypothesis.

Electronic invoicing in Mexico is considered under a tax verification scheme, derived by all sales and purchases made, either in a regular period or irregular period, by an economic authority, considering the egresses and also the income. In turn they can be used by buyers and also by sellers, offering the market a good or a service, expressing as a receipt to the authorities, whether federal, state or municipal, also used in internal and external audits. The electronic invoice is a document that verifies the making of a business transaction of a natural person or moral person to a natural or moral person depending on the assumption, and can be digitally or in printed form. This project is carried out in order to have a document that validates the inputs and outputs of goods, for this it is necessary to develop an Accounting-Administrative process, which processes the information and serves for the business management of the entity Granjero Feliz S de R.L de C.V., this process has an alternative that adapts to the rotation of said company which is the Marketing and transformation of pork cuts. The project is developed with the company information, which it has provided, for an accounting period. In this way, the referrals will be properly controlled. It is also important to mention that it can be easy for the authorities to give indications, under the grounds of laws where it obliges users, to use, develop or apply. Those provisions must also be analysed the situation raised which is addressed to the first sector, in this case it is applied to the primary sector, specifically to the primary sector, farmers. The purpose of this research is both to guide and structure the information of a farmer who, for different reasons, is unaware of federal and government provisions to be able to invoice. For the farmer it is very difficult, to understand and understand the tax provisions that challenge him, from the process of developing for obtaining the electronic signature, to the elaboration, issuance and cancellation of the invoice. This research aims to guide and support primary sector individuals, seeing it as an area of opportunity for their better understanding. Also to support you so that you know the administrative facilities from which you have benefit. Considering some of the objectives of this investigation, it is to manage the reality of the farmer's accounting, in accordance with tax procedures and provisions, giving a general diagnosis to the farmer, to contribute to decision-making in the electronic invoicing process. Considering the degree of knowledge of a farmer, he departed from there to provide support and to be able to apply a billing process, and knew the degree involved in this process, considering the obligations to which he is exposed, as part of this regime, of course that many farmers, do not know that they are obliged to invoice for sales made by the sale is a seed considering also in the mistake for the sale of livestock. In particular, the farmer's theme will be touched, through the billing process, thus giving a specific interpretation and analysis to each of the subject. The farmer's location is in a municipality belonging to Valle de Santiago, Gto. Mexico.

The present investigation shows the results of a study focused on the technological potential of the MiPyMes of food service in the municipality of Matamoros. The research is carried out with a quantitative approach, through a transversal design- Descriptive. A questionnaire prepared by the Latin American Administration and Business Network (Aguilar Rascón, Oscar, Posada Velázquez, Rafael, and Peña Ahumada, Nuria Beatriz: 2018) was used as an instrument, applied to 60 business owners of food services. According to the results, a use of the technologies is concluded more in personal than in commercial purposes. Currently, companies are forced to choose to seek and optimize their processes to be more efficient in the production of their products or services, as well as managing finances and improving customer relations. In order to be able to improve both the operation and reduce costs, innovation or support with technology is necessary. Of the systemic analysis in inputs (Human Resources) more weakness, in Processes in the handling of cash and not to get indebted with the institutions are the vulnerable points. In results there is little importance of the environment and CSR.

Objective: To determine materials shortage to manufacture web servers, establishing impact level of low supply material into delivery time promised to customers. Methodology, data analyses showed: greatest shortage, suppliers they belong to, how many orders that fail delivery time to customer are due to lack of materials for its manufacture; also how long it takes for each material to arrive, material cost, server’s quantity impacted, profit impact of each server, old orders timing, reasons for each material missed. When analyzing by commercialized server type: customer delivery goals, materials required to manufacture; we found that most orders that do not accomplish delivery time to customers are affected by high value materials shortage; being solid-state drivers (SSD) the greatest shortage. From January 2016 to 2018, material shortage went from 1275 units per month to 2985. The main reason for current shortage is worldwide shortage, as well as disconnection between sales and operations systems. Contribution, communication between operations and sales system was automated; sales department has access to material availability to manufacture products offered to customer, enabling them to communicate accurate delivery times to customer, also to give alternative product to shorter delivery times in material required to manufacture products offered.

For natural persons with business and professional activity, information technologies are a basic and important activity in order to simplify the fulfilment of their tax obligations before SAT. For this reason, this paper focuses on whether the taxpayers are aware of the need to apply these techniques in support of the fulfillment of these obligations. For this project, we used a type of mixed research that combines theoretical content and an applied part, in which the opinions of 20 contributors to are analyzed. In view of taxpayers' lack of knowledge regarding these issues, we seek to offer an informed proposal that allows for better use and application of the management of electronic accounting as an essential contribution to taxpayers from the city of Monclova, Coah. The main objective of the vehicle, preventive and corrective maintenance company is to create a database with the CRM Mastransporte software, this program helps to feed the database and the implementation of all the tools that offer information on the percentage of useful life of the parts of a vehicle. The process of feeding this database ranges from the proper introduction of customer data, to the entry into the system of the useful levels of each element of the vehicle. The system sends promotional and informative mails indicating and suggesting to the consumer what would be the next purchase of the piece with a lower level of percentage of useful life. Real power is now in the hands of the customers. This is the reason why it is imperative to have ample and updated information about each client through the implementation of a continuous practice of interpersonal relations, accompanied by their biggest ally: the CRM.

This educational research is carried out to know and rate the level of technostress that the students of bachelor degree may have in order to analyze the presence of this factor of psychosocial risk and its relation to the degree of dropping out and failing that is currently presented. This is accomplished with the objective of the TecNM, of being an institution for the integral formation of competent professionals, and for the implementation of the necessary learning strategies for its achievement. A questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha: 0.913) was designed and administrated to students of 2 different programs, one of them with the obligatory use of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), who during their training use ICT in almost all their subjects. The other was the control group composed of students who use ICT not that often. The applied survey tries to find out positive and negative aspects related to the use of technologies such as attitude, efficiency and anxiety. The initial results show little differences between the two programs, high level of addiction and anxiety which could be a matter to be considered within options to improve or design alternatives to avoid its development, so that it doesn’t influence the raising of indicated rates.

This project proposes a solution to an internal problem of an organization when managing its vehicles. A web system will be developed for the control and management of information, procedures and functions of the company’s vehicles in an efficient way and thus have a better development optimizing times. The objective is to facilitate the management of information, improving the control of activities, internal functions and support, in order to speed up processes through the use of the computer system. The methodology to be used is Scrum, since it provides optimal options, such as Sprint, work boards at a certain time for the development and proper functioning of the system, as well as constant revision, avoiding errors and improving development times. The Scrum methodology provides an agile process to develop software; it was first applied by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, who documented it in detail in the book Agile Software Development with Scrum. 1. To analyze and investigate the different development tools. 2. To select the tools that generate the greatest advantages for the project. 3. To make a work plan for the implementation of the System. 4. To perform tests and carry out adjustments for the final implementation.

This paper presents the development of an application for the management of patients of a psychological clinic through an online database. Nowadays, the use of technology is expanding more and more, integrating itself in different aspects of society, both in everyday life and in the workplace and industry. Businesses that do not apply new technologies or update themselves run the risk of falling behind competitors or exit the market completely. To implement these technologies, such as software, desktop applications, mobile or internet integration, it is not always necessary to invest many resources or hire new personnel to maintain new equipment. With the simple installation of a computer equipment or implementation of a specialized software, business profits can be maximized or ease the workload. The methodology to be used is: 1. Creation of a desktop application based on Java. 2. Integration of the application with online database. This project seeks to update the way the PSM Psychological Clinic stores and organizes the data of its patients.
