In the article, the features of using the barycentric method in solving problems of electrodynamic analysis of mirror antennas are considered. The solution of the internal problem of electrodynamics is the basis of the study. The problem of electrodynamic analysis of a mirror antenna is formulated in the classical representation of the problem of diffraction of an electromagnetic wave on a system of infinitely thin perfectly conducting screens of arbitrary shape and reduced to a system of integro-differential equations. The solution of the latter is performed numerically in the projection formulation of the Galerkin method when determining the approximation of the desired surface current density function in the system of global basis functions formed in the approximation of the barycentric method for the analyzed screen. The integral representation of the electromagnetic field of the mirror antenna, taking into account the properties of the introduced basic functions, is given. Thefeatures of the algorithmic implementation of the developed solutions are clarified. The efficiency and comparative preference of the use of the barycentric method in the problems of electrodynamic analysis of mirror antennas are tested on test examples.

The relevance of the research is due to the necessity of external and internal problem solving in the context of dynamic changes of external business environment by a successful industrial enterprise. The first type of tasks is the need to sustainability of enterprise development. The author has suggested endogenous approach which is linking the development of enterprise with finding new solutions at each stages of the life cycle. The second task of enterprise is due to contribute to the sustainable development of society, and the approach to solve this problem is designated as exogenous. The exogenous approach aims at the agreement of enterprise owners and people, ensuring balanced and continuous socio-economic development of enterprises. This type of development is in conformity with law of evolution of societies and Nature Conservation Act. The author has identified the differences between of previously mentioned approaches on the criteria: emphasis; aims; principles; functions; core of development; innovations; adaptation; restrictive parameters; final purpose. These approaches should be used consistently in the development of complex indicators of management decisions within author’s hypothesis. The author has presented own evaluation method for each approach. The methodology of enterprise’s assessment of targeted sustainable development is the core of endogenous approach. This methodology includes the technology and development of tools for identifying the convergence of growth rate of industrial, environmental, social, innovative management subsystems. The basis of exogenous approach is the author’s methodology to determine enterprise impact on social, environmental, economic spheres of activity in society and its assessment over time. The author’s suggestion will be a basis of mechanism for identification of functional consistency of industrial enterprise management systems in further research.

The article examines the perception of Turkey by Instagram users in the news resources of Kazakhstan. The use of machine learning methods allows to study a large volume of data to solve the problem. The connection between the formation of the image in the mass media and the perception of international relations among citizens is noted. The role of Instagram in covering political news among Kaznet users is revealed. The analysis of comments was performed with the help of information processing tools. The author states that there is no unified strategy for shaping the image of Turkey among users: Turkey as a discursive image is formed both from the point of view of abstract concepts (economics, health care, politics) and a specific personality, represented by R. Erdogan. Attention is paid to the connotations associated with the ideas of Pan-Turkism and the image of Turkey. It is concluded that users pay more attention to internal problem, comparing information provided by the news with situation in Kazakhstan.

Summary Anorexia nervosa, which is one of the forms of eating disorders, can be considered as a manifestation of a long and very complex process of self-destruction. Although its genesis is usually associated with puberty problems, it is rarely a rapid phenomenon. It should be treated rather as a kind of epilogue of one’s personal history. Malnutrition and weight control appearing in its context are in fact a manifestation of an attempt to cope with the hardships experienced by individual. Therefore, the anorexia nervosa is not just a problem of weight or eating habits, but it’s a way of manifesting the internal problem of the individual. Its form, defined by the otherwise valid canons of beauty or success, and consolidated by behaviours learned during the use of slimming diets, is revealed, however, in connection with specific personality traits. That is why the importance of people with this disorder, to a large extent, of tendencies to self-destructive behaviour, leading more or less consciously to self-destruction and in extreme cases to death, is emphasized. The article deals with the problem of anorexia nervosa as a manifestation of self-destructive tendencies and the issue of factors and mechanisms conditioning the occurrence of self-destructive behaviour from the perspective of selected psychodynamic concepts, indicating the importance of the issue for the care and educational processes.

A number of work burn-out strategies are being churned out by scholars. However, the most effective either by reason of culture diversity or non-clarity of thought, has not been reached. Although, the most rewarding strategy offered has been that of external prevention. The paper then argues that the most underlying cause of work place burn out is the intrinsic and as such, should earn more of the attention of the organizations. In other words, internal problem of the employee is the major cause for his burn out. The paper then surveyed 50 workers from 10 firms in Obio/Akpor Local Government area of Rivers State. Concern was to find out between external and intrinsic problems the most effective strategy in dealing with workers' burn out. Based on intrinsic arid self-determination theory, conclusion reached was that, out of the firms surveyed, eight employed the intrinsic approach wherein they first of all train their workers on how to handle and manage themselves internally, and not to personally depend on physical rewards as a means to handle burn out. The paper would then employed Likert's method in the analysis of result seeing that it was on the attitudinal response of workers on their everyday burn out.

Abstract Issue Incident reporting (IR) is an important tool to assess potential or current problems within health care facilities. To increase the number of IR should be an important issue of the risk manager. In the academic hospital Santa Maria della Misericordia (SMM) of Udine, in North-east of Italy, IR were anonymous paper forms handwritten by health-care workers (HCW) and sent to Clinical Risk Management by internal mail. Digitalization was carried out aiming to increase IR, making it simpler, more direct and perceived as more anonymous by HCW. Description of the problem January 1st 2019 the digitized system was initialized, between January and March two training sessions for HCW were carried out and from the 1st April HCW began to send IR with the new application which was installed on every hospital's PC. The objectives were to push HCW to report more, mostly on their own wards' incidents, and to receive complete IR through the insertion of some mandatory information fields. Results Comparison between the period from 1st April to 31th December 2018 and from 1st April to 31th December 2019 showed an increase of 22,6% of IR (from 678 to 831), an increase of 11,2% (from 331 to 368) of IR regarding problems with other wards or services and an increase of 33,4% (from 347 to 463) of IR regarding their own wards' incidents. Lessons Digitalization seems to be appreciated by HCW despite they are forced to give more information due to the mandatory fields. This could be explained considering that a direct incident reporting system ensures privacy of the HCW which feels more warded also when he reports an internal problem of his own ward. Finally, mandatory fields facilitate risk management work giving all the relevant information about the incident. Key messages Digital reporting seems appreciated by HCW and could be a mean to increase the number of incident reporting. To guarantee the anonimity of incident reporting should be a priority and every way to make the HCW feel anonymous seems to be appreciated.

This chapter develops a traditional riddle concerning the relationship between the “Heavenly Torah” and the “Earthly Torah.” First it is established that the Jewish tradition is heavily committed to the existence of a Heavenly Torah, and that contemporary philosophy of literature provides us with no reason to demur. How are the Heavenly and Earthly Torah related? This chapter sketches all the possibilities, and shows how each answer comes at a cost. This is the internal problem with the revelation.

The formation of legislation is a condition in the framework of national law development which can only be realized if supported by good methods, which are binding on all institutions authorized to make regulations. Indonesia is a state of law that should implement good national legal development, which is carried out in a planned, integrated and sustainable manner in the national legal system. Law No. 12 of 2011 states that research is an important element in the formation of the legislation process. Because it is impossible if a draft legislation is formed before the existence of a legal investigation. This research discussed about the role of legal research in the formation of legislation, as well as what are the benefits of legal research itself. The conclusion is the formation of laws and regulations cannot occur if there is no legal research, because legal research is an internal problem solver in the process of establishing legislation. This legal research itself plays an active role in obtaining valid, correct, rational, and logical data. In addition, legal research is also useful for obtaining raw materials from all aspects, both juridical, socio-psychological, and philosophical that are accurate and complete.

Abstract International investment treaties are structurally characterized by inherent asymmetry in the (non-relative) legal protections extended to foreign investors vis-à-vis domestic companies and nationals. For many lawyers, ‘foreign privilege’ is deeply problematic as it violates a foundational legal principle – namely, equality before the law. Yet law and law alone cannot always offer a definitive answer of this sort. At the very least, legal hypotheses should be rigorously tested against insights from other disciplines that can offer sharp analytical light on the complex contours of a given phenomenon. In this reply, I explore the political economy of host state policy as it is formed against three categories of foreign direct investment (FDI). Conceptually (and empirically), this political economy matrix reveals sharply varying levels of risk of hostile state action against distinct forms of FDI. To be sure, this analysis alone does not justify the traditional and expansive model of bilateral investment treaty protections. Yet, at least for some categories, this political economy case reveals an internal problem that is difficult (if not impossible) for the state itself to resolve, and, thus, it may well be rational for such a state to leverage international norms to extend qualified extra-domestic priority to foreign actors.
