Focusing on personal balance ability evaluation, a method was developed to improve the dependency to many uncertainties, and to enhance veracity and objectivity, where impulse disturbance for human gravity center was produced by a six degree-of-freedom motion platform of 6-PSS under feet, and corresponding wave of gravity center was measured by a force plate real time. Dynamic process of overcoming this disturbance was abstracted as classic second-order linear model, where the product of damp coefficient and undammed circular frequency was estimated through recorded data based on system identification theory. By using this value, settling time was calculated and used as the balance evaluating index. Through the evaluating results of 103 students or graduate students, the feasibility of this method was validated, and reference ranges of healthy persons’ settling time were concluded for clinical balance evaluation.

The accuracy of the results of the evaluation after the construction project is largely dependent on the choice of the evaluation method is reasonable and scientific. In this paper, the current methods for the evaluation of projects for a more systematic study were compared and analyzed; and proposed the construction of the factor analysis method for the analysis of project evaluation, and gives two reasons for the application of this method .

This study evaluates the static balance ability of human body based on a lower limb rehabilitation robot. According to the balance parameters obtained from the movement trajectory of the center of human pelvis, SPSS statistical software was used to verify that there was a significant difference between the two groups ( p < 0.01 ). Principal component analysis is used to allocate the weight of each parameter and establish the comprehensive evaluation value. The comprehensive evaluation value of the control group was 0.383 ± 0.038, and the experimental group was 0.875 ± 0.136. When the subject’s comprehensive evaluation value is between 0.739 and 1.011, it indicates the presence of balance dysfunction, and when it is between 0.345 and 0.421, it indicates that the balance of the lower limbs of the subject is normal. Experimental results show that this evaluation method can objectively and quantitatively reflect the static equilibrium state of human body.

With the increasingly prominent problems of resources and environment, thermal power enterprises in China are facing more severe challenges. To improve energy efficiency, a great number of thermal power enterprises implement the technical renovation of equipment. However, current methods cannot meet the needs of scientific and effective evaluations. In this context, the internal rate of return (IRR) is used as the main index to evaluate the economic benefits of the technical renovation of combined heat and power (CHP) plants. In order to improve the accuracy of the economic benefit evaluation results, the incremental cash flow is calculated through the incremental method, which is based on the existence and non-existence method, and the improved factor analysis method is utilized to eliminate the influence of price factors from markets that have no direct and definite relationship with the technical renovation. Then, the evaluation method is validated by taking a CHP technical renovation project in B city of China as an example. By comparing with other methods, the results show that the IRRs calculated by different methods are quite different, and the difference between the maximum and the minimum can reach 69.95%. The result of the method proposed in this paper is more reasonable and reliable and can effectively evaluate the economic benefits of CHP technical renovation projects.

The art design is the perfect combination between the human society and the spirit of certain material features, is also the inevitable product of the development process of the modern society. Art comes from life, in turn, which also affects on life. Art design is used to create functional and reasonable, comfortable and beautiful environment based on the building's useness nature, environment and the corresponding standard in order to meet the material and spiritual needs of people. By analyzing the art design research status, content and factor analysis, this article used AHP to evaluate the art design teaching. Though evaluating the results, We can easily transform the teaching profession of the art design teaching, which is a good way to promote the development of art design education.

In this study, we developed an evaluation method using posture and joint torque for the evaluation of balance ability. The evaluation and analysis of standing with a disturbance is conducted for effective balance evaluations. Center of pressure information is mainly used for the evaluation of balance ability using a stabilometer. It is necessary for a more detailed analysis to combine the measurements of body motion. The analysis of posture and joint angle is conducted by body-motion measurement, and joint torque is calculated using ground reaction force and posture information. In this study, we estimated posture and joint torque using a wearable sensor system in the balance evaluation of standing using a stabilometer that generates a disturbance. The analytical results indicated the posture information and joint torque. Analysis and feedback in a short time can be conducted using the wearable sensor system.

The aesthetic value of 35 plant landscape samples of Jinlong lake wetland park in Xuzhou city of China were evaluated with principal factor analysis and SBE method. The results showed that: The SBE value of 35 plant landscape samples fluctuated greatly and the evaluation value of the principal factor did not change much. The order of SBE mean values of different types was: plant landscape on both sides of the roads > plant landscape beside buildings and surroundings > typical plant community > waterfront plant landscape. The order of value of the principal factor analysis of different types was: plant landscape on both sides of the roads > typical plant community > plant landscape beside buildings and surroundings > waterfront plant landscape. The principal factor evaluation method contained more than 90% information of seven evaluation factors, while the SBE method mainly evaluated from “plant aesthetic factors”. The satisfaction of waterfront plant landscape was low, the transformation of plant landscape should focus on increasing the species of waterfront plants, especially native plants, building natural revetments, creating rich canopy lines.
