The purpose of this research is to determine whether word of mouth which has developed into electronic (eWOM) in the digitalization era can strengthen or weaken the influence of the perceived value received by customers from previous purchases to repurchase or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, whereas the method of data collection was purposive sampling and has determined as many as 116 samples. The population in this research are followers of Shopee Indonesia in Instagram, with the various characteristics that have been determined by researchers to be taken as a sample for this research. The method of data analysis using equations from Cohen et al. (1975) in the journal of Sharma et al. (1981). The regression analysis is based on the researcher's comprehension of the negligibility correlation between moderation and predictor variables. Based on the results, Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and the regression model analysis was found that the inclusion of the moderation variable, strengthened the influence of Perceived Value on Repurchase Intention by 61,5% from the previous results (55,8%).

This research aimed to investigate consumers’ intention to repurchase jamu at Jamu Café. Service quality, customer satisfaction, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) were selected as the predictor variables. In total, 200 participants who purchased jamu at the café were selected conveniently. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses as well as Structural Equation Model (SEM). As a result, service quality influences customer satisfaction significantly. As customers are satisfied, they do word-of-mouth and repurchase. On the other hand, WOM has an insignificant impact on repurchase intention.

PurposeThere is extensive research where consumer emotions of brand love and brand hate are investigated. However, the studies where a transition in consumer-brand emotions is explored are scant. This paper aims to investigate the mediating effect of brand jealousy in the relationship between brand love and brand hate among luxury fashion brand consumers. Also how value expressiveness moderates the relationship between brand hate and negative word of mouth (NWOM) is examined.Design/methodology/approachThe study is based on a cross-sectional survey conducted among 273 luxury fashion consumers from Pakistan. The structural equation modeling (SEM) technique is employed to test the proposed hypotheses.FindingsAll the proposed hypotheses are supported. Brand jealousy mediates the relationship between brand love and brand hate. Furthermore, value expressiveness buffers the relationship between brand hate and NWOM.Practical implicationsThe luxury fashion marketers should focus on strengthening the symbolic identity of a luxury fashion brand via advocating its visual elements. Moreover, there is a need to advertise luxury fashion brands as exclusive to individual customers. Finally, some rewards can be offered to consumers to generate positive word of mouth (WOM) about luxury fashion brands.Originality/valueThe study of an emotional transition among luxury brand customers via a mediating role of brand jealousy is a unique theoretical contribution. Moreover, the moderating role of the value-expressiveness function examining the hate-to-NWOM path is also unique to this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between E-Satisfaction, E-Word of Mouth and E-Trust on Repurchase Intention of Online Shop. The approach in the research used is a quantitative approach using PLS-SEM SmartPLS software as a data processing tool. In this study, the data collection technique was carried out using an online questionnaire which was distributed to 150 respondents’ consumers of online shops. Sampling system with snowball sampling method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that this study found that satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. This shows that the e-satisfaction of online shop consumers does not significantly affect the repurchase intention of these consumers towards e-commerce online shops. In addition, e-word of mouth has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. This shows that the higher the e-word of mouth perceived by e-commerce consumers, the less significant customers will repurchase online. E-trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. This shows that the higher the e-trust perceived by online shop e-commerce consumers, the more customers will repurchase online. The novelty of this research is the new correlation model of e-satisfaction, e-word of mouth and e-Trust on repurchase intention of online shops and the research can be a reference for further research to be applied in other places or countries.
