It is noted that information and communication technologies play an important role in ensuring the quality of education. The basic principles and methods of the theory of solving inventive tasks are revealed. The expediency of using the blog for working with children of preschool age using the technology of the theory of solving inventive tasks is considered. Attention is drawn to the following: at the present stage, a new educational system is being formed in Ukraine, aimed at entering the world of information and education space, and the system of preschool education does not remain. The methods of the theory of solving inventive problems in work with children of preschool age and their use with the help of information and communication technologies are substantiated. The methods of the theory of solving inventive tasks are described in detail, thanks to which a teacher with children can find a logical way out of any situation, and a pet-competently solve their problems. Described as methods of the theory of solving inventive tasks can be used in working with children of preschool age by connecting to the work of information cognitive technologies. The purpose of using the technology of the theory of solving inventive tasks in the institution of preschool education is revealed. The expediency of using the blog for working with children of preschool age on the technology of the theory of solving inventive tasks is determined. Examples of using the blog on the technology of the theory of solving inventive tasks with children of preschool age are given.

Recently, there have been massive efforts in E-learning implementation for educator training around the world. E-learning could shortly be defined as a web-based educational system on platform with Internet,  Intranet or computer access. This article describes the possibility to implement E-learning for non-formal teacher training in Indonesia. Non-formal teachers have to realize that they face new challenge to improve their competencies and must be able to make appropriate use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This is a challenge that has caused non-formal teachers to reflect on how they adapt to new educational changes without compromising the quality of education. In addition E-learning also could be used to reduce the enormous cost of conventional non-formal teacher training.

These days technology plays enormous roles in making day to day human activities easier. Previously established institutions need to reconstruct their data centers to run their business in an easy and comfortable manner. information and communication technologies (ICT) used for progressive improvement in the quality of education. in most developing country education disseminate rate is low with different factors poor of infrastructure, well engaged and capable teachers, geographical locations, different education tools, laboratories and also budgeting issues are the main challenges, as government higher education can invest more budget and they can deploy different clouds for a society at least one public university in one state have responded to deploy a cloud.  they can distribute centrally different educational information’s, books, and so on, again not expected that all schools are developing their own datacenter and full fill different computing infrastructure’s which cost more instead with this scenario all schools including primary, secondary and university’s mostly fourth-generation universities since they may take a lot of time to deploy their infrastructures until they can use another’s universities cloud minimizing costs and manpower.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in higher education for imparting easily accessible, affordable and quality higher education leading to the uplift of Malaysia. The focus of the paper is on the benefits that ICT integration in education can provide, right from breaking time and distance barriers to facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among geographically distributed students. ICT increases the flexibility of delivery of education so that learners can access knowledge anytime and anywhere. It can influence the way students are taught and how they learn as now the processes are learner driven and not by teachers. This in turn would better prepare the learners for lifelong learning as well as to contribute to the industry. We will also analyze if ICT does indeed improve or hinder the quality of learning among higher education students. This paper reports on the changing trends in use of ICTs for instruction in higher education institutions (HEIs) and discusses a mini-case study of how ICTs are being used by lecturers in one university in Malaysia.

The article explores modern information and telecommunication technologies, which are the basis of information processes in education. The fundamentals of improving the quality of student training from the point of view of the development of a vocational education system are investigated. The COVID-19 virus pandemic also had a significant impact on the educational system. This article presents the results of a research aimed at examining teachers' attitudes about the quality of online teaching during the COVID-19 virus pandemic. A descriptive research method and survey technique were applied. The sample included 274 teachers from the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The presented results indicate that the largest number of teachers with online teaching met for the first time during the pandemic and that until then they had no experience with distance learning. The platforms most often used by teachers in working with students are: Google Classroom, Zoom, Edmodo, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Also, a large number of teachers answered that they will partially apply online teaching after the pandemic, emphasizing that contact teaching is irreplaceable and of much higher quality, because students are more engaged, prepared and committed to school obligations. Looking at it objectively, teachers most often rated the quality of online teaching during the pandemic as average, more precisely with a grade of three. Online teaching during the pandemic required great dedication and teacher engagement, as well as good management of information and communication technologies and developed digital competencies of both teachers and students. The realization of online teaching was a challenge for teachers, but also the only possibility and solution to continue and actively carry out educational work during the pandemic and emergency situation.

The focus of this chapter is to asses a new model of care in dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). According with sociotechnical approaches, the authors describe a proof of concept, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) intervention, as a technical and organizational model of robust, reliable, and efficient clinical practice to meet the medical, psychological, and social needs of AD people and their family. The authors also propose the “Identification-Recognition-Evaluation-Application Model” as process methodology in a telemedicine project. In this perspective, the technology has to be analyzed as technology-in-use, a process coming out from an ecology of specific actions and actors. Finally, the authors describe their experience of a longitudinal study in which ICT networking technologies are used to implement coping strategies, in order to improve the quality of life of AD families.
