This paper gives a detailed discuss in the construction of teaching system, discusses the characteristics of professional teaching practice reform, and lays stress on the approaches and methods of the college students' engineering practical ability training. The reform consist of three fields, the first is designing of the professional teaching program based on the characteristics of engineering practice, which is composed of theory teaching and practice teaching system and Increase the proportion of professional teaching practice, give prominence to project practice. The second is strengthening the construction of inside workplace environment, cultivate of the students' engineering consciousness”. The last is strengthening the humanism quality, innovative quality and engineering quality. In short, College students' comprehensive quality training is a systems engineering, No matter from teaching planned arrangements and implementation, or the actual environment construction, tremendous efforts are needed.

In order to be able to provide learning resources for learners anytime and anywhere and improve the quality of online teaching, a network-assisted teaching system for college students’ ideological and political courses based on the Android system is designed. The characteristics of the Android system platform and its hierarchical structure are analyzed, and the overall structure of the network-assisted teaching system was designed based on it and through the construction of the system user login module, learning resources module, operation management module, unit test module, and teaching interface display module, so as to achieve the effect of network assisted ideological and political course teaching. The preferences of students were fully considered, the needs of students with different resource spaces were matched, and the genetic algorithm is used to share the information of network teaching resources to meet the needs of ideological and political teaching. According to the experimental results, the system designed in this paper has high accuracy in the recommended content of ideological and political education resources and the coverage of resource recommendation is relatively high, indicating that the application effect of the system is better.

Systematic matching failure problems have emerged in the very process of integrating innovative and entrepreneurial ability cultivation into college teaching system. These problems included, firstly, innovative and entrepreneurial education mismatch with professional education and disconnect with practice. Secondly, educators’ inadequate awareness and single teaching method results in weak pertinence and effectiveness of innovative and entrepreneurial education. The lack of practice platform and insufficient guidance and support can be the final one. Concentrating on those problems above, concrete methods of integrating and promoting teaching elements and knowledge resource systems can be explored from the perspective of the combination of dynamic programming and knowledge software interface. An optimized achievable path of achieving training objectives in a teaching system can be analyzed through a dynamic programming method. Five specific implementation methods including comprehensive utilization, dynamic supplement, innovative development, resource transmission, and usage services can be proposed further. The implementation effects indicate that the positive incentive response between the innovative ability and entrepreneurial strength of college students has been formed. The steady and orderly promotion of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities has been praised by all parties.

This paper proposes that business CAT be introduced as the reform of a course in Chinese universities. Firstly, the authors describe the conceptual framework and design of business CAT course and textbook, the newly developed “Computer-Aided Business Translation Teaching System (Business CAT), with a focus on learner translation training and teacher management platforms. Secondly, the authors discuss the constructed “Business English-Chinese Parallel Corpus” that supports the system. Finally, the authors show that business CAT contributes positively to the improvement of college students’ CAT competence and development of CAT education in China.
