The arrival of the new media era has a certain impact on the teaching environment of universities in China. The rapid development of new media has also profoundly affected the thinking mode, behavior style and psychological consciousness of college students. This paper puts forward some innovative teaching modes under the background of new media information technology, including the online simulation court, the construction of interactive dynamic teaching website and so on. It realizes the deep integration between law teaching and modern new media technology, and gradually forms an open and diversified teaching mode. The research content of this paper has far-reaching significance for promoting the teaching of new media technology and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of College Students’ legal education.

In nursing teaching, students are required to apply the learned theoretical knowledge to practical operation, and have the ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems. At present, the traditional teaching mode is mostly used in nursing teaching in China. "Indoctrination" with textbooks as the theoretical basis and teachers' teaching as the main teaching method " With the rise of network technology and the application of modern educational technology in teaching, the research direction and focus of PBL have gradually shifted to the integration of network environment and PBL teaching mode This paper studies the application of Internet and artificial intelligence in humanized nursing teaching. This paper focuses on PBL teaching method based on network environment (WPBL) The results show that PBL teaching mode under the network environment does have many advantages in medical nursing education. This method can effectively cultivate nursing students' problem-solving ability and critical thinking ability, which is consistent with the goal of nursing education.

<p>The ternary system, which is an innovative teaching mode in education, emphasizes on the ternary subjects, the ternary roles and the ternary qualities. The ternary subjects mainly refer to taking schools, enterprises and students as the main part of education; the ternary roles refer to the school, staff and teachers; the ternary qualities emphasize the character of the personnel, theoretical literacy and the level of skills in society. Building the ternary system mode of tourism professionals training has an important guiding significance to the innovation and reform of tourism major teaching. This paper mainly introduces the ternary system, analyzes the necessity of the ternary system training for tourism professionals and explores the effective countermeasures of using the ternary system to train tourism professionals.</p>
